Dakota and his manager were incredibly helpful in not only educating us but also helping us find the needed spare tire to ensure that we were able to get home safely after a flat tire. They went above and beyond with a fast service and ensured we were on our way home. Thank you so much for the incredible customer service and reliability.

We come to get our oil changes, and when needed, our tire serviced. Mechanics do a good service; we've never really had any issues with how the job is done. Employees and staff that work in that department (which occasionally rotate) have been helpful and nice.

Worst place to get a new tire. Service is super slow and they take care of other people before working on your car even though you were first in line and have been waiting for 2 hours. Never coming here again.

Awsome! Had a tire issue in the middle of the night, drove to walmart, slept in the parking lot, pulled up to auto center in am. They took care of us right away. Very good service, helpful, very friendly. Great selection of tires

Didn't have my truck tires in stock, ordered them online, had them delivered to the store and installed on my vehicle.

Just needed a quick air check, asked nicely for the employee in the tire bay to help us and was told I had to wait until they finished installing tires on an F250 for them to help me. Being mechanically inclined myself I asked to use the air chuck since I had my own gauge and was refused this as well. "You'll have to wait" is all the employee would say.

Satisfied with the auto department services. I Bought new tires two months ago and they had some factory defects I return them and they gave me new ones with no problem. Only thing i had to pay for road hazard insurance again. Great customer service from all the guys in the auto department.

Super speedy and they never try to up sale you or add on. I love that they don't try to nickel and dime you, just change the oil. Was done in less than 20 minutes

Called 5 times over 20 minutes just to be redirected to the poor woman at the fitting room who kept getting my calls. Needed to know right away if they had 2 tires in stock tonight to install, because my parents are currently stuck on the side of the highway in their RV with two blown tires. This was the closest tire shop to them and refuse to answer their phone. I even told the woman who kept answering to please tell the tire desk they needed to pick up as it was an emergency and I needed to know right away. Gave up after 5 unanswered calls and found somewhere else further away that could do roadside assistance. I was going to drive down and get them myself but I never was able to get through. Thanks for nothing! Pick up your damn phones!!!

I would not recommend this place. I brought my car in to have all four tires replace only to have one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a tire shop. I arrived at 4pm and the mechanic I originally spoke with told me my car would be finished in two hours, and I agreed to have Goodyear tires placed on my car. So I thought I would use that time to walk around Walmart and have dinner. At roughly 6:15ish I get a call over the intercom for me to come back to the auto center. I thought my car was ready to go, only to have a different mechanic tell me they are out of stock of the Goodyear tires and only have Douglas available. I agreed to have the Douglas put on and went for another walk around Walmart. About 9pm I swung back by to see how much longer it would be, only to find a crowd of people surrounding the mechanic and store manager and cussing them out because they all were waiting there for similar reasons as myself. I finally got a call over the intercom that my car was ready but only to realize they were going to charge me for Goodyear tires, which is double the price of Douglas. I brought it to their attention and the lady told me we need to wait for the mechanic to get back from his lunch break because he is the only one that can correct auto care tickets. So I had to wait an additional 45 minutes or so for the guy to come back and fix it. Finally at 10:15pm I was on the road. About 36 hours later I was traveling on highway 99 south and my passenger side front tire valve stem blew off, leaving me on the side of the road. Thankfully I had a spare. I took my carcar a different tire shop to get it repaired and the mechanic their told me that Walmart didn't replace the old valve stems when they put on the new tires. I know this sounds crazy, but it is absolutely true. I would not recommend this Walmart auto care center at all. It was a horrible experience and I suggest you go elsewhere.

Got a flat tire on my way home to San Jose. Stopped by to get a new tire and Santiago was able to help me. Was in and out in under an hour thanks

Good and easy way to find a new tire. Just took longer than they had told me and when my car was ready I waited an extra 15 minutes until someone came to help me check out even though there was a worker there and also a manager they saw me wait and ignored me and walked away until I went to find someone.

Every time I've been to this particular Walmart auto care center. I have had excellent service! I've been going to this particular one for over 3 years. And I have never been disappointed!!. Love my service here at Walmart auto care center in Los Banos.

Worst Service Ever. They committed to fix my tire when I took it in they blew me off and told me they couldn't do it till the next day and left me stranded I'm very upset and the guys in the auto department have no customer service skills at all they hardly speak and look at you like you're crazy I'm not sure if I'll have them do the work now because I don't trust them to do it right I may have it Taken 2 Schwab Tire where professionals are

dont ever have what ya need in stock but they can order it just set out in your car for 3 business days until it gets here

Put the wrong oil filter on my car. oil everywhere on my engine car messed up this was awhile ago took it back to them and put more oil and oil wouldnt stay no more after that
