These guys have been absolutely great. They have worked on two vehicles for me now. Both have had their interesting issues and these guys have been completely honest and fair with me. I also recommended a friend from out of town, his vehicle was takin in one evening and was ready the next day. Top notch work, very clean and friendly

These folks are GREAT!! They were very quick to get me out of a tough spot with my pickup, and back on the road. Fast, efficient, knowledgeable, mechanically skilled, pleasant and respectful. They were quick and accurate in diagnosing my vehicle s problems, acquiring the necessary parts and tools for the repairs, and performing the repairs. Very honest and reasonably priced. I would recommend them to anyone.

Let me tell you guys straight Honest workers and amazing owner Jeff they went beyond what I expected for them to do I got Complete Brake Change as well as Replacing Brake Fluid and Oil Change all with in 3hrs!! They treat their customers extremely well and they re very knowledgeable in what they do!! Great Prices & Great Service Can t beat it!! 5 star!!

I cannot speak highly enough of these guys. We have primarily dealt with Jerry and Eloy. They are so professional and helpful. They called all around to LOTS of dealerships to find the right part for our Hyundai, and asked questions on our behalf when told it wasn't available. They are fantastic in communication and seem very capable. The shop is big and clean and there's always a guy ready to talk to you - you don't have to wait. We're very impressed and they'll do all our car work in the future.

I was broke down a few miles from shop. The owner went back n forth 3 times n fixed the truck by end of day. Very pleased every time I have had work done on my truck over the 2 yrs here. Would recommend them to everyone!!!!

We had an alternator problem on the way from Los Angeles to Santa Cruz and were running just on battery. This was 2 days before Thanksgiving. Saw excellent review for The Car Guys and called them. We arrived early afternoon, they did a diagostic and determined it was the alternator. An hour and a half later we were on the road to Santa Cruz. They do excellent work and are reasonably priced. The place is clean (including very clean bathrooms) with comfy seating and wifi. The owners and employees are extremely nice and helpful. The only bad thing we have to say is that they're not in Los Angeles where we live--otherwise I'd use them all the time. They are great!

Since the first time I took my car here! I ve had a great experience with both the work performed to my vehicle and the way I was welcomed and treated. Everyone here is respectful and profesional and they know what they are doing. Now my whole family and a few of my friends also go to The Car Guys when their cars need care.

Had the check engine light come on when I was getting on the freeway. I feared a very expensive repair. The Car Guys diagnosed the issue as a failed thermostat. Repair total was LESS than quoted! The ride to/from the shop was a blessing. Thanks again, Guys!

Took the time to actually help me in my questions. Very professional, friendly. The cost was decent for what they had to do, and checked a couple other things that I was wondering about. For my experience finding a good mechanic shop in this area I highly recommend it.

While camping in an area with little to no Cel coverage, we had a problem with our always reliable Prius. When we finally had a tow to The Car Guys in Los Banos, Eloy was so helpful! Not only made sure the tech took care of our problem quickly but went the extra mile to keep us informed by text, our only communication option. I called them right before they closed for the evening, told them my issue and Eloy told me to take it first thing in the morning and he would take care of it , he got on it first thing in the morning as he said and I made it on time for work .. great service and the price was good .. thank you ! We were driving to I 5 north and got problem in our car on the way then went to this guy and he look at everything very well and figured out and fixed every little problem and didn t charge anything appreciate it

My alternator died on the 5. They ordered a new one and I had my van towed in. They had my repair done the next day so we could get back home. We got stranded off the 5 fwy with a bad alternator, with 4 hours to get home. We had a few hours before the shop closed. As soon as I called The Car Guys Jerry made sure he would get my car fixed and back on the road. AAA took 1.5 hours to pick us up and despite being there 30 minutes before the shop closed Jerry and his team made sure I was back on the road. His price was very reasonable and I don t feel they took advantage of my situation. Not only did they fix my alternator, but they also checked all my fluids and made sure my car was properly functioning. Thank You Jerry and The Car Guys!!!Service: Engine repair

My car wouldn t turn on when I left the store. One of the battery terminals was loose I decided to go to the Car Guys because I have had good experiences in the past at this business. Today was no exception. They squeezed me in and got me in and out quickly, replacing the battery connector, the price was so amazing. I know if I had gone elsewhere I would have paid well over 100. They charged me 28.00 including parts and labor. Amazing customer service and excellent work . I can t speak highly enough of this business. Please take all your auto business to the car guys. This is a few weeks late but deserved nonetheless. I wanted to recharge the AC in my 2015 Volvo S60 T6 and had been looking around town. I pulled to another place to inquire about the service and getting details was like pulling teeth so I decided to go elsewhere.Made one phone call to The Car Guys and over the phone I got details on the service, the cost, etc. They were extremely helpful and professional. As soon as I arrived for my appointment my car was looked at. In the middle of the service the tech came and gave me updates on what he was doing and what to expect.Even though the shop is open-air, they have a comfortable waiting area with couch, water, coffee like you would expect.I was very happy with my experience at The Car Guys and would definitely go back.Service: Auto A/C recharge

Joseph at The Car Guys saved the day when he diagnosed and repaired the problem with my BMW335i. We pulled into the shop from 152E when the ride became rough and Service Engine light came on. The 6th cylinder needed a coil replaced. In 2 hours we were back on the road, headed for L.A.Thank you, Joseph and The Car Guys!

These guys are the best! They are quick to talk to you when you are at the desk or on the phone and give thorough estimates and they stay with their estimate and do the repairs that you need.
