I had a friend of mine lock her keys in her car. Rigo was amazing. He was informative about the insurance I had and it took less than 10 mins to get the keys out but not before he pretended he couldn t get them out and opened the door once I thought he was being serious he s great. I hope I get him again if I ever need the help again.

Eddie saved me this past weekend with a tow. He arrived in record time and was very knowledgeable about my Tesla. He was a pleasure to work with and really came through with punctuality and a speedy tow. Thank you Eddie!

Clean and well maintained trucks. I didn't go there. But the Uhaul business is next door. If I need a tow, I would call them.

Locked my keys in my truck. These guys were there within 20 minutes of hanging up the call. No frills, great service. The lady I talked to on the phone was super nice, as well as Seth, the technician who unlocked my car for me. Hopefully you never need them, but if you do, they have you covered

I d give a 0 if I could. Don t let Alex tow your car. He picked it up out of my driveway and the bumper caught as he was pulling it out. When my wife came out of the house to see what happened he drove off like nothing happened. Waited for the owner to call to figure out what and how they wanted to fix the damage. Needless to say he doesn t want to fix it he also told AAA they wouldn t tow my car out of the shop and back to my house.Still waiting I've had to call them every week to get an update on when they are sending a body shop estimator. Will be turned into insurance next week if no action is taken by them.11-19-19Finally got the body shop to look at it Friday 11-15-19. Still have yet to hear back from Steitz towing. Also when i talked to Santa(sorry if the spelling is incorrect) I asked for the insurance information she refused to give me any information. As of today I will be taking legal action. I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else

10/10 would use again.I was on my way home from a 900 mile trip when my front driveline failed and decided to disassemble itself. David responded through AAA within a very short wait. We re talking like 30 minutes on a Sunday afternoon. This guy is awesome, nice, and friendly. He was able to drive us the remaining 80 miles back to home base!I am thankful for his towing service and I would totally use an Offroad recovery service if offered.Thanks again David!

They take a AAA call and send it to another company who than makes up a bunch of lies just not to tow the vehicle and now in stuck in the midle of the road with a car i just bought and the double D towing guy they send was hella rude and did not want to tow my car back to where i just bought a dealer ship with all the papar works and all . Very shady business guys not cool . Kick people when their down

Driving home from Oakland, our compressor seized up and busted a belt in our engine. Called AAA and they dispatched a driver for us first thing in the morning since it was already past mechanics working hours.When we contacted AAA in the am, they said a tow would be to us within the hour. And it was! Took less than an hour for the truck to arrive. Eric (the driver) was so kind and ready to help us get out of there as quickly and efficiently as possible. He drove us 8 miles to an awesome, friendly, honest mechanic he has worked with several times since we are from LA and don't know the area.The drive to the shop was super comfortable, cab was big with a back seat so we didn't have to squeeze in next to him (bonus!) not that he smelled bad or anything, but I mean, we just met the guy ;) we chatted all the way to the shop and enjoyed his company and definitely his positivity. He kept telling us his first priority is making sure we get home and that we're comfortable while we wait. Once we arrived, he offered to drop us off at starbucks or anywhere locally to hang out in a/c and wait. We gracefully declined, but we are so thankful for his awesome service and kindness!!! BEST TOW EXPERIENCE TO DATE.Not only that, but the mechanic had our part, put it up on the lift right away and we are estimated to be on the road home within the next couple hours. All in all, this adventure has only cost us hours vs days of waiting. So thankful we have everything we need and for the people who helped us get it!! Thank you Steitz Towing and Eric for ultimate service.

Lockout of my vehicle....I want to thank you for employing these caring and determined young men to serve Los Banos patrons the very best they possible can. I'm a mid 50s lady & just got out of church when I realized I locked myself out of my keyless entry car and the remote had a dying battery. I called AAA, they said an hour, ur driver made it in 20 minutes, he spent an hour plus and never stopped trying, one door after the other, when he called for backup, the 2nd driver came within 10 minutes of his call, they knew they could get in, then again, both tried non stop for another 40 minutes, when a 3rd driver was called, came out immediately with new hope and energy. All three working on different doors, when they gained access at 11:05 pm in the church parking lot, we heard the alarm go off!! My pastor, his beautiful wife and another brother stuck it out & waited till they got it! Everyone was relentless to get me in and home safely, A HUGE Thank you Lord, Thank you Steitz drivers, and Thank You to my Amazing Los Banos Living Word Pastors Larry & Maryanne and Brother David for your Faithfulness and Dedication, the good guys win again!! I pray everyone recieve supernatural blessings!!If you all are looking for good guys to help you when ur car fails; Do what we did; pray and call AAA- Steitz Towing!! Safety 1st & Happy Holidays!!

Thank you for 'saving' me. Contacted through AAA - received the appropriate discount. Driver (Jake) was friendly, polite and very careful with my vehicle. Arrived fairly quickly - called me direct to assure me he was on his way. He towed my vehicle with the keys and instructions to a repair shop - my truck was fixed within 3 hours ( on a Saturday!) - Thank you so much for your assistance.

You guys have a driver by the name Justin. He is so helpful and amazing customer service. He's helped me twice already and this second time around I made it difficult but he was patient and very understanding 5 Stars

I am continually impressed by the professionalism of the drivers, their willingness to assist with a positive attitude and dedication to ensuring the customer is satisfied. Tonight my service provider was Jorge. Jorge made sure that he was in contact with me so that he could locate my vehicle in a timely manner. He tactfully dealt with a neighbor who approached him very rudely. He remained professional and kind the entire time while continuing to focus on completing his task. Great job Jorge and Steitz for employing people like him! He brings ease to what can be a stressful situation. I highly recommend Steitz as I have never been let down with their customer service.

I was stranded on the I5 and called this company for towing service. They told me that one of their tow trucks and driver was on their way. I recalled after 30 minutes only to be told that, "oh you are too far away from our driver". It was Sunday, everything was closing, and I was located 10 miles from the closest exit. They could have called me back once they determined their closed truck was over 30 miles away from me but no they just decide to not call me back. I would suggest to not call them even if you have no other towing choice because it's almost like not calling them in the first place. If even in this situiation just dial 911.

Life savers. Broke down in northern California on way to Napa on Friday evening at remote rest area off 5 hwy.AAA sent them out. Wonderful service, friendly .3 hours later we were back on the road with a new battery.Thank you so much.

On 7/29/18 we were stuck in the horrible mid-day heat just east of Los Banos on 152. An awesome guy named OMAR got to us quickly, was super efficient and personable, and got us on our way again. Fantastic service!

Girlfriend had an AAA battery replaced by steitz towing and after 19 months battery was tested and needed to be replaced. Took battery to Steitz after talking to AAA person. Gal behind counter was rude from the start, she started right away with you need proof, a receipt. I said all info should be on your computer, you were ones we bought battery from and installed it, plus date and serial number is on battery. Again rude and with attitude says we'll that's not proof. I go get my phone, call AAA and she rep tells me that everything she needs is on battery. Steitz towing ask to speak with them, verified it was purchased from them and gave them date it was installed (by steitz ) and girl still argued with them and me. Next she wanted the card holder there to verify,,,,,, WTF. Steitz was doing everything they could to get out of replacing a battery they sold, under warranty ( acting like it was GNA cost them something) . Would not recommend them to snyone

We were on our way to Vacaville to pick up my first car, a 1967 Camaro, and lucky us we hit an awful pothole and shredded the left front tire in our duelly. Luckily for us we made it to the exit, called AAA, and within 30 minutes Josh showed up and put us on our way. Josh was a real nice guy, so hope you get him to take care of you.

Very disappointed my reservation for a small u-haul pick up but they was reserved the wrong vehicle. It wouldn't have been problem but they would not except cash for payment.

Joe showed up with a freightliner horrible service..showed proof of registration it was up to date Joe stated it was a false printout.?Didn't seemed like he enjoyed his job he used profanity in front of my 5 yr old son wouldn't recommend joe steitz driver to anybody on top of that he made comments about the service call that put me in a position of not having my vechile serviced.

The guy who came and fast was professional and courteous. He even brought me water for my dog. Thank you .. he even tried to get walmart losbanos to help but they suck. Awesome service . Thank you

Me and my father Joel Anchondo wanted to give thanks to Jake out in Los Banos for his hard work and taking care of us. I know towing a car/van from Los Banos to Gilroy is a long trip but Jake didn't give my dad grief and was very nice. Thanks again.

I called AAA for help, Wow I am very impressed, how quick "Steitz Towing service, I met Omar the tech very kind & very helpful. Excellent customer service!
