Jose from only transmissions is a very professional, courteous, and most important HONEST! Man, He told me exactly what was wrong with my truck nothing more nothing less he told me he would have my truck ready in 2 hours and he had it ready in an hour and 45 minutes Great price, quality work I would recommend him to anybody I will be calling him again with my transmission issues. I take my car here. They check it for me and make sure it s running well and if something goes wrong, I take it back to him and he will have no problem finding out the problem. This place is awesome. Get your car done and a good amount of time in the same day and makes your card one awesome friendly service and call if you when your car is done in touch with it but also they tell you what is wrong with it and what they have to do to it before they even work on that I love this place highly recommend it

When I showed up at Only Transmissions Specialist I was very disappointed because the last shop I went to really did a number on me. I thought by going to the dealership was my best bet but boy was I wrong. Thank you Only Transmission for being honest and upfront with no hidden cost on parts or labor. My transmission went out on my 93 suburban being it's my work vehicle I needed it fixed right away I placed about seven different transmission shops and all of them said they would need my truck for a week to rebuild my transmission and wanted between $1800 to $2000 I contacted jose at ONLY TRANSMISSION'S I explained my circumstances he asked me to give him a minute he then went to his office and spoke to his wife then told me he would have it ready the next afternoon and would charge me $1500 this was at 3:30 in the afternoon he called me at7:30 the same evening and said I could I come pick up my truck its only been 4 hours I figured there's no way he's got my truck done so I show up at the shop and he explained to me everything he did going so far as to show me the parts he took out of it and explained what caused it to go out as we continued talking he informed me that his wife rebuild my transmission and told me that she's been doing it for 10 years as he's telling me his wifes story I can see nothing but pride in his eyes my transmission is performing flawlessly I highly recommend taking your vehicle to ONLY TRANSMISSION'S and speaking with Jose this husband and wife team are awesome

Last place i took my vehicle to they kept it for months without ever solving the problem. After only 5 days i got my vehicle back and it runs like it was brand new. Only Transmission Specialist is awesome!

Unfortunately I had to take back my car 3 times to the Shop .First time was with my original rebuilt transmission.The torque converter went out after getting it diagnostic at another repair shop .So went back to get another rebuilt transmission.Transmission was bad was slipping in 1st 2nd and third gear shifts.So went back again best thing for both of us was I did get my money back .I got a rebuilt transmission from a big national company .A scan on the second transmission that was rebuilt showed had the wrong gear ratio .So besides not shifting right the 4th gear was to high a ratio bogged the car down .You need a transmission that that s specific to your vin number on your car .Its important just rebuilding the same type transmission doesn t work out .I found out that there were two types of Ford transmissions .They both have the same number 4F27E .But they are for specific for the type of vehicle and engine your car has .Jose is a nice guy he does stand behind his guarantee.

Excelent service. Very professional. Super recommended. I wasted my time with a mechanic for three weeks who wanted to change my transmission. Arriving with Jose from transmission only. He quickly found the problem, it wasn't the transmission, it was an electrical problem and he delivered it to me in two days. At a fair price!!
