I was going to visit my dad and stopped in to grab a bulb for my brake light. Passenger side is out. Young man helped right away and found the bulb I needed. I grabbed a couple of other items and then asked if he could wrap the bulb in paper so I didn't brake it. There was no packaging around it. He hands me the bag and receipt. When I get to my dad's and look in the bag no bulb. I called the store and he said I left it on the counter. I told him he handed me the receipt and bag that he should have put it in the bag. I had to drive back over there to get the bulb.

Store well organized.Staff is knowledgeable, polite, professional especially Nathan Thomas. He is always willing to assist beyond his expectations.

It's hard to find good help. I remember when they use to go help you outside but now they got lazy and just hand you the tools . At least if they new what they were doing and didn't tell you the wrong information if they didn't know for sure

Wait in line while two guys answer phones for calling customers.. after five minutes I left and went to O'reillys and was helped immediately.

Generally Everything you need for basic repairs are on hand and a few hard to find items. Major repair parts can be ordered then receive the next day.

Place sucks poor quality parts manager rude and obnoxious and parts. Not good quality anymore I go to napa in hilmar never again in los, banos TERRIBLE service
