I needed a valve stem replaced on my trailer tire. As soon as we pulled in, a really nice gal came out and greeted us to find out what we needed. I thought that was really awesome. Unfortunately I was looking to get the tire filled back up with nitrogen, I wanted to stay with what was in there. It's off a brand new RV we bought so I wanted to keep all the tires the same. They don't have nitrogen. But I was really pleased with how nice she was and willing to help us. I will be buying my tires from here in the future.

Super easy check in and they were able to assist in fixing the nail in my tire so quickly. Friendly staff and highly recommend !

got my rotors put on in March 2023 and went in December 2023 to get them replaced since my car shakes while braking. The manager said my rotors are not covered under warranty after telling they would be in March. Very bad customer service and I paid over $200 for my front rotors and now have to go somewhere else to get my car fixed.

I had went in for a tire change and other things to get done I had accidentally paid with the wrong card and wanted it to be charged on a credit card I opened up with them so they supposedly did a refund back on my card they said it would be back on my card in 3-5 business days it s been 2 weeks I still haven t gotten anything I had to go back and ask what was going on and they said the same thing wait 2-3 days and still no refund back on my card .

Nice people working there -- very helpful. But they do not have the equipment to do the front tire alignment on a Winnebago View.

This particular location is not too bad. They're very helpful and polite. It's a relatively busy place especially in the afternoon. Appointments are helpful if you can swing one. The reception area was nice and clean. They have complimentary popcorn and coffee available. The bathrooms are nice and clean as well. When the car is done they bring it up to the front with your key in tow. All in all a pretty good experience.

Great place to go for tire repairs, or to buy new tires. My husband comes here when he needs tire repairs on his semi truck

I went to Les Schweb for a oil change I had appointment at 9AM when I got there the Attendant said that they didn't have my filthere when I told him when I made the appointment I told les schwab the make of my car and the person on the phone said they could services my car but when I got there les schwab said they could couldn't service my car because they didn't have my part until 12 pm I asked why didn't you call me les schwab had no answer. So I made appointment for next day 8AM I ask the manager for a discount for my inconvenience he seem upset that I ask so he up giving me $20.00 off 10 minutes later manager can back and said I had a oil leak and he couldn't give me a oil change , I went down the street and was able to get a oil change. Les schwab wasted two days of my time change my other appointment around. So yes this upset me.

They did it again!! They are amazing Had a 1:30 appt and they had me out the door with service completed at 2:10. Best of all I can trust that they did job well done.

Had an air leak in one of my tires. They found a nail, removed it, and patched it all for free in less than an hour. Highly recommend Les Schwab for any tire repairs.

Really nice place good and fast service. Even if the service were to take a little long, the shop offer refreshments at not cost. In my case, I had my kids with me and they love the little coloring station/kids area, makes it easier on moms or dads that need some car troubles fixed .. will definitely will go there againThe only thing I noticed is that they need to hire someone bilingual for the front desk since a couple of people made line and when it was their turn they had to wait additional and valuable time so a back of the house worker could come and translate ... takes time away from the mechanic and people might take business somewhere else just for that little language barrier

Highly recommend! This is the best place to go for honest price quotes and quality, fast service. Doris saved my daughter's birthday by getting us back on the road quickly and making sure we'd all have a safe drive. Outstanding service and professional, caring staff. Must use!

I took my Toyota Tundra to have the wheels rotated and balanced a couple months back, truck was shaking really bad so I took it back today and they were more than helpful in fixing the issue. Got my truck back and finally no more shaking.Thank you Less Schwab

Went there to get a flat tire fixed this last Saturday. They give me 3 hour wait and the front desk guy sounded like he wanted to get rid of me. I told him I am traveling far and having an emergency so if he could squeeze me in but he didn't bother fixing somebody's tire, probably it was below their status to fix a tire and help someone. I would give them zero stars but that's not possible. I wouldn't recommend anyone to give their business to this establishment as it looks like they are doing well to turn away service. The shop next door "Carlos Tire Shop" they fixed my tire in literally 5 minutes and I was on my way. No matter how busy you are, a shop should never give 3 hour wait time for a 5 minute job. I would recommend Carlos tire shop over Les schwab as they understood the emergency and helped us when we needed the most.

What a wonderful experience. They came right out got my information. Within minutes they took the car. Les Schwab fix my tire, removing a nail, patched it from inside, had it back to me in no time and at no charge, WOW! The waiting area was very clean plenty of seating with some table and chairs with coffee and vending machines. I love this place.

I stopped by Los Banos Tire, to have tires put on my Honda Fit. It was 8:45am Saturday and the shop wasn't open. I noticed a couple of employees, walking around, asked when they would open, they weren't sure when the manager would be there. At 8:55am Decided to go to Les Schwab.The minute we drove up, we were greeted in a very professional manner by Wes, Assistant Manager. We were able to get our tires mounted and balanced, and out the door in 45-min. Quick, efficient, friendly service. No waiting on someone to show up. The entire staff is always there to help with any questions, and will go the extra mile to make sure you're happy.

My family takes all our cars here (that's 6 cars!) because of their friendliness and pricing.All the technicians we've worked with are friendly and have a smile on their face. The receptionists are able to explain our bill and are very personable (they always remember us even after 6mos or longer). They're pricing on various types of visits are reasonable, and they offer discounts for bundling certain services or products.They have cold water, hot coffee, and fresh popped popcorn.The only con is that the building smells like tires, but that's about it. They usually have the tv set to a country music station, so it's pretty family-friendly, and there's a table for kids with coloring books.We are definitely happy where we are, and always tell our family and friends to come here!

Worst service EVER!!! Broke my key lock to my rim then told me I had to get the tire off myself and bring it back to be changed!!!! HORRIBLE

I am so pleased to find a place with such great customer service. I went in to get my tired checked since it had been leaking for a couple days now and I had been putting air in it too often. They were very friendly felt welcomed also have a very active 3 and half year old and they had crayons and coloring books for him as well as a small table and chairs for little ones. They also had popcorn machine and coffee available in lobby. They didn't take long at all to fix my tire and as they told me it was free for a first time customer I was amazed since nothing in lfe is free but indeed it was and they found 2 nails in the same tire, they patched my tire right up for free at no cost. Now that was awesome ! Great service all friendly staff, clean bathrooms, all around it was a very nice experience. I will be coming here when Its time for new tires, they are a Great establishment and if you want to come have a great experience come here !

Staff and mechanics are kind, informed, and very helpful in suggesting what's best for my vehicle--these folks know what they're doing. I've been returning to them ever since they first arrived at Los Banos. They feel like part of the community.

Made an appointment. Went in to have oil change, get my brakes checked, because they are squeaking,, explained I wanted that fixed. Also front driver's side, had a noise in front when turning the wheel, so asked to check and fix alignment if needed. Got a call, come pick it up. Its done. Jack tried telling me that I didn't ask for those services, again explained that I asked for them. Then explains that since the brakes were good, he wouldn't do a break job to fix the squeaking. So I asked if I wanted these things done, should I just take it to a mechanic, clearly I asked for the.. after printing out , he sees where Wesley( thank you) typed them in. Then reads technician found no squeaking or drives side noise. Driving home, 4th stop sign ... squeaking... but the tech didn't hear it??Very disappointed, I always had very good service from there. Thanks Jack. You've tarnished the experience.

This place is AWESOME! Came into town to help my dad with a few errands and while here got a nail in my tire. I start to worry I don t have a spare due to custom tires. I called and they calmed me down and assured if it s repairable we will do that if not we have one tire in stock that fits. Walked in and Josh introduced himself and looked at my tire, reassured me they could fix it. Josh has great customer service at a level not seen to often in this field of work. The store has a true asset in having Josh on board. I d like to let people know to stop by and see him. Also to the store management and corporate office you need to recognize the talent Josh brings to your store. He s the kind of employee that will make your store profitable. Please send a letter of recognition/appreciation for an employee like him that loves his job and store. This was the first time I had ever been there I had to purchase a new front tire on my Explorer .I was treated like Royalty from the time I walked through their doors. I was very impressed by their customer service they were kind , courteous and gave me excellent service . I am their customer for life. I highly recommend Les Schwab Tires in Los Banos to everyone, they beat all other Tire Shops .
