Stephanie is amazing and goes above and beyond for the customers. I was beyond stressed out dealing with the DMV and she handled it patiently and kindly! I couldn t recommend this establishment more!

This place is awesome. I recently got kicked off my families insurance plan and needed insurance fast. Ana helped me get a quick quote that was super affordable and got me insured the same day. Great customer service, see Ana for a good price on insurance.

Alejanrdra was extremely nice and very helpful. The employees there were very nice and greeted myself and my wife soon as we walked in. However the environment was very dusty and dirty. Employees desk are very clean however the carpet was ripped and stained, vents were very dirty, and it was very stuffy in there. These employees deserve a better work environment then what they have. As well as customers. The owners should take more pride in their business.

Why do you have your employee out in this 105� weather wearing the full suit!? Are you guys crazy or you just don't care! At least let them wear a t-shirt and shorts to promote your company. No one should be working in this heat under those circumstances. I understand that's the job they signed up for, but maybe you should look into having alternative outfits for your employees to wear during harsh weather conditions.

as soon as we walked in very rude. agent alejandra. went in there to ask about insurances and just straight to the point never offer me a seat the whole time i was standing up . after the 3/4 questions and very rudely answer didn't even stop her computer work to attend me i said well i need a quote and. how much it would be only then she then had to continue to talk to me log off where ever she was doing to submit my information not even then did she offer me a seat down nothing to make me feel welcome. i only stayed because i was in a hurry and was 109 degress was. or planning to drive around to look for another place

Very knowledgeable staff. Let me know that they be with me as soon as they can. Location for me also a plus. I had my taxes done this time. Very good price to get them done. They said if I have any problems just to let them know, they are there to helpTHANKs to Celeste from Madrea ( I hope I spelled her name right) & Irene. I had my taxes done in Los Banos. I was recommended by my son & his dad to go there. Great work I be there next year. Hope maybe a bigger office for all those great staff to have more room.Thank you all.And they followed with Covid 19 guideline also.Thank youAlice

I suggest you Do NOT prepare your taxes here. I was charged $408 for my 2017 taxes! I had only 1 W-2, not a complicated return. They smoothed talked me through the process stating not to worry about the preparation fee as it would be deducted from my refund. A few days later, once i reviewed my actual paperwork, I realized they were charging me $408. When I called they told they couldn't see exactly what the fee amount was for. However, they did tell part of the fee was an OPTIONAL protection fee. This OPTIONAL fee was not explained to me, they just added it. At the end of my call to them, they were able to cancel my return. I suggest you Do NOT use their services, if you have, review your paperwork. In my opinion, this business takes advantage of the fact the the majority of their clientele is not very knowledgeable or educated enough to catch things like this. BE AWARE of their unethical business practices.

Every time I go in or call this Fiesta for any type of question or assistance I m always helped with great pleasure and great customer service. I ve had the unfortunate experiences at two other Fiesta s that had unplecent service, so I still find myself going back or call this specific Fiesta for any assistance I need because they always help me with great pleasure, to be specific Claudia and Ben have been the two that have assisted me and I am very happy with their service.

Wow...I went in and started to do my taxes and was told to come back and schedule an appointment now, so I dont have to wait since I just had to sign for it. Came back 10 mins before my appointment and waited 45 mins and my hubby told the girl we had a 3:45 and the girls says yeah I know shes next ...haha WHAT ELSE YOU LYING ABOUT?Shady just straight shady!!

This place is a joke!! Paid almost $500 in one month for new policy that would make my monthly payments cheaper just so they can rip me off and say 3 weeks later that they can t take my policy anymore because of an error THEY made imputing my years of driving experience. Charging me more and took my money for a mistake THEY made!!! Oh and out of the $500 I m only getting $150 back!!

The one here in Los Banos California has maybe three good employees that really go out of their way to make things happen for you and get you a good deal on car insurance the other ones can speak highly of them I like going to the same three I go to all the time one of them gave me an awesome deal yesterday
