Yesterday night, 11/25/23 , around 10pm, was going over Pacheco Pass heading toward Los Banos on the way back to Fresno. Ran over something , and within a minute our tire was falling off the wheel and we had to pull off towards the safest side pass. After calling multiple 24 hour roadside service businesses, we landed on ENG. Absolutely amazing customer service and went above and beyond for our family in a time of need. Not only did the two gentleman bring a spare kia tire to help reach a safe work destination, but also brought the replacement tire as needed and did quick work in a safe environment and got us back on our way within the span of two hours! Gentlemen, thank you for your service, assistance, and help! You went above and beyond in a time of need and we are truly grateful for your service and support!

Wheel bearing replacement that the shop charges $500, he gave me a big discount for $200(I already have the wheel hub bearing kit). After the removal and installation, lights appeared and never went away, noise came back. Took it to a couple of shops and I was told and they showed me the damages from hammering and cuts and also was installed the other way. Because of the damage they could try to put the ring back but no guarantee that it would stay. Both shops recommended getting a new steering knuckle and all since the wheel stud was also damaged. You can guess how much everything was. Haven t gotten any response from him as well.

I was told by an automotive shop in Turlock that I needed new brakes and rotors. Heard of ENG in Los Banos. Took my car there for a free check. It turns out I didn't need either. My brakes were making a grinding noise because one of the shops put it on backwards or something to that effect. I don't know allot about cars. Anyway, they fixed it and I drove away without any noise at all. ENG saved me ALLOT in not having to buy parts. Thank you ENG for not trying to take advantage of customers.

Total piece of trash person. My car started smoking so i parked on the side of the road and dialed this number. Person who answered said they could meet me in 30 mins. 1 hour and a half later, nothing, so i called and it just rang. Called again a few mins later and the call was rejected after the first ring. Scumbag. *Edit because i can't reply*. Double checked phone number, and it matches what is posted here. Happened on Monday at 7am.

Wow this guy saved me big time !!!!!was out fishing at oneils forbay and got a broken ball jount , he came out and fixed it at 1am , 24 hr service and he means it , thank you so much , I was blessed to meet him thank you again

Starter bit the dust at a TA gas station. E n G mobile mechanic was quick all around and fixed the issue. Highly recommend!
