I found out about Dynamic automotive while driving by it and decided to ask about repairing my oil leak. Raul gave me a fantastic quote and fixed it fast. Since then I've had several other things that needed to be fixed. Each time I was expecting the worst but Raul took care of it fast. This time my ball joint broke and this shop fixed it the same day that I towed the car in. Not only was it fast but very reasonable in price. I am a customer for life at Dynamic automotive for sure! 5 out of 5 stars. Thank you Raul for getting me out of a bind.

Trustworthy service with good prices. Dynamic Automotive has never let me down. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. This is the only place I will take my vehicle for repairs snd service.

This is a very ethical and trustworthy repair shop.We had a radiator hose rupture on the I5 freeway (driving from LA to Seattle), and were stranded 10 miles from Los Banos on Easter Day. No garages were open, but the tow truck driver recommended Dynamic Automotive. They said that Raul was very trustworthy and that the tow truck driver brought his personal vehicles to the shop. We stayed in a hotel that night and had the tow truck driver take our Dodge Durango to the shop the next morning.Raul fit us in first thing and diagnosed the problem (the hose was rubbing on the cooling fan and the friction split the hose), and he replaced the top cooling hose and thermostat. He could have tried to upsell us on a full radiator service (or even suggested we need a new radiator), but he didn t and his crew finished the job and we were back on the road that afternoon. The total price was $270 (which seems incredibly reasonable).Cudos to Raul and his team. Great work!

Dynamic automotive is an amazing automotive machanic shop and I personally bring all of my vehicles and my family's vehicles here. That is ruffley 13 vehicles I may be missing a few. They are dependable, courteous and best of all honest automotive technicians. Management are very honest, up front, and affordable. Highly recommend! My vehicle overheated thermostat was locked, radiator cracked, and water pump needed to be replaced. Service technicians are very skilled and efficient. Service was done in a timely manner.

Raul was great about taking on a challenging issue that had been turned down by other mechanics! He took the time to update the software, and obviously knew what he was doing! Our truck s transmission starting slipping on I-5 in the middle of the night, on our way back from Southern California. We were able to slow drive to an O Rileys, confirmed from the code that it was transmission-related and, from there, got referred over to Raul at Dynamic. Raul could easily have taken advantage of us, like most mechanics, but he didn t. He took about 10 minutes to talk to us, gave us his best recommendation (replacement back in Sac), and refused even a tip. As we were waiting from a tow afterward, they even sent out some water bottles. Imagine that a nice, honest, not greedy mechanic! We are going to have our transmission looked at in Sac, where we live but, if I was going to do it in Los Banos, I would go with this shop in a second.

In my experience of car difficulties, this auto repair shop. Has been the "Best" experience, customer service, and professionalism I have ever experienced at a mechanic shop. Overall, a quality auto repair shop in town highly recommended
