Ted was a 10 star MVP and saved our day! I was connected with the company via AAA. Ted had called me to let me know ETA and helped get me out of a difficult spot. I would highly recommend this company if you need help in a pinch. He was friendly, kind efficient, and professional. He gave us good advice that put us at ease for our long journey.

Double D Towing is a company that truly cares about its customers. Their drivers are skilled, knowledgeable, and compassionate, and they always go above and beyond to help those in need. One time, I had a minor accident and the driver arrived within minutes to assess the damage. He provided me with all of the information I needed to file an insurance claim, and he even offered to tow my car to a nearby body shop for repairs. Double D Towing is the best in the business! When I needed to transport my classic car to a car show, I was really nervous about letting someone else handle it. But the driver who came to pick up my car was so careful and attentive. He made sure that my car was secure during the entire transport, and he even checked in with me throughout the journey to make sure everything was okay. The driver and serviceman saved the day!! Just waited 50 minutes for them to come to get us. Very pleasant folks and fast. Assisted us with observing an open tire Place to fix a level. Rude and very unprofessional . Will do anything to get out of a AAA tow super shady driver . In my 15 years of being a AAA member never seen a driver like this .
