I ran over my semi trailer and damaged the front axle brake chamber and airlines. Contact Avila Towing. They came out and get me back on the road. Highly recommend.

Great service. Locked my keys in my car and was in a hurry, cancelled last minute because another tow truck came sooner. HOWEVER the other towing could NOT unlock my car and gave up. Avila towing seen they couldn t open, drove up offered service and opened it within 30 seconds! So professional, helpful and quick. Thank you for great service.Service: Car lockouts

Great customer service. My insurance company has roadside assist so when I got a flat on the 5 highway, I was at ease. Then after an hour on a 100 degree day, my insurance had still not found a tow truck to come bring my car to a tire shop. So I called some places and Bill answered my call. I was in a bad reception area so there was some confusion about where exactly I was, but he got to me as soon as he could. He had all the right tools to inflate my spare, remove the busted tire, put on the spare, and even directed us to several local places where we could get a new tire. Then when we hot to the tire shop, I realized Bill still had my wheel lock which was essential to getting the spare tire off. I called him up and he immediately apologized and said he would bring the wheel lock to the shop. It's truly amazing to find someone so genuinely transparent and communicative and who admitted to the mistake. Call them up if you need roadside help. Avila truly cares. Thank you Bill!

I was stuck on the side of the road for hours then a passerby came along to help and told me of these guys. I called them and they were on their way in minutes. I said I didn't have anything to drink and the driver brought me a soda and water for my dof. They brought a new tire and I only had to pay the Bill without even leaving my vehicle. Great service. I'll use again and will gladly refer to others

My little girl and her friend got a blow out on there way over the hill. We called our insurance and they told us one hour tell help arrives . well in about 15 min Aaron from Avila's road side was there helping my little girl thank you so much Aaron and all the guys down at Avila's roadside . I recommend these guys to everone

You can't ask for a better guy to work with . I'm constantly learning from this man. His integrity mixed with outstanding work ethic has taken this company to a new leavel . Gill is the heart of this company and I'm pround to have the opportunity to work next to him . Theres nothing this man will not do to reasure the costmer that he's there to save the day . If your broke down and he happens to be driving by know that he is stopping to make sure your alright ,that your in no type of danger ,makes sure you have eaten aand will do what he can to get you off the side of a road and back on your trip .what's stands out the most is that most of our customers are traveling throw town and happen to break down so after we help them we don't ever see them again . And Gill treats them as if they were a everyday customer of our and not a stranger . If your broken down and happen to come across Gill your day has just went from bad to the best possible sitution it could be given the sercumstance and you and your family can rest assured your in the best hands in roadside assistance. One guy showed up and couldn't connect the ramps to his truck then the other kept saying he would come and never showed up.i waited 3grs in 98 degree weather. Terrible service

Fixed my rim & tire on the spot. Every tow company offered to tow me to a shop to fix my tire. Avila's roadside showed changed the tire, straightened the rim with a sledge hammer aired up my tire. And I was back on the road. Thanks guys.

Aaron Avila is the person who started this company now he works for gil so his review is all wrong because gil is nothing like he explains and 99% of all the reviews are from their friends and all lies this is a very small town where everyone knows everyone so trust me when I say their pulling your leg the reviews are really friends of theirs trying to help them out how pathetic lol this company sucks

Good service and a great rate . when they got there i had been stuck in the mud for 2 days . and i finally called a service and avilas roadside showed up with five guys and dug me out out of the mud . thank you avilas roadside

Expects everything easy when he gets there to hook up a big rig tractor only doesn't want to struggle no wonder he's cheap i sent another tow truck and did the job with out complaining smh You get for what you pay for right?
