I ve come to York Auto Body a couple of times over the years and I m very happy with each experience. This time, I dealt with Chris who was extremely nice and understanding. They fixed my car up perfectly and even threw in some things for free, which was very unexpected. My car looks amazing and Chris went out of his way to make sure I was happy. I will definitely be back in the future.

Took my car to have the drivers side headlight assembly replaced , they did a good job. After finished the guy came to me and said there are parts missing from your bumper that need to to be replaced. I asked how much will it be he said $616, was sticker shocked but told him do what needs to be done to fix my bumper. Great work and customer service. If there was an option to give more the 5stars York Auto Body would definitely get more then 5stars

Absolutely above and beyond service. Not only did they rush order the part I needed, but York got it finished in record time! Besides the exceptional work, York helped me to organize a rental car. I was able to get picked up and later have the rental car picked up from York.I ll never hesitate to get my rings fixed again. Everyone at York Auto Body is exceptional.

The gang at York Auto Body was super super pro. Just got my tacoma tailgate replaced and painted last week... they were on time... if not early with finishing repairs... job was GREAT... dealing with them was super easy from the start to finish. and the car was detailed beautifully in and out when I picked up. cheers, York Auto Body famService: Painting

I must have driven past this location a million times not knowing what a great place it was! After an accident I was referred to York auto body by Progressive (my insurance), they explained the process and took the time to keep me updated on the progress which was helpful. Oncecompleted my car looked better than new and the paint job was seemless.

They take their time but boy is it worth it. Came in for a rear bumper replacement and ended up needing so much more. They did an amazing job and even detailed the whole interior. They were a pleasure to work with along Progressive & Enterprise. Thanks!

These guys are amazing. I have brought my car in twice for accidents and they are always friendly, honest, handle things timely and make sure that I am completely satisfied and aware of what's been done with my car. I will keep going back to them for any goofs in the future that I do on my car ;)

They fixed a pretty big dent in my car. It took awhile, but it looks great. Looks like new. The staff was polite and really helpful in answering all my questions.

Every time there is a problem with my car, York Auto Care is the first place that comes to my mind. Great and excellent service at a convenient amount of time. I definitely recommend it to others.

I was sent there by my insurance Progressive and when they painted my new vehicle they used a unauthorized buffing machine and left swirl mark all over the hood of my new car that looked HORRIBLE and they did not install my front bumper properly it was falling off I had to take the vehicle back but they only did a mickey mouse job placing faulty tabs to temporary hold the bumper in place and they did not do anything to fix the damage they caused to my hood they only put wax that washed off totally unsatisfied I had to take my vehicle back for the same problem 3 times but this time the owner was hostel towards he told my insurance difference that he would fix the problem and get me a rental car but when I arrived they were angry and the owner was in my face questioning me if I did this to my vehicle myself and blaming me for the damage his employees caused all my information was documented and all corresponding emails and photos were taking and sent the insurance bottom line they refused to fix the damaged they caused and install my front bumper correctly I have now filed a claim with my Insurance and there cooperate I also filed and claim with the BBB and the Burial of Automotive Affairs and I will be filing a claim for pain and suffering with small claims court I do not recommend anybody to use this auto body shop under any circumstances they also charged my insurance for parts and labor that they never installed I had to forwarded the parts lists to my insurance and the BBB this is Insurance fraud and is illegal in California this auto body shop is shady and the people there are rude and unprofessional and they will be hearing from my lawyer
