Worst Body Shop ever not only did they not complete stuff and told the insurance they did! My car is in now worse shape than when I brought it in ! Cheery on top the had stolen my amp out of my car ! When called out on it said don t tel anyone and Zelle s me money ! Upon leaving a negative review the owner called me demanding and threatening me that I take the review down! Laughed in his face and said talk to my lawyer !Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Body & Trim, Battery

10/10 body shop took my M340i here after a minor accident car was repaired like brand new. Recently wrecked my M3 they helped me out with the entire process. Recommend this shop to anyone who wants a smooth easy process for vehicle repair.

These guys are awesome! Armen and hovo took such good care of me for a few years now. Its become the place within the community to go as they are trustworthy, consistent and reliable. I just dropped off one of my classics to armen and told him it wasnt running the best. 2 days he had my truck running like new and when i came to pick it up he brushed off my payment. The paint job was AMAZING! Total transformation of my jeep. I had a terrible wrap job before, World Body not only matched the paint to my rims, but they also had a quick turnaround.Affordable price, great customer service!!! 10/10 would recommend.

Unbelievable service. Our Mercedes was involved in a very bad wreck. The damage was extensive and severe (first picture doesn't do justice to the amount of damage). World Auto took on the job and did so enthusiastically. They dealt with the insurance company. They kept us informed throughout. Their work is truly top notch. I couldn't ask for better service, customer support, and body work. I've also rarely seen the level of friendliness and professionalism every single person I interacted with showed. I can be a little picky sometimes, but these folks gave no opportunity for any of that! Highly highly recommend!Services: Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Body & Trim

Excited to work with Eric. He gave me a pretty reasonable quote for some bodywork on my Mercedes and was very laid-back and had a good attitude. I look forward to working with him and will leave another review once I get the work done this week.

Wow! Had a fender bender and was shocked at how considerate and helpful everyone at World Auto Body was. The whole team at WAP was hands on and made themselves available. Their expected repair time was fast too - in on Thursday, back on in just one week. My car was returned perfectly polished and like brand new.The work is good. I wholeheartedly recommend WAP and will use them again if I need to.Services: Painting, Auto engine diagnostic, Body & Trim

These guys are awesome! We heard from a friend, but that doesn t always help in this case it did. We had a dangling bumper on our Lexus and they helped us with the most affordable fix and did it right on the spot. Will definitely be coming back for all of our body work and telling our friends. Thanks guys!

I had taken my car here for a collision repair and loved their service! Any discrepancies were addressed and they were super friendly. They stand by thier work and strive to make things right! Shout out to Armen and his staff for being super cool and providing top quality service, you guys are the best!!! I highly recommend

It can be difficult to find a trustworthy auto body shop, and I know there are so many options in the area, but I have to say I will forever be going to World Auto Body & Paint Center. Hov truly went above and beyond and was flexible in working out a time that fit in my schedule. I honestly cannot recommend them highly enough!

I had my car towed there after an accident and was told about the 5 star reviews. I had issues with some parts due to supply chain issues, but the owner was very communicative and has offered to even have a technician come to my home for the installation due to the delays. Totally impressed by my first 'mini-experience' with World Auto Body & Paint Center. Particularly impressed with the gentleman (named Hov) - who greeted me and handled my situation quickly, honestly, and.... at no charge. I even tried to tip the guys a small amount when they were done with the quick job and great work - but they declined.I had a light scratch and discoloration on my bumper and my side-mirror, so I took my vehicle into the main entrance/drive-up and inquired about getting an estimate to repair the two, minor issues. Hov and his colleague took a look at each issue and made an honest recommendation to polish out the scratches (that were so shallow, they aren't worth paying to buff/paint). After polishing my bumper and applying a solution to mirror, both issues are resolved, and you'd never know that either scratch ever happened.Honest, class act. Highly recommend and already have to one person since leaving earlier today.

World Auto is one of if not the best in LA. Customer service is outstanding. They make sure that the clients are extremely satisfied with the work done. They were extremely flexible with my drop off and pickup seeing I live in AZ now and needed to fly back in on the weekend to collect my car. They did some work on my front bumper of my RTR mustang and I couldn t be more happy. Most definitely recommend them. They even do a great job working with the insurance company and making sure I had no worries.

The team at World Auto Body really saved me. When I got into my first accident, their tow guys stayed with a very frazzled me for an hour until the police came and towed my car to their shop, where they fixed everything and even buffed out some scratches that had already been there. They worked with my insurance and were so kind and courteous throughout the whole process. Thank you so much!Services: Painting, Body & Trim, Vehicle Inspection

The body shop has 5 stars for a reason. The owner meets all client needs by being responsive, responsible and professional! Car repairs and maintenance can be a headache but Hov gave me such a peace of mind because I trusted his diligence. I unfortunately was in a car accident in February but luckily the World Auto Body team arrived at the time of the accident to tow my car and handle the repair! I was hesitant at first because it was my first time experiencing a tow company and collision shop being present at the accident without my need to dispatch one.

Came in for an estimate for some scratches on the back of my car due to being rear-ended, and left with the scratches totally buffed out! Was told writing an estimate would take longer than fixing the scratches. Super friendly & quick service, would recommend to anyone in the LA area in need of car repair!! Thanks again!

100% I recommend it the always make everything so much easier for me even in the worst situations "Accidents " .. the got the dream team. As a woman, I had one of the best car detailing/mechanic shop experience of my entire life. No condescending talk, no overcharging- just genuine assistance.I arrived to get a quote on how much it would cost to remove a scratch from my car and was told that they could handle it then and there.Service was very professional. The staff was friendly and accommodating.I d recommend them.

Great experience dealing with them, they work fast and efficiently. From the start they are very kind, when I took my car they told me exactly what needed to be done and reassured me that they were able to get the job done. They kept me updated with everything. I dropped my car off and within the week they had it fixed and ready for me to pick it up. I highly recommend bringing your car to them for any repairs needed.

Finally found my car guys for life. Never thought getting my car fixed would be a good experience. Big shoutout to Hov and the guys who helped fix up my car. My car was pretty banged up when I brought it in. Was originally told it would take about a month and a half. The guys here got it done in less than that. They took care of my car and every time I called them, they always had positive news and updates on my car. Now I can get back to work and ride comfortably. Thank you Armen and the entire team at World Auto Body. Would definitely recommend if you have an accident or even if you need body work done. They do awesome fixes and upgrades to all makes and models of vehicles. They'll take care of you!

This shop did such a great job with my car! They fixed some dents and scratches and replaced the broken window and rear view mirror. They were very pleasant to work with and went above and beyond for me. Highly recommend!

Had my Cadillac SUV repaired there a year ago. Very satisfied with the repair, but more importantly, I had a small fender bender that popped out a few items and scuffed the bumper. I went in to get an estimate and they fixed it all, no charge! These were fairly simple fixes, but within 2 minutes the guy was on the ground under my car fixing things and then buffed out the bumper to look as good as new. You just don't find this type of service these days. Thanks guys! You earned a customer for life (although hopefully not).

Came here completely out of chance. I m new to LA and had an accident on my way home from work and no idea where to go when my toe guy actually called World Auto Body and asked them to stay open long enough to bring my car there. They did, and we re so kind and courteous! My car was totaled so I ended up not having to get work done, but when I got in another accident in the new car three months later, they were equally amazing! Took great care of me & my car and took me over to Enterprise to get a rental. Honestly it feels like they made it so easy it was like I didn t get in an accident at all - my car certainly doesn t look like it too!Anyway, I ll definitely be going back for more work if something happens & I ve told everyone I know to do the same. Armen, Hov, & the rest of the staff are all awesome!

I had an awesome experience with Hov and the rest of the team! I was recently T-boned by another driver who s insurance hardly covered the damage done. Hov fought the insurance company to raise my estimate for me and in the end I didn t have to pay anything out of pocket (the World Auto team even washed and detailed my car when I came to pick it up). Great people and service, will definitely come back again!

We had an accident just down the street from this place that totaled our car. Our car was towed here within minutes. Mike and Yolanda were great. They helped us file our claim and helped us get out the door quickly. They even gave us a ride to the rental car place. They were so supportive and friendly, helping us during a very stressful point in our lives. Thank you!

went in for a scuff...scratched down to the metal...bumper needed to be repainted...quick turnaround, high quality paint, very easy process, cant understate how simple it was. matching the paint was not a problem for them at all (MB polar white) . great service! also staff is great, front desk was very polite. mechanics were cool. thanks again world auto!

I was rear ended on the freeway in a hit and run. A tow truck driver from World Auto Body happened to be passing by and towed my car to the shop for me. From there everything was shockingly smooth. Yolanda and the rest of the team communicated timeframes and specifics clearly, and their professionalism was second to none. They did an incredible job and will definitely be my go-to spot from here on out.
