I cannot say enough good things about the exceptional service I received from Westwood Auto Body and its owner Jason. I ve had a rough year with two small accidents within a month leaving first my loaner vehicle with some unsightly scuff marks and then my own vehicle with really deep scratches that scrapes the primer area (see pictures). I was dreading the repair process and cost. But Jason immediately put my mind at ease - he listened to my concerns, provided a very fair and affordable quote, and made the entire experience seamless.Jason and his team did an incredible job restoring my vehicles back to pristine condition. What could have been a stressful ordeal was made so easy thanks to Jason's empathy and the shop's excellent workmanship. The best part? I dropped off my car to be fixed over a few days while I was traveling but couldn t pick it up in time before they close on Friday. Jason personally drove the car back to my apartment so I can have it for work over the weekend (instead of having to rent a car). This is truly above and beyond expectations. I m so grateful for their compassion and professionalism during a difficult time and will be sending anyone in need of reliable and honest auto body repairs to them! I m a customer for life!

Fast, reliable and genuine service. I bumped into a parking lot column by myself, which resulted in a broken taillight and some scratches along the body of my car..... Everywhere else said I needed to do new paint AND replace the bumper, quoting me thousands of dollars. Jason was the only person that recommended just getting touchups. I am very satisfied with the work that I got here. Jason went above and beyond to get me a better price for the taillight part, and the entire job came up to be a very, very fair price. Also, the entire job was done within an hour. Will come again!

I've been going to Westwood Autobody for almost 10 years and I couldn't recommend them more highly. In my experience, they do excellent work. (Most recently, someone ran into my car and they literally made it look brand new). They are also extremely fair with their pricing, get things done quickly, and are wonderful to work with. I love working with Kenny. He always goes above and beyond and I'm grateful that I can trust him 100%.

Wow! These guys are so great. I went in today needing help with a broken car door and they fixed everything on the spot. I had started to try to do it myself and figured out rather quickly it was harder than it looked online. They were so gracious, helpful and fast. Thank you for making my life easier today! I highly recommend coming here.

I think Westwood Auto Body shop is the best on the West side for the following reasons:1. Quality.2. Price.3. Integrity4. Communication1. When I backed into a pole on my leased BMW, I was looking for a shop that could make my rear bumper and light look like new and they did. Look for the red one in the yelp pictures. These guys are pro.2. I stumbled upon Roger's shop by accident and they ended up giving me the best price out of all the yelp top-rated body shops on the West Side. Save yourself some time and go here first. That's all I will say.3. Instead of trying to get the most money from the job, Roger gave me suggestions of how to save money. On top of that, he did his best to stay within the figure on his initial written quote, despite additional damage found after taking off the bumper. This man takes care of his clients, and that is so rare in this business.4. Roger gave me updates about the progress of the work, and called me when the car was ready. On top of that, he's a bit of a jokester, so if you don't have a sense of humour, this place may not be for you after all.Honestly, just go here before you get an estimate from anyone else. Save yourself some time and money.

The guys at Westwood auto body were incredibly helpful. I came in with a scrape on a rental car that would have cost me thousands and they repaired it in minutes for far less. It looks perfect. Can t recommend them highly enough!Service: PaintingService: Painting

AWESOME!!!!! I love my truck and it got hit on the front left wheel well, and it is a very tricky color. Looks black until the sun hits it then it's metallic dark green. They did such an amazing job I can't even describe. I called every day to check on my baby and they were always happy to give me an update. Job was done when promised and they even offered to drop it off for me. I love these guys and I am a customer for life :)

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. I came to this auto body shop needing body work and ended up having a bigger headache than I asked for. The guys at this shop seem nice at first, but like the other reviews on here, my car was not the same after picking it up from here. When I picked it up, my engine light was on, I let them know and they said to drive it around for awhile and it would go off. Not only did my light not go off, my car got worse. All my warning lights came on, steering wheel and speedometer didn t work (I had none of these problems prior to Westwood). I took it back and they claimed they didn t work on that side of the car (for electrical) and they didn t know what happened, but they were more than happy to reopen my claim and try to get more money from my insurance. I told my insurance I suspected that they messed with my car and took it to Toyota. Toyota did an inspection and was able to confirm that it was indeed from the same side of my car they worked on, and this shop still tried to avoid blame, and refused to pay for any of the damages they caused. Luckily my insurance was able to cover the repairs for their mistakes at toyota, but I really wish I read the reviews of this scamming auto shop before taking my car here. SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE AND MONEY AND CHOOSE A DIFFERENT AUTO BODY SHOP. THEY WILL TRY TO SCAM YOU OR YOUR INSURANCE.Service: Body & Trim

DO NOT TRUST YOUR CAR TO THESE PEOPLE. VERY DISHONEST These guys, the dad is the tough guy and the son plays the easy going polite guy. Our family car was never the same since we took it to them to have the hood fixed. It's now been sitting for several years, non-operational after they worked on it. They messed up the head lights, and the radiator. They stole a charger from our trunk. They said everything was finished and charged us in full.They have several phoney 5 star reviews. Think about it: someone made an account just to review them. When did YOU last do that? Also, they make a big deal about their 4 star reviews as being phoney from competitors. 5 star means it can't be any better. 4 star is good, but they call most of their 4 star reviews fake. Imagine their ego and arrogance that everyone has to give them 5 stars.As for them mistreating veterans, we are a military family, and they most definitely ripped us off. Our beautiful, well running car was destroyed by this shop. Crazy thing is they didn't need to rip us off. It cost them just labor to fix the issues. Instead they released the vehicle unsafe to be operated.

Where do I even begin? Went with my mom when she had to have her suv repaired. They guys are ROCK STARS!! The owner came out of the office to greet us when we arrived for an estimate. Didn't know us from Adam. Staff was extremely friendly and the mechanics working there were impeccably dressed. for guys that work on cars all day, I didn't see any dirt or grease on them.If you want a textbook lesson in great customer service and don't want to worry about your vehicle being repaired or other incidentals, THIS is the place to go!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Beware! Went to have my hood latch fixed and headlight bulbs changed. I was charged almost $600 and got home to find out that my lights were not replaced. When I asked them, I was told that they had to order a wiring harness, but never told me before I paid them in full. Now over a year later, they still have not fixed my headlights. The dealer told me that I was charged almost double what I should have been. Jason, the owner's son is who I've been dealing with. Everytime I've called and texted, I'm given some excuse.Even items from my trunk was missing. Gave me cheap replacement for my expensive charger.They took advantage of knowing that I was going to be hospitalized for a cardiac procedure. I'm going to the Bureau of Automotive Repair with a formal complaint. I trusted this family and they took advantage of me and let me down.

Great service. Replaced the driver side mirror on my Outback and did some sanding work on the door in less than 24 hours. I was pleasantly surprised to find they washed and polished the entire car when I came to pick it up.

I was looking all over for a good, reliable, honest, auto body shop in West LA, and my search is over. The owner, Roger, is an easy going guy, will take good care of your car and at a good price. For some of the work they did on my car, the cost was actually less than the quote.

These guys are the best, they move fast and efficiently. They know all the bull that insurance companies pull and our delays weren t because of the shop. My car was restored like new and was cleaned like new. Thanks Roger and team! Definitely recommend.

I've used this body shop several times since living in LA for 20 years. I just recently returned for a job that someone hit my parked car (no NOTE) and dented my car so hood could not open. They did an amazing job replacing hood! Very honest and my car came back looking brand new. They wash it all up, too!! Very nice owner! I highly recommend them!!!!

Jason went above and beyond to fix my Canadian car - calling Canadian shops to source parts and even helping with me with insurance. I had just moved to LA at the time and gotten hit by a reckless driver. It was an extremely stressful time and I couldn't have gone to a better place. Jason is kind, patient, skilled, and honest.I hate/never write reviews, so this post is a testament to how strongly I feel about this. I saw some sparsely written, low-rating reviews which are obviously fake. It's hard to find a shop you can go to and feel like you are in safe hands. Go to Westwood Auto Body! I went for a quote for bumper and side door repair. Other shops were going to charge 3 times more for the same work. They even buffed out a lot of the damage without charge. Integrity is hard to find in LA. I will recommend this shop to all my friends! Thanks!

Honestly wouldn't really recommend this place. They overpromise and underdeliver. They kept my cost low but the work was shoddy - I had a dent and several scratches and after I got home, looked like the dent hadn't been fully taken out and some (non functional, but still) parts looked misaligned. All I can say is there's a reason they're cheap - the work is lower quality too

Thanks guys. Kudos to Sammy, Kenny and everyone at Westwood Auto Services. I had problems with overheating. These guys quickly identified the problem and fixed it. Quick and efficient service for a reasonable price. Keep up the great work guys.

Roger (love you man), Avi and Jason have become my new best friends, unfortunately. I'm trying to negotiate a "volume" discount. Yes, driving in LA has its challenges. Thank God for these guys. Think my car loves them too. It always seems to be looking for an ACCIDENT !

They lie. About everything tock my car to get fix so they stole my insuranse over 10thousand$ plus they did herry up to fix it. Tock them almost 3moths and still is not fix.complity.There hang up on me when i call to see how much leaft .. so rude t ok customers.
