Kenny Khan, the owner of Westwood Auto, truly embodies professionalism and excellence. Dealing with an oil leak in my Mercedes led me to his shop, recommended by a friend. The entire visit was exceptional knowledgeable and friendly staff created a wholesome experience. Not only did they expertly address the issue, but the added touch of washing my car left it looking as good as new upon pickup. Avoid dealership scams and trust Westwood Auto on Olympic with your Mercedes; they make you feel like family during your visit.

Westwood Auto provides the highest and top of the line car service and customer service in the area. I originally had an issue with my car dealing with suspension and other minor damages, and the service I received was way more the exceptional. Kenny and his team are brilliant within the industry, and treated my car, as well as myself with the best service I have received throughout the lifetime of my car. (Post-fix, the auto detailing my car received was also in which high quality). I highly recommend Westwood Auto and their superb service. Thank you Kenny and team for keeping me safe, and honest! I recently had the pleasure of working with Kenny at Westwood Auto Body Shop after being involved in an accident. From the moment I dropped off my car to the moment I picked it up, the service was top-notch. The staff was friendly and communicative, keeping me updated on the repair process every step of the way. The work was completed quickly and to perfection - my car looks like new again! I would highly recommend Westwood Auto to anyone looking for quality work and exceptional customer service. Following up on a review from a year ago. My BMW suffered some damage to the rear bumper that needed some major work. Kenny and his team were very helpful, detailed, and communicative in describing costs, how long it ll take, and the overall process.The car looks absolutely brand new, on par with what it was when I first bought it. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a reputable and reliable body shop!

Kenny is an absolute gem! We came in with two major issues on the car, an engine sensor issue and a door actuator replacement. Not only did he fix them quickly, he went above and beyond and gave the entire engine a much needed clean, and even polished a scratch we had! Couldn t recommend him enough

Just picked up my car today from Kenny and amazed at the quality and detail his team gave my car! This was the first time I dropped my car off here and it needed a new sunroof and body work done.They went above and beyond my expectations and I am a new (very) satisfied customer!

Yesterday, I went to Westwood Auto to replace my low beam bulb .They said I have to take the whole front bumper out just to replace the light bulb for the headlight.I knew they were lying to me, so they could make a lot of money off of me.I learned how to replace the light bulb on my Ford Focus 2015 by watching a mechanic on YouTube.All you need to do is loosen a couple of screws that hold the headlight unit in place and change the light bulb out.The light bulb costed me $20 at an auto parts store. I replaced the bulb on my own.I find the mechanics at Westwood Auto are very dishonest opportunists.

Kenny and his team are the greatest, seriously. The first time I went to Westwood Auto was 3 years ago because of a nasty scratch alongside the rear passenger area above my tire. Id spent most of the weekend going around to different body shops for quotes - one shop about a half block away quoted me over $700, saying my bumper would need to be removed in order to repair. I quickly left, making my way to Kenny who not only quoted me a price drastically lower but also told me to grab a coffee from Starbucks across the street and by the time I'd make it back my car would be ready ...he did not disappoint. I was so grateful!!Fast forward three years to last week - I'm thanking Kenny for his and the team's services on my newer car, which needed a fog light and grill replacement. Again, the repair was completed in the amount of time promised, and his price was unbelievably reasonable for the amount of work that had to be completed. I appreciate the way Kenny does business because he's not money-hungry and although his team mainly services luxury vehicles, the quotes are still reasonable for the quality of work. I have recommended this shop, and will continue to recommend this shop to any and every who needs any mechanical or body work done. Don't waste your time getting quotes elsewhere, come to him first.

I've been coming to Kenny and Westwood Auto for the past two years for car repairs, and the experience has always been so smooth and amazing. Kenny is extremely friendly, kind, reliable, and knowledgeable of all the things about cars. He and the rest of his team, who are all very sweet and experienced, have always tackled whatever issue my car had with the utmost expertise and fixed it really well really fast. My car always returns to me like new and I just can't thank Kenny and his team enough for all their help. They're amazing!!!! Truly the best and the only auto shop I'll be going to for as long as I'm still living in the LA/OC area

Kenny is the absolute best! Not only did he update me every step of the way as they were fixing the body of my car, he delivered it sparkling clean and checked everything else in my car! I can always count on them being extremely reliable, honest, professional and kind. Let me just start by saying, I will never take my car to another shop after having worked with Westwood Auto. These guys are the real deal, go above and beyond the repairs you bring it in for, and just car about the overall well-being of your vehicle.Having dealt with a few different shops who don't complete the job to entirety and who are late, these guys at Westwood hit their deadline and gave me my car back looking brand new.Really cannot say enough good about this company and these guys, Kenny is the real deal. The absolute BEST auto body shop in Los Angeles! They fixed my new Mercedes back to its pristine, new condition perfectly. All the work was done on time. The staff is super friendly and professional. I would never take my car anywhere else!

A friend recommended Westwood Auto to me. I'd driven from the Bay Area to LA for dental surgery, and my car intermittently pushed white smoke/steam out of the exhaust. My car expertise is nonexistent, so I originally thought it was just condensation or a minor leak or issue related to my AC, as it did not restart after I pulled over to check oil and kept the AC off afterwards.The morning of my surgery, I spoke to Kenny and brought my car in. Within 10 min, he had my car lifted and showed me the burn marks along my exhaust pipe and the actual origin of the leak: my transmission. Much more serious than I'd hoped. Kenny gave me a quick verbal estimate for the repair, I left for surgery, and he was done the same day for less than his original estimate! Absolute top notch service and quick repair. The car showed no problems with a few test drives around LA over the weekend, and managed the full drive back north no issue.As an added bonus, Kenny himself is one of the most friendly and personable people I've met. He commiserated with me when I told him about my surgery and was kind enough to also let me take the car and pay the next day so I could make sure things cleared. He even gave me a coupon for a free car wash. Coming in under estimate had me trust him as a mechanic, holding the charge so I could be sure I had it cover and his awesome personality has me like him as a person. 100% recommend coming here for any and all auto needs.Service: Transmission repair

First, the shop did great work on my car. And fast. But moreover and more importantly, Kenny was amazingly helpful and kind and made the whole experience easy and smooth. I just got my Mercedes and have already been to two other shops with horrible experiences. I am so glad I found Westwood Auto and will now go nowhere else.

Kenny and the team here always do a world class job. He even went to bat with my insurance company to ensure that my car was repaired to a better condition than it was in prior to the accident, as well as even offering to redo the ceramic coating on the newly replaced panels for free. Can't recommend them highly enough and will be back for any future needs!Service: Auto body & trim replacement

I would give Kenny 10 stars if I could. This place is a gem. The prices are very reasonable and the service is great. No matter how busy they are they always make room for my car if there is an emergency or if I need service ASAP because I am going on a trip. I highly recommend Westwood Auto. One of my cars is an older Mercedes and I have literally saved $10,000 in the past year because of their great work for a fait price. This is a rare type of business. The owner Kenny is a fantastic guy, he has a heart of gold and makes you feel like a family member. His crew does top notch work on foreign cars, and Kenny is the only mechanic I've met who sends you pictures of the work as it progresses. Also he returns your car clean inside and out so it feels like new. Trust is the number one issue when it comes to car repairs, and I trust Kenny and Westwood Auto 100%. 5 stars!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Engine repair, Wheel alignment, Oil change

Westwood Auto did significant body work on my car after a collision. I was so happy to get my car back in mint condition for a great price. I also appreciated the customer service there. This auto body shop gets the highest points from me.I've been coming back for the past 15 years, and never hesitated to refer a family or a friend to Westwood Auto on Olympic Blvd.You'll be hard-pressed to find a shop that can do a better job than Kenny and his crew. Their quality of the work and attention to detail is first-rate and unmatched.No matter the make, model, age or condition of the automobile, these guys always put their best and utmost care into ensuring that it will look better than new when you're driving out.If you're one of those people that can tell a bad paint job or a sloppy bodywork and want to absolutely avoid it, this is the place totake your vehicle to. You'll be in good hands from start to finish, never having to think or deal with insurance and any of the other usual hassle. I got a quote at a different shop that was double the price of what I paid here. They finished my Mercedes C300 in 24 hours! That was two days earlier than promised. I need a paint fix on my bumper. They even washed the inside and outside of my car and polished tree sap off for free! Love the quality of work and the honesty of the shop. Thanks Kenny!
