Wow wow wow I am more than speechless! I don t think there have been many situations in my life where I have been treated with such grace, understanding and patience (especially when it comes to cars). I called up the store because my engine unfortunately didn t start anymore (it s an older car so I decided it s time to say bye) I couldn t find any of my papers because I cleaned out the car beforehand and didn t think I would need them anymore (girl rookie mistake). Donnie was the most patient person I could have ever wished for he told me to go back home and search for my papers he would wait and he s sure I ll find it. Needless to say I was beyond speechless.. while I was losing my mind he calmed me down with a smile on his face and such grace. He really made more than the best out of the situation everybody was so kind, I m so glad I chose this place! Recommending it to everyone you ll be in absolutely amazing hands!

Called Westside Auto last minute so they could take care of my old car. I said I was leaving the country by LAX and Skip even offered us a lift to the airport. Super quick response, very kind man and overall fantastic service! 10/10 experience.

I don't usually write reviews but felt compelled to after my experience with Westside Auto Recycling. I needed to have two vehicles removed from a property and was hesitant as I was dealing with this from another state. Thankfully, Skip walked me through the process and put my concerns to rest. He and his team handled everything from start to finish and turned the unfortunate situation into a relief for my family. This is the first and only place you need..

I was moving out of my apartment and was in a rush to get rid of a broken down car that had been sitting in that garage for months. Called this place to be greeted by Skip, a class act through and through. After answering all of my questions thoroughly, Donny, another great guy, was on the way with a tow truck. In and out very quick. They seem to actually care about the business they run. Would highly recommend to any of my friends!

Skip was SUPER nice on the phone. First response from him was 'am I okay' after I told him I was in an accident. Found them online, on top of their business. The tow truck came exactly when they said and Don was great, picked up the car in less than 2 hours. Good, honest people.

The service was excellent. The process was seamless. Skip is a jewel ! Great customer service. My son s car died , he came and picked it up the same day even though it was close to closing time. This is how you run a business.

Skip and company were awesome! They were easy to work with and on time for everything. They bought my Ford Escape and masterfully got it out of my parking garage even though it wouldn't start. Highly recommend them!

AMAZING! Where do I start... I have to tell you, Skip and his staff went above and beyond to provide me the BEST services. I was in a bit of a sticky situation where I needed to get my car out of my apartment by 4/30/20. Long story short, I followed there instructions, communicated everything they needed from me. They explain everything very very well (this was my first time having to salvage a car, and I had no knowledge on the process), and made it extremely easy to finalize the pick up. My car was in a apartment garage stacked parking space. The staff was able to maneuver in and out with precision! They can get anything out of anywhere no problem. I am very very SATISFIED and will continue to keep them on speed dial if I ever need services with them again. thank you so much you have no idea!

I was looking a car recycling for my old car near by Santa Monica and Westside Auto Recycling was closest one. Also it has great reviews. I called them and the owner Skip asked couple questions and told me that he will come in 30 min to have a look. After checking he paid me cash and helped me to fill out selling DMV forms online. This is the really great service I met here in LA. We said goodbye as good friends. Next time I know the place 1. Thanks Skip again for cool service and friendly support!

Skip, is one of the nicest, most accommodating people I ve ever met.When our Ford F150 exploded in the Walgreens parking lot last week, he was the only one who was willing to tow the carcass away to his junkyard. He did it almost immediately after I called, and I didn t even have to be there in person for him to take care of it because I was away on another job.The cops wouldn t help me, the firefighters wouldn t help me, and no tow-yards would help me. It was unbelievable. Skip s service is vital to Los Angeles, and I literally don t know what people will do without him!!Not to mention, he is a heckuva nice guy and even helped me procure my gorilla magnetize lockbox which I had left under the body of the truck!!! That is above and beyond service!!!!I will definitely be calling him in the future!!!

Westside Auto Recycling is absolutely awesome. I have a problem situation including a lien, title transfer, etc. "Skip", the owner, spent several hours over several weeks helping me with this - and he ultimately took care of of the entire process (at extra time and effort on his behalf). Plus, he paid me in full several weeks earlier. I'm absolutely thrilled. Awesome gentleman and company.

I had an extremely positive experience with them! Everyone with whom I spoke was professional, helpful, and most importantly honest and trustworthy. It can be unfortunately rare to find genuine, wholehearted help when struggling with car issues, and they exceeded my expectations. They had what I needed, were flexible in scheduling a time to pick it up, and were straightforward with me the entire time about how best they could help me. I truly appreciate you! Thank you again!

Unbelievably great service and care for the customer. I was in a tough spot and Skip went out of his way to make the process easy for me and get my car out of the impound extra quick. I would never go anywhere else for this kind of service.

Found this place to sell off our wrecked car. Service was reliable, friendly and same day turn around. We got minimal cash for the car but it wasn't worth much, apparently. The tow truck came and picked up the car within a couple hours. Great people!

I had planned to leave on Monday morning on a trip. On Sunday my battery died. Skip came on Sunday night at 9pm to change my battery so that I could leave in the am. Amazing service!

The guys there are great. Skip and Don helped me so much with the Saturn parts I needed. They assisted in the removal of the parts when they did not have to. Really appreciated their kindness.

The dude sadly said they don't sell cars here but do offer parts depending on what model or car you have. I was so down to cop an old car and mod it out. I wonder if I could check out their cars though. Probably not...
