We were in from out-of-town with a rental, and picked up a nail or screw in one of the tires. We rolled into the shop about 3:45, not realizing that they were about to close. The guys jumped on it right away and spent considerable time trying to locate the leak because it wasn't very obvious - never letting on that they were working past closing. The kicker was the low repair cost. I made sure they were paid fairly (extra). Exceptionally helpful, fair, honest, friendly, and just all-around good guys.

Hi! Had an emergency, the car didn t want to start. George did diagnostics and helped me out, - very professional, quick and responsive. I m so happy I have this shop in my neighborhood! x

I called last week to ask if they could service a wiper blade issue on my wife's car, the guy who answered didn't commit with yes and suggested I come in so he could take a look.After inspecting the blade and arm he grabbed a few tools and started to work on it. He tightened a few bolts, discovered the arm was bent so he adjusted that. Another employee came over and offered additional assistance.After a little back and forth and some testing the arm and blade were responding as expected. Although the arm is not perfect it works and looks fine. He offered to replace with a new part should I decide to do so.I asked how much for the time and he shook his head. I asked if I could give him a little something and he said no. I am thankful for their generosity and good will.Although I don't expect everyone will be getting their car fixed for free I believe these guys are honest and good people. I plan to go back next time I need service.

Had to make an emergency stop to get our car checked while on a road trip. Diagnosis was done extremely fast and accurate! Luckily we didnt need to get any work done but the mechanic filled the car with oil and added other minor things for a great rate! Honest and knowledgeable shop, would recommend!

Too many mechanics will fleece you; the team at Western Diagnosis is not among them. Greg and his team are up front and awesome. After visiting with three different cars over the last few years, I am happy to say I've never been disappointed with their work. As a side note, they are very good with Datsuns!

Place is awesome. Considering how expensive anything in la is with your vehicle finding an honest mechanic locally is impossible. I would recommend anyone to go here for any mechanical issues. The honesty is worth more than anything.

Called before noon, spoke to George, got Radiator and Alternator fixed here. Great service, great job. They even stayed late to get the job done the same day and contacted me throughout the day to keep me updated
