I had a great experience at this auto repair shop. They did a phenomenal job repairing the damage from a rear-end accident & did it in a timely manner. Everyone is very nice & helpful. Will be coming here for all my service & repair needs from now on.

I highly recommend. I had the misfortune of being in 3 accidents with 2 cars and they have always provided excellent customer service and expert workmanship. They get extremely busy sometimes and can't take new customers, along with many repeat customers - that says a lot.

Vera, Armin, Jose, Elizabeth ALL provide excellent customer service and care. Unfortunately, I ve had to make too many visits to Western Collision but I always choose this shop because they re friendly, always have your best interests in mind, and truly make me feel cared for. From Getting me the best prices to getting me in and out as soon as possible. I even went in once for an estimate only to be told that a screw was loose. Jose tightened it and everything was resolved. Hehe. Thank you all!

I ve been to Western Collision Works twice now and both times I ve had a fantastic experience. The staff is very nice and helpful and their turnaround time is quick for minor body work. I cannot recommend this place enough!Services: Painting, Body & TrimServices: Painting, Body & Trim

I ended up having to go here twice due to some car break ins and will now be recommending this place to everyone! Not only did they take care of me, but they really got my car back quick both times and treated me like family! Hoping to not have my car needing fixed anytime soon, but also hoping I do just to see these lovely people again!

Was involved in a accident damage to the front in they are detailed orientated professionals to the top rental car was waiting for me they keep me update as to the progress vehicle was promise in 5 days del in 4 great customer service i highly recommended

As a woman in her 20s, I'm often worried about being taken advantage of or talked down to at body shops. But my experience at Western Collision Works was wonderful!After my catalytic converter was stolen, I came here on the recommendation of my insurance company to get a replacement. They made everything easy and patiently answered all of my questions, and everyone I interacted with was super friendly and professional. Prices were very reasonable and I will absolutely return here for any future repair needs.Service: Exhaust

My insurance recommended this shop. The business has a system that kept me updated via text message on the progress on my car everyday. The girls in the office were very friendly and professional. When I picked up my car which was finished a few days ahead of schedule I was impressed with how nice they made the car look and was happy they cleaned and vacuumed the inside of my car as well. The guys in the shop really went the extra mile. Thank you Western Collision Works!

Long over due review on this place. Had some work done on my car because of a hit and run and they left my car looking amazing! They even buffed out scuffs and scratches that had nothing to do with the hit and run. Was VERY impressed with their work. Will definitely recommend this place!

Progressive Insurance repair supplier. Communication was ok. The repair was satisfactory. There was trouble with an after market part but they were fair with resolution.
