Brought my audi a3 here a few months ago. When I got it back, the headlights were not in the proper place they were just kinda forced back. The hood seam was also not the same. Now, the thing is rev limiting me. So it is going to have to go back to the shop. Hopefully, they will be able to fix the issues. Will update once I get the car back again.Update:Received the car back. They did some more work on the hood and headlights, and they still don't look exactly how they are supposed to, but now it will take either a very perceptive owner or a dealer to notice. They put on new tires and buffed out a few scratches, and charged it to insurance. Overall, it seems like they were trying to do the right thing.

These guys are just excellent. They restored my car to perfect condition, my baby looks brand new. They also got the work done quickly. They communicate well and were so easy to deal with. Marco is the best in business ! He did a great job on my car. Customer service, management and timing is on point. Did not disappoint me as i had many other options with my insurance i was considering.

I've said it once and I will say it again! This place is tops for your car. Honestly save yourself the stress and do yourself a favor, trust them with your car. They have the best customer service, nicest staff, and the most helpful mechanics. They look out for problems on your car while keeping you informed of all the steps. You don't have to wonder if you left your car in good hands because you left them in the best hands. They are my go to shop for a reason and I can't rave about them enough to be honest!

Western Auto Crafters is the best, bar none. Their work and customer service are exceptional. Since 2014, my partner and I have taken six vehicles to Western for touch up and insurance work. Their attention to detail is impressive. Marco and Adrian communicate on the status of work, and follow-up afterward to make sure everything is working properly.I recently had an experience where Adrian helped me navigate some service issues I experienced, and arranged an appointment for my car with Mercedes DTLA. He didn't have to do that, but he did, and he followed up afterwards to make sure everything was working okay. That is a testament to their intention about doing the right thing.We appreciate the team at Western Auto Crafters, and will continue to refer and use their services.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I love the way the did my car.Their customer service is the best friendly nice they pretty much help you on everything you did... and once you pick your car omg they return your car clean and neat...I for sure return if i ever need to get my car fix again....

Hands down the best repair experience I have had in Los Angeles!Came in with a damaged bumper and three days later I received my car with the bumper looking brand new. They even buffed out other scratches I had around the vehicle, and took care of some urgent damage. Great paint job, reliable parts, and very fast service all around.The staff at Western Auto Crafters is very professional and accommodating. Made dealing with insurance easy as well. Marko was outstanding from start to finish. I was referred here by my insurance company after a minor accident with my Mustang. From the moment I walked in I felt very comfortable leaving my car for repairs. Even after repairs were finished, Marko offered to take care of another fix I wanted that wasn't part of the insurance claim. I highly recommend Western Auto Crafters and they have gained a customer for life. 10/10 recommend.Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Body & Trim

I found them through my insurance company and boy am I so glad I did. They offered the best service not only to my car ,but the customer service was A1. They kept me updated about the process , they checked in so I was aware of how things were going with my car and I truly appreciate how well taken care of I felt . They were very kind, helpful, and truly made my week.

These guys and ladies are terrific! I was in an accident a few years ago and they put my car back together after the accident. They not only made the repairs the insurance company paid them for, but they went the extra mile to fix several other issues that needed to be fixed. These issues didn't have anything to do with my accident so they weren't included in the estimate. As a pure gift of appreciation, they went ahead and fixed the blemishes free of charge. Incredible! I obviously recommend Western Autto Crafters.

The only place that you can trust to fix your car! I had my convertible roof broken into a few months ago and a friend of mine recommended me to go to this place and this place only. Western Auto Crafters took care of everything so smoothly and no time wasted. Sandra was a complete angel! It was my first time dealing with repairs and insurance and she was a huge help guiding me through it all! Thank you so much!

My car was worse off after they "fixed" it than when I brought it in. I was rear ended in a minor accident and brought my suv here. Not only did they take a very long time to fix it but when I got it back it made weird noises that it never had before. The car was less than 1 year old and they absolutely destroyed it with their shoddy work. They also clipped the windshield wiper fluid line.When I tried to take it back and showed them all the things wrong with the car they told me "if we can't charge the insurance for it then you will have to pay to fix it"Never go here. Bad people and their work is even worse. They ruined an almost new car.Service: Body & Trim

I am not the type of person to write reviews for businesses. Western Auto Crafters has done an amazing an exceptional great job from repairing my BMW, providing me with great customer service, even to detailing my car. The office ladies Sandra and Kenia, great ladies, the owner, manager, and staff all great people!I am very impress of today s experience when picking up my car. They went far and beyond for me and that s something I will never forget!4 yrs going and more to come Western Auto Crafters, the best body shop anyone can wish for, they re absolutely the best!

Excellent!! customer service they got my vehicle repaired in 2 1/2 weeks it took them a little longer but the results were worth it. My vehicle came out looking better than it was before my accident the paint job was outstanding and they even waxed it. Without a doubt they are the best at what they do, The owner Marko is very involved throughout the whole process and he even stayed late for me to be able to pick up my car. I recommend this place to anyone.

This place is by far the best auto shop in LA. Unfortunately, I've been in many accidents and this is my go to place for my car. They leave it fresh and new! They take their time, yes, but it's for a reason. To satisfy their customer by leaving their car good and new. I recommend this place. Thanks western auto crafters!

Just picked up my car from there and let me tell you they took a while fixing it but when it was ready it was perfect. My car looked like it had just been purchase from a dealer , brand new car. Sandra, Kenia, Maria and Marvin are amazing. Excellent service , highly recommend this place :)

I will come back here EVERY TIME. They are so sweet, smart, professional and never ever try to rip you off. They are communicative and so helpful!!! Alway take such good care of my car. Can t recommend them enough.

I m not sure what the issue is, I ve been without a car for about 4 months now and at least a consistent update on progress would definitely would have satisfied me even if it took a year!! Their is no sense of urgency, all that I get told is that the other insurance is taking long to respond, but this would help if I knew, my attorney also sucks, no update on progress, it s been horrible, I am losing money as we speak because I have no car to drive to work everyday. Other times I brought my vehicles they have been quick, I guess my car and business is not that important. Keep in mind a consistent follow up is all it takes.

Western Auto Crafters is a top notch Auto Body shop with excellent customer service and quick turnaround. Marco and his team are extremely accommodating and I highly recommend using their services.Unfortunately, I've had a few accidents in past couple years. I was referred to Western Auto Crafters and have made them my primary choice of repairs since. Can't think of a better body shop experience.

This place is hands down the BEST auto/body shop I have ever been a customer of. I got into an accident and was directed to Western Autocrafters by my insurance, Nationwide. The whole process was nearly seamless. Marco and Kenia were exceptional in their customer service. They paid for my rental for two weeks while my truck was being repaired, and even when there was an issue that came up with the rental, they made sure I was satisfied and taken care of. I highly recommend this place, they will not disappoint!

It was Phenominal and great! I have never experience such a very good service with them. They fixed my car like it was brand new, if I can rate them 5 more stars I would gladly do it! Definitely will come back to them.

Outstanding Customer Service! Marko and his staff were so helpful and friendly, they kept me updated the entire time my car was being repaired. I will most definitely use them in the future. Highly recommend!

I did not have a good experience with Western Auto Crafters. I brought my car in for a simple fix (the mirror had been knocked off and needed to be reattached). It took WAC almost a month to do this repair and they charged us over $5,000 - a quarter of the value of my car - for this repair. (Most was covered by insurance, but not all). Also: they did not ask my approval before beginning the repairs and charging me they promised constant text updates on the status of the vehicle, but I received ONE update during the month that told me my car was 57% complete . No other information was given. I called twice about the status of my car. Both times I was given an update about a completely different car.I assume this place stays in business because of some agreements with insurance companies. Just be prepared, they underdeliver and overcharge.

Let me tell you guys, I just picked up my 2018 Toyota Rav4 XLE today May 10 2019at Western Auto Craft I was speechless when i saw my car looks brand new, i can t believe itMarko, the man who is in charge over there was amazing and knowledgeable he knows what he is doing no Mickey Mouse jobThe guy name Brian was very helpfulland office lady name Kenya was amazingshe is very polite to answer all my questions.Before I drop off my car to this place Im kinda hesitant but Im glad I did. this place is a GemBottomline I would like to recommend this Body shop to all the customers out there who is looking for the Best Body Shop..your search is over, this is it.Once again, thank you very much to all the staff of Western Auto Craft keep up the good worksyou guys are amazing and Im very happy for the outcome of my car, God Bless..

The Best! Unfortunately, we've had 2 people hit us in the last 6 weeks. They did an incredible job fixing our car. It's 10 years old but it looks brand new. Love this place!
