Was quoted $1900 to fix my truck. The part was ordered, but after 5 days it never arrived. I finally had to go on a trip so drove it without fixing the issue. Once I arrived at my small town destination I found a real mechanic. He recognized the issue ordered the part, which arrived in 2 days. I dropped off the truck and he fixed it in one day. Total cost $1200 parts and labor.. Pretty sad when you live in one of the largest cities in the world but you have to drive 800 miles to Silver City NM to get access to a part and an honest mechanic who doesn't gouge you for an extra $700...

I have been using West Coast Tires for years for my tire repairs/replacements and they ve always been wonderful. Recently, I just used them for my maintenance service as well as a timing belt replacement and they did just as great of a job with that as they do with my tires. Their prices are fair and their customer service is wonderful. Shout out to Carlos for always being a pleasure to deal with! It s greatly appreciated.

Great place to use for your tire services. They are honest and helpful. They also do their best to get you in and out as soon as they can. Definitely recommend this place. I know of a bunch of friends who also have been very happy with their services.

Not much to say besides that West Coast Tire is known as the best for a reason! I had heard great things over the years through the automotive community, and finally had the opportunity to use West Coast last week. They re everything you d want a shop to be efficient, friendly, and reasonably priced. They referred me to work with Fernando when I arrived as he s the wheel guy at the shop, and he understood exactly what I was looking to do and spoke knowledgeably about everything we discussed. Will absolutely be my go-to wheel/tire shop from here on!

Carlos, Fernando and the rest of the guys were great! They kept me informed the whole time. Carlos was unbelievably honest. I was in and out in a matter of 3 hours or so. The waiting room upstairs is also great- very clean with WiFi so you can work! They ve got a TV in there also and coffee/tea for guests. I d absolutely refer a family member, friend or colleague here if they were ever in need of a great shop! Thanks so much.

These guys are great! Always professional and reasonably priced. I refer everyone I know in the area to them as they really are just top notch. They can get busy but give them a call and they always do what they can for their clients.

I was referred to this shop by my regular mechanic because they specialized in the type of repair I needed (which my regular mechanic does not do.) I was delighted with the service and friendly attitude of everyone here. And the final price was even a bit lower than the estimate! Don and Fernando were both so kind and helpful. They even fixed my sister's tire leak when she picked me up and did not charge her. Great people, great shop!

Super friendly and just a great crew. I've been taking my vehicles there for a few years now, even after I moved much further away. My entire family uses WCT now. So glad to have found a trustworthy group of mechanics you can absolutely count on!

It was my first time using this garage, but they were highly recommended by my usual mechanic.My service advisor, Scott, went above and beyond to fix my suspension problems! He was able to source and acquire hard to find parts for a reasonable price.I highly recommend them now!

They re great. Enough said. You re hard pressed to find honest mechanics that aren t trying to nickel and dime you. They are friendly, thorough, great at what they do and generous on how to offer support - be it through them or another spot for a better rate. Shot out to Carlos for taking care of my car and being cool.

West Coast Tire & Service Auto Repair was referred to me from my trusted mechanic, Superformance as being the only local place they trust to properly align my all wheel drive 2019 BMW X3. I have to say that the work that they did was excellent and they had me in and out of their shop in less than an hour. I also really impressed with the fact that they were very responsive to my call and was able to accommodate my schedule despite the fact that they were extremely busy and it was right before the holidays. I can strongly recommend West Coast! Great job, guys!

Carlos greeted me with a friendly smile and made me feel comfortable immediately. He gave me the exact price as the quote for my service, and even though it was a big job he promised to complete it within 48 hours. True to his word, my car was ready on time, even a little before. Great service - great folks!

I have been going to Westcoast since 2005. I have never had issues with their service. I week ago my son was there getting new tires, brakes, alignment and oil change. Fairly basic service. After picking up his car he headed up to San Francisco with 2 friends. His car stopped running properly in central California. He was towed to a repair shop, the mechanic checked the car and discovered that too much oil was placed in the engine. Dip stick was covered with oil, way past fuel line. This put undue stress on the engine and its ultimate failure. To their credit Westcoast is has taken responsibility for their error. However, an oil change is a very basic service. This should never have occurred. Normally I would give give them 5 stars, however this particular visit was well below their standard.

A couple of days ago, I unfortunately picked up a nail in my tire. I didn't discover it until late Monday afternoon. I called Carlos at West Coast Tires and asked when I could bring the car in for repair. He asked if I could be there first thing morning? I told him of course. I rolled in Tuesday as they opened and they immediately took the tire off and repaired the tire. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes and for a very fair price.Everyone at WCT does their job with amazing courtesy and a high level of professionalism, which has become so rare these days. They treat their customers with respect and is probably the main reason why they have been around for as long as they have and probably will continue to be. They are an absolute leader in automotive service in Southern California.Thanks again guys! Michael

These guys fixed up my 97 Tahoe, it needed a lot of work but I feel the price was fair. Carlos was very helpful in particular, I can highly recommend this place!

Highly recommend! I m definitely returning here when I need any tires serviced in the future.I used their website to request a quote for all four tires on my vehicle to be replaced. I really appreciate that the staff could reply via text I can t always take voice calls while I m at work during the day, but via text the team answered my questions and sent quotes for a few different brands ahead of time, so I selected the tires I wanted and scheduled installation. On the day of service I was in and out in about an hour. Everyone I interacted with was friendly and helpful. I didn t need to miss work or give up a day off for car service, so I am very satisfied!

I was impressed with the incredibly detailed report on my car s inspection. It included pictures, not that I understood what I was looking at, the cost to repair it and the level of importance to fixing the problem. The service manager was very nice and most importantly, the problem that needed to be fixed, was fixed the same day.

Fernando and the rest of the team here are amazing. They quickly diagnosed the issues on my Toyota and were able to replace parts the same day I brought it in. These guys know what they are doing and I highly recommend this shop.

Honestly one of the best alignment shops I ve been to. If the shop is reading this keep your competitive pricing! I called 5 shops and they had the best deal, not only that but from my experience I ve never seen my car drive so straight before. I also really enjoyed their waiting area, very nice. Overall highly recommend

Carlos was straight forward, was one of the first people to explain tire ratings and weight to me in an understandable way. Also gave me a couple good recs. Knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Great experience with him.

Don was super helpful and friendly! The service was efficient, timely, and price conscious. They didn t try to over charge me and were very kind explaining all the issues and the fixes for them. Will come back for sure.

Jes�s was exceptional! Knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, professional, was able to locate my tires in Vegas and have them delivered to LA immediately. There was almost no wait time for all 4 tires to be installed. I am very impressed with both Jes�s and West Coast Tire and will not only return there for business but also highly recommend West Coast Tire to my friends

Excellent and trustworthy service team. They re great communicators, tell you want you need to do and save you money and energy where you can wait. I love a service team that is pragmatic. I would recommend them to anyone!
