Jim is fantastic. After visiting other auto body shops, they left me feeling unheard and confused on the condition of my car. Jim made me feel incredibly welcome and did a comprehensive review of my car when I brought it in. He is very friendly and transparent. He explained every step and why everything had to be done. He mediated well with insurance and was flexible on picking up my car when it was finished.I couldn t recommend another body shop after using Waters.

Jim was awesome and friendly. Customer services was on point because I recieved texts with progress updates on repairs and completion date. My baby looks so beautiful I almost cried see the before and after pictures.

I am disappointed to say that I must bring up the issue regarding the quality of the car repair that was done, or perhaps not done at all. It is quite astonishing, don't you think? They merely replaced the rim hubcap and made some adjustments to the alignment. To make matters worse, they used the same tire that was previously on the severely damaged rim. It is truly hard to believe! Despite their supposed repairs, the vehicle still pulls to the right, jerks, and vibrates while in motion. I am extremely angry about this! I want to emphasize that I will never, under any circumstances, trust a body shop recommended by insurance again, especially not Waters Auto Body. The only positive aspect is that they did replace the burnt-out lightbulbs on the right side, that shorted out with the collision. However, how can a collision repair shop overlook the electrical issues in my center console caused by the accident? Now I have no choice but to take it to another shop solely to address the electrical problem that they conveniently disregarded. Furthermore, I have to go through the inconvenience of having it re-inspected and properly repaired. This situation is simply unacceptable! And if that wasn't enough, the owner of the shop had the audacity to suggest weird how the damage happen as if suggesting it was fabricated. It is evident that they chose the most cost-effective repair option in order to save money for the insurance company. Once I receive the damage report from my new shop, I will gladly share it.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Body & Trim

Jim is truly the nicest most wonderful man to work with. His work is ALWAYS impeccable and everyone there is so friendly. I will never go to another auto body shop again, I cannot recommend Waters Auto Body enough!! Jim has worked on my dad and my moms car and we always go back. I absolutely recommend Waters Auto Body for any body work on my car. I wish they could do all my car work! The owner Jim is the most honest, trustworthy, professional and friendly person. As a female, I trust he won t rip me off and has done excellent work on my car at extremely fair prices. He s saved me so much money and will always look around for the best prices for car parts. Save yourself time, money and stress by going to Waters!

I ve had a fantastic experience at Waters Autobody. Jim and the team did excellent work repairing my vehicle. My insurance company was very hard to deal with, but Jim handled it all for me and was able to get things paid for. He spent a lot of his time on the case, and followed up with me frequently. This is a very high quality and honest business. I highly recommend them!

Jim at Waters did a great job repairing my car! It truly looked better than the day that I bought it new. Cost was very reasonable and better compared to shop that my insurance recommended. Organization of the shop and customer service was superb (much better than the shop insurance advised). I would highly recommend him and plan to return for any future car needs.

How did someone not rate them 5? The best auto shop on the planet. They even washed my car. When he first saw it he crawled under it make it safe while I waited for the part. This is the place.

My sister's car was in the shop to get fix for a month due to getting parts in. They did a fantastic job! My sister's car looks brand new. I recommend them highly. The staff is great.I would give them a hundred Stars if I could. The car runs smooth. Good work.

After one trip there, I'm never going anywhere else. Owner Jim is friendly, sweet, honest. They don't charge for the small stuff--came in to replace broken side mirror, took car home, came back the next day when the part came in, and they snapped it on right there, no labor charge. Great company. Be aware they don't take credit cards, though--probably a way to keep costs down. I recommend Waters Auto Body to everyone.

This is a really great body shop. We brought our car here after an accident, and they did a really great job fixing the car.In other cases, we brought our vehicle in for minor issues, and they'd often fix it free of charge if it was a small thing.We highly recommend Waters for any body work.

We have four children who all drive and we own lots of cars. For over 20 years Waters has been our go to auto body shop from our Prius to our Porsche. First rate service and best of all the quality of work is great. The body and paint work is always flawless.

My son was hit while parked in a parking garage, and to make a LONG story short - it was a horrific experience - until he selected Waters Auto Body to fix our car. I was trying to help my son from several hundred miles away, and Jim helped to make it all seamless, and most importantly - fix the car properly. My son had chosen Waters based on the reviews he read on-line, having no experience with any other auto body shops in Los Angeles, and the reviews didn't steer us wrong. I hope we don't need a body shop any time soon - but if we do, Waters would get the nod.

Having found Water Auto body will NEVER go anywhere else again.They have repaired our Chrysler Sebring and Porsche. Quality service and workmanship. Jim is helpful, informative and amazingly fair priced. Can't say enough good things about this business

I LOVE THIS PLACE! I took my car in with a bad scrape on the side door. The owner (a very friendly, down to earth guy) told me that it honestly would cost more than the car was worth to repair, and then proceeded to repaint the scratch. He spend a good 15-20 minutes hand-painting it himself (this was not a small scratch), doing a fantastic job, and then refused to let me pay him! I didn't even know service like this existed anymore. He earned himself a lifelong customer. Highly recommended.

Everyone is very professional and very nice.I do not feel taken advantage of and the owner took time to explain everything.The quality of work done on my vehicle is awesome!!!I am totally satisfied and highly recommend this place!!!

Sometimes its not the work that's done but the customer service that separates one good shop from the next. There are a few good places still left in our crazy city of Los Angeles and Waters Auto Body is one of them. Thank you Jim for being so awesome and taking amazing care of your customers!!

Three reasons to avoid Water s Auto Body in Palms (Westside)-Jim is a liar and a charlatan-Jim is a fraud and extortionist-Jim is a thief and a criminal. Not because he s a mechanic (a profession where this type of behavior is far from uncommon but is not standard) but because he claims to provide a service but only does minimal, superficial work and pockets the lion s share of the expenses w/ bogus charges.That s just the tip of the iceberg. Let s dive deeper and get into the murky, dark, glaring reasons to avoid Water s Auto Body:Jim duped me w/ shop customs and company protocol in order to steal my insurance Good Driver Reward which was a check for $1,100.00Jim only did external damages [body kit, lights, hood, paint job], No internal repairs. To be clear: zero necessary internal repairs, from a t-bone car crash and somehow didn t foresee that eventually I d have to get my car repaired so that the car does it s function of going point A to point B.Jim predicted 4 days to repair and actually took 26 days to return [which is bizarre because he only did the aforementioned external repairs]Jim sent PAGES of damages that are not just inflated but broken into multiple charges and inflated or entirely fabricated in order to upcharge.$8,300 worth of charges but only about $2,000 in external repair only.I am convinced that he buttered the insurance agent in order to get the contract for making Water s Auto the preferred, approved and recommended repair shop despite not doing what he claims to offer as services. I am even more convinced his scheme was created in order to make an endless nightmare loop of shuffling the blame from insurance agent he s in cahoots with to him and back again so that neither him or his fellow insurance conspirator can be pinned down for the blame and that the endless loop of passing the buck back and forth would make the customer give up in frustration and pay the costs one way or another, ideally and more than likely, before the customer confronts the real issue of corruption, bribery/kickbacks, theft, fraud and all over scam. Having thought about at length and how a person could get away with this scheme and continue a phony shop, I can assure you that this is not his first scam. Due to the complexity of his operation I am confident that I am not the first person bamboozled by Jim at Water s Auto and to make matters worse, even more convinced that he will continue all these illegal acts until he is either in jail or flees the country. This is the first time I ve ever said this with conviction; Jim Bjelajac belongs in prison. If he doesn t get a hard sentence and instead is fired, he ll just move to another big city in order to re-establish his hustle w/ another willing conspirator until the heat comes down on him again ad infinitum.Total cost: $9,400.00Can you imagine needing your car for a 20 mile commute? Perhaps the stress of moving residences from town to town? What about being without your car for almost a solid month and being forced to juggle between ride sharing and renting a car Now imagine yourself having to do all three of those things because Water s Auto Body is run by a crook?If you don t mind making Jim and his buddies wealthy at your expense, please throw away my warning and take your car here to this Mickey Mouse mechanic shop.

Fixed my passenger side perfect, fixed my brother's car perfect, now ready to drop off my sister's car to be repaired. Known Jim my whole life and drive from the South Bay to have family car's repaired.

Waters body shop did a great job on my 2019 Toyota tundra and looks just like the day I bought my truck and I would recommend anyone to go to waters auto body shop they are great and super nice.

Jim is an honest guy who will tell it to you straight for what repairs need to be done on a vehicle. Huge relief from the other guys that overcharge and scam those who aren't savvy in the industry.
