I came in with My oil sensor working perfectly until they sucked the old oil outwith a hose, then it started showing empty always which never happened before, I have been checking my oil level since last oil change and it always showed me the accurate level. So now they said I have to take it to mechanic and an oil change would end up being x3 more expensive than what it was because they don t do mechanic and wouldn t check it.not the best experience tho

They charged me extra 22$Did quick for me, but had to wait 45mins approx for someone before me. Too slow.Guys working here are very good. Full synthetic oil is only for 3000 miles is a joke

Great location, they helped me even though I came in 20 mins before they closed. They rotated my tires, tried to sell me an air filter cleaning I didn t need, replaced my windshield wipers ($30 for 2) and changed my oil! Very sweet staff

Do not go to this place unless you are willing to risk them damaging your engine. They put way too much oil in my car. The car sounded weird when I was driving home so I checked the oil and of course they overfilled it.They also spilled oil all over the engine bay so it s totally gross now. Just sloppy work.They also said they would check my tire pressure and fill them up but they didn t.Edit to respond to Valvoline s response: you want me to drive my car further in a condition that could damage my car engine due to your staff overfilling the engine oil? I m contacting corporate first thing Monday morning. What a ridiculous, thoughtless response. People should avoid this place at all costs.

A friend recommended this location. I wasn t able to get them to tell me how much an oil and filter change would cost me. The closest they would come was when we pull your car in, we ll give you a price . Note that the wait to get to that point would be longer than the time needed to change the oil.Why they can t offer a price - even a reasonable ballpark number ( oil is $___ per quart, filters are $___, and labor is $___ ) is unconscionable.

My new car is covered in oil after service. Tell the manager to check the oil when the car is level. This is just crazy service. It was a clean and new car until they opened the hood. By the way, the oil was poured more than the level, but the manager said that everything was fine. I will go around this place.

Fed up with this place. The initial visit resulted in a poorly secured drain plug, leading to oil leakage for two days (fortunately, I received reimbursement). On the second occasion, an employee misplaced a crucial part, leaving me waiting for an agonizing 1.5 hours. Absolute disaster.But I want to thank Mike for assistance and professionalism

The receptionist was kind of rude but other staff were respectful and nice. It s a drive thru oil change and I was out in 20 minutes. I d recommend a dealership if it was cheaper but for what you pay at Valvoline you get a decent service.

It s ok for service, but it takes forever (50 minutes to change the oil, it was no line at all). It is not 15-minutes drive thru as ads says. Plan your visit in advance.

Went for a quick oil change and Danelle went out of her way to take a look at my AC lines because the AC has been acting unusual. She gave me plenty of helpful advice. My full synthetic oil change only amounted to $92 after she applied their coupon. Will not be going anywhere else from now on!

Replacement of the cheapest oil, which is 3000 miles in other places offered for 70 dollars, here it costs 116 dollars, I regretted that I came here, a negligent attitude to work, but all the staff are trying to shove something

Not familiar with my car. Asked me to open the front truck where the spare tire was, then couldn't figure out how to open the rear trunk. Thank GOD for Groupon a simple oil change would have been over $50 buck..but only $26.49 now. Its an oil change..very polite ladies. Decent experience. The up charge they try to push is crazy but business is business. Be safe...15 minute oil change..no more like 25 +

Overall, they were good . I used a Groupon coupon so I saved some money too early to talk about the quality of service, if the engine does break down in near future they are ok. Also, the 15 min wait is a joke, it was more like an hour.. by the way they try to sell you stuff, battery coolant, tires, a new car

Benjamin helped us out and gave the best customer service. He explained the recommendations based on my cars needs and was honest and kind. Today I decided to give Valvoline a shot. I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the location and the friendliness of my technians Thomas and Daniel. They worked as a team and Thomas helpful to chat with while Daniel was getting my oil and heckw done. What a great surprise no high pressured nonsense or wastes of time. I will definitely be back for my next oil change. A big plus was I did something out of the ordinary and went early on a Sunday morning. What a treat, there was no one there when I arrived and I was in and out in lightning speed.

I had been to this Valvoline location before and never had a problem until Today! Went in for my routine oil change, and they usually check my break lights to make sure everything is working. So they "checked " them and said everything was good. But i had noticed a few days ago my car alerted me that one of my lights was out. So I mentioned that to the gentleman that was helping me and he said ..oh, let me check and of course my driver side break light was out. I was already feeling uncomfortable when i realized he totally missed this issue. So he asked if i would like it replaced and i said yes. Meanwhile they are also doing my oil change and replacing my air filter. So I see him through my rear view mirror using a tool that he's sliding in and out of the corners of my tail light and he's having a hard time. He has my trunk open so i can hear him using profanity because he's having a hard time accessing the bulb. Then he comes back w a screw driver and stars doing the same thing, going in and out of my tail light w this screw driver. I'm thinking... they do this all the time, so he must use this technique with other customers. So I didn't think anything of it. One of the other employees comes up to me and tells me he's having a hard time getting to the bulb to replace it and it would take a few more minutes. So im charged $110 dollars for my oil change, air filter replacement and the light bulb change. And finally hes able to replace the bulb and but the tail light back in place. I leave and look in my rear view mirror and notice my tail light is sticking out more that usual. So I pull over and look and the light is not pushed in all the way and i notice all the dents this man did w the screw driver he was using! At this point I am livid! I call the location and a rep told me that they couldn't do anything today because no manager was on site. And that I have to go back to show them the damage!!! So I have to go out of my way to show them this... when im sure the employee saw what he did!!!! I dont know it its because i went in a hour before they closed and they were just rushing to leave or these people dont care about what they do to other people's hard earned belongings. So very dissapointed. I will be showing up w my car so they can see what they did!

Oil Light came on *after* oil change. Still on. They could not fix it. Will have to take it to dealer now,OMG.

Angel is awesome. He has such a friendly attitude and his communication skills are top notch. Customer service was beyond what we expected. Including Danielle who is a rockstar herself has the same great communication skills as her manager Angel. She thoroughly checked out our car to make sure everything was in tip top shape. I will be coming back you can bet on that.

The oil change service itself was quick and convenient which I was happy with. While this was happening, they did an inspection on my car and tried to sell me a bunch of other services. One part of the inspection was pulling out my engine air filter to show me how dirty it was. I opted to replace it myself and the re-installed the dirty air filter BACKWARDS. All the dirt that had accumulated was now blowing back into my engine. Not sure if this was pure negligence or if it was malicious but either way I was not happy with that.

i love the customer service in here. I've come in twice in a panic over my dashboard message but they didn't force me to get an oil change just because i misunderstood my own car. Quick and easy to get an oil change at.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Brought my truck to get it SMOG-ed. The guy did some "thinking" and very nicely told me it'll cost about $100. For a SMOG check, seriously ?! This place is truly a rip off- same experience when changing oil, they charged me $50 to change the oil and filter using oil and filter I supplied !

Two knowledgeable and friendly women quickly took care of my car! I came at 10am which seems to be a quieter time (I recommend going around this time of day or during slow hours to avoid longer wait times). I used a Groupon and got a full vehicle routine inspection + synthetic oil change for $53. Without the Groupon it would be $110, so I definitely recommend getting the deal!

This is place is the best Valvoline in the whole state, HANDS down!! True professionals, friendly, and give you ACTUAL recommendations for your car, instead of just reading whatever the computer say C . s.

Very professional and they have a great process. I've had poor experiences at other oil change shops where they empty out a fluid because I wouldn't pay the over priced top off fee. At least here I don't need to worry about that, they care for return customers.

I have been a long time Valvoline customer and knew that they would take care of me. I pulled up for an oil change and rotation and told them please double check because I would be driving cross country. I am now in the east coast and had no issues with my oil or tires for the whole trip. Thank to the Manager and the Valvoline team!
