Knowledgeable and efficient team. Obviously I can replace my own filter for 1/2 the cost, but the convenience is worth the cost. You get a quick health check on tires, battery, all fluids. I'd gladly pay the premium to skip checking for myself on a lazy Sunday. Plus part of the labour cost in my opinion is the entertainment factor of feeling like I'm in an F1 pit stop. If you're worried about a minor premium on convenience then do it yourself.

I feel so bad for the employees here; their manager is such a disappointing human.Unfortunately he ruined my last experience here before it even started.I ve used this location once or twice before and things were fine.The difference this time was that an unsettling old man (who I found out later was the manager) was outside smoking and standing around with a cluster of mechanics waiting for customers.I guess he didn t realize his voice was so obnoxiously loud and that my window was open.It was my great displeasure to overhear disgusting and inappropriate comments straight from the mouth of the unprofessional manager.Upon hearing him ranting I made a point to get out the car, confront him and apologize on the manager s behalf to the mechanics for having to endure his idiocy on presumably a daily basis. (For the crew s sake let s hope the management visits are few and far between.)This fool then further embarrasses himself by proceeding to try to excuse his poor choices by apologizing and insisting I m a man! It s because I m a man! That s why I m mean! Why he thought dragging down his coworkers (men) and the rest of the men around the world would be a reasonable contribution to his ego s public execution is beyond me. I refused his pitiful excuse and ensured him class has nothing to do with sex and everything to do with character.I m sure losing my infrequent business won t be missed although I m not sure how payment distribution works within this company. Hopefully the mechanics are still payed the same and their pay isn t dependent on customer satisfaction. (Tipping/Bonuses)Personally, if I had a boss whose ignorance lost me customers I would consider my boss a bad one.I m not even religious but I ll pray for him. He s going to need all the help he can get.Yucky. Ew. No; thanks though. Byeee.

Don't trust their coupon. They advertise for 20% off of your entire bill. None sense.I present my coupon after they quote me for the services and they came out with so many excuses to charge me more. Finally they said they couldn t deduct the 20% off of the oil filter and extra oil they added to my car.False advertising and expensive oil change.Don t trust them.

Be prepared to wait more than 1 hour if you go after 3pm. Also it takes 30-40min for each car not 15.Easy process and friendly staff.Also they refill the washer fluid tank for free.

They were so nice and accommodating! I don't remember the guys' names, but my car wouldn't start (for the second time that day!) down the street and they didn't have my battery in stock at their store, so they called another location AND walked with me down the street with jumper cables.Service: BatteryService: Battery

Horrific service. They broke my oil drain plug and refused to refund the service. My car has been leaking oil and they refused to help me when I called. No refund or help has been provided even though they said they would 'check with cooperate' weeks ago for me.DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE THEY WILL BREAK YOUR CAR AND THEN REFUSE TO HELP

This Valvoline Oil change location gets five (5) stars for their treatment! Giant sign on the front said, "15 minute oil change while you wait in your car." The total oil change including payment ($43.76 for standard) literally took fifteen-minutes!!!Marvin was my technician and gave fantastic service!!!

Best quick oil change in LA. Efficient and professional, and every person who works there is a truly kind gem. I actually moved further away a year ago and I still drive out of my way to go to this one.

15 minutes is not the actual time. Also by the time i was out of here nothing was checked. They completed the oil change with synthetic and then put a reminder for 3000 miles. For a toyota truck, the recommended for an oil change is every 10000. No one does this, but to put 3000 is ridiculous. 5000 is normal. Its thievery. Total I spent 128 and waited over 2 hours in my car burning gas on a 98 degree day. What I should have done and will do is go to the dealer and spend 120 and sit in ac with a free coffee. In reply to your reply. Just because the stickers default to 3000 doesn't mean you should leave them at 3000. Most people use those stickers as a reminder to come in for an oil change. The sticker even says it.

Brought my car for an oil change, 1 week later my car started leaking oil. Had to bring it to a shop and told me the oil filter was loose causing oil to leak. $150 Diagnostic Fee later and now I'm telling you not to trust these 15 Min Oil Change shops

Been coming here for years and the guys are great. Fast service and very professional. Last time I went I think his name was Oscar he was super cool, gave me some good information about my car without being pushy but you could tell he was knowledgeable.

I was treated very well and wasn't pushed to buy anything. I already knew I was going to spend a chunk of change, but my care needed it and it's literally half a mile away from my house. If you spend a good amount, my advice is to look for coupons on their website. Sometimes you can find nice discounts.

Went there for a quick oil change for friends Toyota Sienna. Really expensive compared to AZ. But very fast service. Quick In and Out. Stayed in car or cam get out of car and wait outside. Great customer service.Thanks for your feedback.Customer service was amazing for sure as I mentioned earlier. Thanks for clarifying the prices. Agree CA prices for same Valvoline cod be higher. Gas was 4@AZ and 6.35@ CA.

The most friendly people all around - the call center to the auto shop everyone I talked to was so kind! Specifically Brian and Jossue at this location - thank you for being so nice! I got my oil changed and tires rotated here. They offered a coupon, they were attentive, they clearly explained everything from the oil types to my wait time - overall so much better than my other experiences. You re able to stay in the car so it feels efficient and honest. It was quick all the employees worked together super well and I felt they did a very thorough job!Will be back for sure!

Everyone was super cool and nice. I think I was there for a total of 25 minutes and they serviced two other cars in that time frame as well. They weren't pushy at all when recommending extra services and even gave me a heads up about an extra coupon I could use. Great experience and will definitely be back. Much cheaper than taking your car back to your dealership's service departmentServices: Tires, Oil change

Great service, worth the price. Went in for an oil change and they went over everything that would be checked during the service. Checked my tires, wipers, etc. didn t feel like they were pressuring me to get any extra services.

I came here for an oil change it was fast and easy moises gave me great customer service let me know everything that needed to be changed on my car or the things he suggested i ll definitely be coming here for any other car fluid needs

Everyone at Valvoline Instant Oil Change was an angel. They so kindly ran diagnostics on my car and recommended things I could do to my car without being pushy. I have literally never felt so relaxed getting an oil change. I would spend every Saturday afternoon here if I wasn t more conscious about wasting oil.

First and Last Time I ever come here. Just go to the MELROSE LOCATION. They have smarter people and can take more cars at once. The wait was inane over an hour and a half. Literally as I am about to get finally seen they want me to switch with someone else that was in line AFTER me. The workers here don t care at all. I wasted my time. I drove 5 mins to the Melrose location and guess what? No line and competent workers who care. I would just avoid this location at all cost. Melrose is where it is AT!

Worst service ever! Came to get my "15 minute oil change" which ended up being almost 35 MINUTES! Worst of all, NO discount, or NO apology for the delay! It's like when they told me about the services my car needed, I told them "I have my own mechanic" and they treated me like the last one in line because 2 cars after me left before I did! Thankfully I got MY OWN discount because I received it via my email if not my total would've been $80+dollars..Definitely not coming to this one again smh!!!

It was great to be able to stay in my car while the work was completed. The technicians were efficient and professional. The next time I don't want to drive to the dealership for an oil change, I will definitely visit the Valvoline on La Brea!

Pulled up, they told me the wait was 15 to 20 minutes. Waited twice that time plus had them allow someone to cut in line. They have you park but then don't keep track of what order the cars come in. It was slow, inefficient, and unprofessional. Don't lie and tell me 20 minutes to have me wait an hour.

I had to wait 45 minutes just for my car to be seen and then another 20 minutes for the oil change! Service was very slow.They said they would compensate me for waiting, but then didn t.I know they work very hard, but the service was just too slow.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

2nd Valvoline to act like they topped off my fluids and air in my tires but didn't. They lied.Went in a few days ago. Lead mechanic and his staff were very polite, but very immature. Not really good listeners. The minute I'd start to talk, they would talk over me and give a "we're experts and we know what we're doing." The guy with glasses & no hat said he did my air but lied. Tire pressure was STILL down days later. I couldnt get it checked until a few days later. I thought smth was wrong with tires & went to repair shop. It was just air. Either the business isn't treating their staff right, not training them or you're hiring immature people.

I've come here a couple times and every time I am greeted with professionalism, promptness, and genuine kindness. The staff is always concise and honest; I appreciate that I can trust them every time I bring my vehicle in. I've had a few conversations with Alan, the Service Center Manager, and every time it felt like I was at a local mom & pop shop. He is relatable, informative, patient, and I can tell takes care of his employees. I highly recommend this Valvoline as it is the only one in or around my zip code that I both trust and enjoy going to.Services: Transmission, Air & cabin filter replacement, Steering & suspension repair, Oil change
