This is the best car service place in LA! The employees are kind, attentive, and genuinely care about your vehicle. They are well educated and answered all of my questions. As someone who doesn t know a thing about cars, I feel confident in this place that they will take care of me. 10/10!

I have been going to this Valvoline store on the corner of national and Robertson Boulevard for years. As a single woman, who knows only the basics of how my car works I depend on them to give me honest, evaluations, and to suggest maintenance to avoid major problems, their employees are always pleasant and knowledgeable Today Brittany and Edgar did a great job in telling me what services I might consider next. Thank you guys for keeping me in a state of peace of mind when it comes to my car.

They do not service cars in the order they arrive. If a service takes longer in a certain lane, cars in that lane have to wait while other cars in other lanes get serviced and leave before you. Three cars that arrived after me got serviced before me and I had to wait almost an hour just to get an oil change. They should really try their best to service cars in the order they arrive.

It s the best and fast place to change the car oil ever. I always bring my cars here to receive the best service offering. The staffs are so great and professional all the time working like a clock, I had tried another locations but was frustrated. This location is the best on the town and has a very good location next to the freeway I10 Santa Monica.

I have used Valvoline instant oil change for most of my oil changes for several years now. I know that they are pricier than going to my mechanic but they are infinitely more convenient than going to my mechanic for a simple oil change. Using a synthetic blend oil really works well on my older car. The service is fast, efficient, and good. I never have any overfilling or oil leaks or anything like that. They always suggest additional services but they are never pushy in my experience. I get my oil changes regularly and my car keeps humming along happily.Service: Oil change

Just left from getting an oil change here. Every other time I've come here in the past couple years, the service has been very good and quick and staff has always been friendly. Today, it took about 40 minutes from when they started on my car, didn't reset my oil settings after service, and didn't put air into my tires even though I specifically requested it because the low tire pressure light was on (photo taken after driving 4 miles from oil change). I even asked the person handling my car if they added air into my tires since the light was on and he said the light usually turns off after driving a mile. Giving two stars instead of one because it seemed like the guy working on my car was very new.

Very quick and professional oil change service.This location has great and friendly staff that was able to very quickly and properly perform a simple oil change. We were given regular updates during the process and were NOT hassled with extras . Price was really great with a Groupon.

Friendly crew, fast service, clean shop, reasonable value (with ValPak 25% off coupon) and effortless experience - you don't even get out of your car and they don't touch anything inside your car. Can't beat that! Would happily recommend and return!

Although the oil change here is a bit pricier than other places you just can t beat getting it done in 15 minutes. The mechanic took the time to answer my questions and make recommendations which I really appreciated. They re very transparent about what they re doing and even go through a quick inspection of your lights (brake lights,Turn signals, etc).

Been getting my oil changed here for years! Everyone is always so polite and professional...they will try to upsell like new windshield wipers and such but never ever pushy. Rarely a long wait, last time I went was a Friday and I was there for about 15 minutes.

A++++++++ top of the CLASS oil change. They were so honest & helpful about what I didn t need & what they would recommend. They explained why in terms a non-mechanic would understand. They really made me feel safe & comfortable!! (I felt scared to go bc a shop up charged before.) Top grade class act here. Appreciate y all very much!!

I needed a place to get the oil change done within a few days since I'm going on a trip. I called and right away they picked up the phone, gave me all the info including prices (and a coupon!) and the same day I drove by.I didn't have to wait at all, they were super nice, professional and explained everything with great attitude, any questions I had, they solved them. And all done super quick. I totally recommend this place.Service: Oil change

Adrian (I believe that was his name) was a pleasure to work with and checked everything under the hood I asked for. He even ran me a car fax report to check repair history on my serpentine belt. I also received a conventional full service oil change for about 49 dollars after my coupon which was half the price of nearby mechanics.

Had a Groupon for an oil change here, also got a tire rotation. I think it took less than 29 minutes which was awesome! They didn t try to upsell me on anything like they do at other spots. Would definitely go again

Google directions took me to the exit. There are no signs for the entrance. The only option was to go all the way around and fight through traffic to get back to the entrance.

A little pricy but quick convenient efficient and friendly staff. $75 for synthetic blend oil change and $55 for conventional. Notndure how much for full synthetic...I think $85. You have to call to get prices. They do readily offer $10 off coupons though.

Waited about 40 mins since there were more vehicles in front of me. Service was fast and the workers were nice and efficient. Definitely will be back. A woman as a worker very awesome

To whom it may concern. I went to Valvoline yesterday at about 6:30pm. 9014 National blvd. I was just going to get a oil change. But Renee supervisor asked me would I like to get my transmission fluid changed it was due for service.and I thought about it & Renee was so respectful & nice. I decided to get my transmission fluid service. I've been having a check engine light on for about 4 years & could never figure out what the check light was on for. I had my power steering my radiator flush. and new gas caps & tune up & everything else changed. but thanks to Renee of his politeness, kindness, & respectful, personality. My check engine light went off. Funny I kept turning my car on & off to see if the light was going to come back on. thank you Renee Vernessa. I appreciate you we need more like you. That will have a smile on their face when customer coming for service. Kudos.

What a bunch of awesome professionals. Everyone was extremely kind and courteous. Service was extremely rapid and efficient. It was my first time here and will be coming back next time I need Service. I waited no more than 30 min total for an oil change and transmission fluid change, all while waiting in the car.

I've been going to Valvoline for quite a while now and I've had amazing experiences at every single one except this one. The young lady that was helping me was amazing and she was giving me the type of customer service that I have experienced from all of the other Valvoline stations that I've been to. However the guy that was helping me was a bit aggressive and his approach was a bit pushy and he seemed to be giving me a tone and phrases that it was clear he wanted me to purchase the more expensive things. Telling me things about they report stuff to Carfax when my car is a lease and I have 30 days or less with this vehicle. Essentially I told them I did not want to get the more expensive oil change since I was giving this car back this month and he told me in a threatening way that they do report to Carfax. Then I told them I wanted the Uber driver discount and in the same exact interaction less than 30 seconds since I asked him for the discount he forgot and totaled the transaction without the Uber discount. I don't think I'm going to be going back to this location anytime soon because of the passive aggressive tactic this guy was using with me.
