Had the pleasure of buying a used car from Fraser Swan (Salesperson) and Marc Kodor recently. I cannot tell you how much of a smooth, reliable process all of this was. Fraser took his time and answered our questions with a calm, friendly disposition. He also was willing to work within our budget, without compromising the qualities we wanted in a car. (Also ask him about his video/editing!!) Marc Kodor (Pre-Owned Manager) ensured we would get the best deal on the market. A true class act. Made me and my wife's first car-buying experience easy, uncomplicated, and even enjoyable.We absolutely will be coming back here the next time we need a car! You absolutely need to make this place the one-stop-shop for your car buying experience! You won't regret it!

Just a short review of my experience at Toyota of Hollywood, December 2023. Not only did I find the exact Toyota Tacoma I was looking for, I found a dealership that is well organized. Sales and finance was a breeze. I really felt comfortable though the whole buying experience. The entire staff was so friendly that in the 2 hours I was there I felt like I made friends. Hassan, One of the sales guys took the time to show me pictures on the wall of this dealership that dates back to the early 50s. I can sum up my review as a great experience in this historic building and a very well-organized and friendly staff..

Many tents, trash and garbage bags in front of entrance. Everywhere stinks of excrement and urine. At the entrance to the store, a homeless man tried to hit tourists. Homeless spat in the child s face at the Toyota entrance. Aggressive homeless people scream smoke drugs and beg for money from visitors.

Went here because this is where Costco sent me. I ended up working with Arnold who is nothing short of amazing. No phony car salesman vibes at all. He took the time to help me get a deal that was suitable for me and made sure I got everything I wanted. He even went with me to the enterprise to drop off my rental and walked me back due to it being a sketchy area. Everyone is so nice. Thanks, Arnold!

Some serious delusion in regards to sales ability and some of the worst canned performance sales bits I have seen across fields. Initial this scrap so I know you re serious. Then after wasting an hour or so and trying to leave respectfully some goofball came out and took the paper offers out of my wife s hand.They were never able to come near their own proposals after meeting with the cartoon manager. These idiots got two yes s and made no sale.

Where do I start.. I came in to look at a Highlander and they treated me with such respect and made my car buying experience a breeze. Sal the sales director is a master at what he does I highly recommend you work with him I will definitely be coming back. I would also like to thank his team. I swore off getting any services done at Toyota dealerships after having several terrible experiences at other locations. I got a promotional flier for this Hollywood location and was due for an oil change so decided to give them a shot.I'm glad I did! Billy and the team here restored my faith in Toyota service. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Service was quick. They didn't try to upsell me on anything I didn't need, but gave me a list of recommendations for future tune-ups including priority levels and costs.Even though I just came in for a routine oil change, I appreciated that they went above and beyond. They explained a few things to me and clipped up a sagging piece of protective plastic under the front bumper.Their website wasn't working to set up an appointment online, but calling was fast and the woman helping me was very pleasant -- something I didn't experience at my previous Toyota dealerships.Billy was the associate helping me this day and he was amazing! Give that man a raise :)

I want to recommend Toyota of Hollywood, primarily for Fraser, the salesperson who helped me. He was super responsive, very communicative, and really helped a lot. He instilled a lot of trust and I knew he had my best interest in mind. I would also mention that Alice Yu, who helped with the warranty and the closing of the deal was an absolute pleasure to work with. I truly felt like she was looking out for me and really just wanted to help. Great job Fraser and Alice!

I recently bought a car from Toyota of Hollywood. Arnold is the best when it comes to commitment in helping securing a great deal. He went the extra mile with sending me all the information beforehand. The dealership agreed to a deal and when I went to the store they made it a seamless experience. I will recommend Arnold and Toyota Hollywood for purchasing used or new car.

Typical car dealership where we recently bought my daughter a new Toyota. It was her first car. I have to laugh at the web description as a ��no haggle ��dealership. Be sure to haggle. After all they sell cars at the best price they can get. Fraser Swan was our salesman and was most helpful during and after the purchase. He was very knowledgeable in a non pushy way in helping us to narrow down our choices. We would not have purchased the car if he were not the salesman. Three stars for the dealership, five stars for Fraser. We wish every success to this very nice young man. rh

Our family had an all-around great experience with Alfredo and the entire team, including Alice in finance, at Hollywood Toyota. We lease new cars every two years for our family of five, so we typically know exactly what we re looking for. Alfredo took to the task we gave him (with the only black on black Grand Highlander Limited in LA County in late July) and made everything happen quickly and seamlessly. This was easily one of the best car buying experiences we ve ever had. Being a finance person, I appreciated the fact that both sales and finance went the extra mile too.

If you are looking for a Toyota I definitely recommend Toyota of Hollywood I had a nice gentleman by the name Hassan helped me out get the car I wanted it was a 2024 Toyota Prius prime black he was very nice, honest and patient he wasn t rushing me like other salesmen he even bought me M&M and they even have like a cool machine that makes coffee,chocolate, tea and more and over all the people that work there are nice like Maher he made sure I was comfortable with the payment they didn t rush it to try to get a sale they took their time so if your looking for a dealership to get you a new Toyota, Toyota of Hollywood is definitely the way to go

I just got an oil change for my Prius for under $70 with a sale they had going on here, which was so convenient and cheap!The only issue that I d encountered was that they unfortunately don t offer Sunbit credit card payment plans any longer at this location, although they re still working with these financing options at various other locations.Thanks so much, also for the friendly and efficient customer service! (:

Inquired on a 2023 Camry for my mother-in-law on a Tuesday. Aldo immediately followed up and we started a dialogue on pricing. He was very professional and prompt and was able to get my mother-in-law a great deal on the exact car she wanted. He even parked it out of sight until we were able to come out and drive it on Saturday. They also gave her a decent deal on her trade-in. I have visited other Toyota dealerships and this one tops them all and well worth the one hour drive. They don't stand around outside like predators waiting to pounce on customers like most dealerships. Highly recommend Aldo and Toyota of Hollywood.

What a fantastic experience! Ken, Jarvis and Alice were just amazing!! If you are in the market for a car these are the people you want to see. No haggling and trying to upsell or get you to buy something you can't afford. So lovely.... thank you guys so much for all you did for me.

Before I seen the prices of Toyota of Hollywood, I have to tell you first about my experience at North Hollywood Toyota, because the contrast between the way I was treated, and the outcome is important here.I went to North Hollywood Toyota to see about trading in my car for a new one. I went in and met with a sales guy who Didn t hardly smile and really didn t help me understand what my options were. He wrote down the number $750 on a piece of paper and showed me a couple of cars. $750 was what my monthly would be after trading in my car, which they were going to give me $10,000 for my car. I asked about rebates for a plug-in, and he said they have already expired, which was weird.I spoke to my brother afterwards and he said what is the $750 for? Is that leasing or financing? And I couldn t answer because I don t really know about this stuff and clearly the sales guy was not interested in helping me understand thoroughly what my options were he really was only with me for maybe five minutes and it felt like I was an inconvenience.A friend sent me to see Ali at Toyota of Hollywood and by the time I got in there I d been running errands and I was super hungry. I asked if there was a vending machine for some crackers and he came back with a warm plate, full of chicken and mashed potatoes and beans and fed me and couldn t have been kinder and their team did everything they could to get me into the car I really wanted. They gave me $13,000 for my car, not $10,000 like NHT offered, and they explained to me the difference between financing and leasing, and broke down the numbers patiently so I could decide which one was going to be better for me, and they really did their best to get the monthly cost to something that was acceptable to me, which was $450, not $750.I now have a brand new awesome 2024 Prius, it s really a cool car and I haven t even seen any others on the road here in Los Angeles. They were so very kind to me and treated me respectfully at Toyota of Hollywood. It really made what was already an unpleasant situation at North Hollywood Toyota even more appalling by contrast.Go see Ali. You won t regret it. The world is full of people looking to take advantage of us. I think it s important for us to give our business to people who are actually trying to help us. My friend who referred me to Ali said that he and his family only ever go to Ali, because . He s Ali. He actually cares. And Sal, the manager, too. He really went to bat for me to get me in a new 2024 Prius at the lowest possible monthly and gave me $13000 even after I told him NHT had offered $10000. The blue book was $12000. He really went the extra mile.

Alonso was so helpful in finding the exact features I wanted in a Camry, as I couldn't find one at my local dealerships. Since I don't live in town, he made it so easy to submit all documents electronically & by phone calls. He kept in constant contact to provide updates & sent vehicle photos. He was very knowledgeable & was able to work with my budget. Maher was very kind & thorough with his assistance. Robert was so patient in helping me set everything up and answered all my questions before I drove off. They all made my first car buying experiencing easy & stress free.

Fraser and Eric two salesman they were so courteous and help me truly fine the right car and model. First time when I buy my car from Toyota Hollywood was about 20 years ago and went to different Toyota dealer and the pricing the deal was very straightforward and simple and also Toyota of Hollywood is the very first Toyota dealer in United States that I ve rolled up very caring people and very trustable. Thank you

Very unpleasant area in general. Extremely bad neighborhood. Main point is that I was lied to about a vehicle I called and verified over the phone that was there to be mislead by a salesperson the moment I arrived. Total bait and switch tactics. I don t think a dealer should lie and give false promises.

The service here was really wonderful. Fraser was my guy and helped me buy my Toyota Corolla. I really appreciated how I was not condescended to or hounded with a million phone calls pushing me to make a decision. I have 10,000 voicemails and missed calls from Hyundai begging me to buy. So freaking annoying! Not Fraser. He was cool as a cucumber and knew I would be back lol! Buying a car can be so stressful so having a chill vibe is key. Thank you!

Felt very scammy and unprofessional. I called ahead to check on a car. Made an appointment. Called before going to make sure the car was there. He told me it was there on the phone. I get there and it was sold yesterday. Tried to show me worse cars, previous rental cars.

Not the best experience with this dealership. I was in contact with Ken starting from a phone call as I inquired about a new base GR86, and he went as far as entertaining the initial 10k markup to be lowered to 7.5k (which is ridiculously high for a base model).Upon arriving at the appointment, the vibe within the dealership at 7pm weren't friendly at all. I eventually met up with Ken and discussed the OTD price that they were offering; 48k for a base model and they wanted us to put in a deposit to reserve the car out of the market for us. Of course I knew it wasn't worth it and asked if there's any way to meet in the middle. Most dealerships were friendly enough to do this but not Toyota of Hollywood. Ken went even further and question me why I was entertaining this deal when my intention is to get a fair deal between both parties; talk about predatory.TLDR; I don't recommend doing business with these guys. I would go somewhere else like West Coast Toyota or Longo Toyota if they weren't as greedy. If Google Reviews allowed me, an easy 0 stars. A base GR86 isn't worth 48k out the door.

Clean and comfortable waiting room choice of various coffees and hot chocolate. Snacks are comparable to stores I had a longer than necessary wait but apologies were made. I had to ask for courtesy car wash although it was discussed at checkin

So, I m one of the few odd ducks who actually enjoys the process of buying a new car and going through the negotiations to make the deal. From the first encounter with a salesperson to the dreaded encounter with the real closer, the Finance Manager the F&I guy. I have actually stood up and walked out a few times over the years.Enter Hollywood Toyota; they had exactly the Prius we had been looking for, model, color etc. I received a call from Arnold and what a great experience it was dealing with him. Arnold has a great sense of humor, he is bright, helpful and interesting.When another Toyota is in my family s future, my first call will be Arnold. When the negotiation time came he did step back, and the sales manager took the lead. I don t think I got the best possible deal, but we did get the vehicle for the price I was willing to pay, taking all the parameters and market forces into account.All in all, the entire process was enjoyable, even F&I, usually the most difficult part, went well with Mr. Chua. That said, Arnold set the tone the moment we walked in the door and seemed to go out of his way to be helpful both before and after the sale of our 2024 Prius.
