I've been having my older Porsches services and fixed with them for years, by far the only mechanic shop I trust whole heartedly. I had a few minor issues and a couple major issues happen to my boxsters and my 911, and they perfectly diagnosed and fixed the issues timely, and they are always honest about everything. Cleo is incredibly trustworthy, very knowledgeable, and a very caring person, again the only shop I trust at the moment. 10/10 business!!!

Sometimes you get lucky and come across a business that not only provides excellent service, but the people are kind and honest this one of those businesses. I was so lucky to find Werkstatt Porsche Repair. First off office manager Cleo is amazing!!! She make fixing your Porsche less painful She was helpful, accommodating, friendly, informative, timely and thorough. She keeps you notified at every step and the estimates for repair were clear without shenanigans. I just can t say enough about her service. The garage was immaculate. The repairs were fast and well done. Their is a reason this shop has the rating they have.Thank you Werkstatt and I would suggest them to you.

I brought in my 2020 992 911s to The Werkstatt (Work Shop) for its 3 year service which inlcuded oil, filter and plugs. Cleo and the entire crew were terrific. The service was first rate and the price was about 1/2 of what the dealership was going to charge. I am a very statisfied customer.

I recently purchased a 2015 Turbo S Cab - I was looking for a reliable, trustworthy, and friendly local Porsche indy shop to take of the maintenance needs of my new baby. I am SO happy I gave The Werkstatt a shot!! Cleo and Jimmy are all stars - they know their cars back and forth, took care of everything I need, are communicative and their pricing is EXTREMELY reasonable. Cleo was great. I especially liked how knowledgeable and thorough they were. They did an excellent job and followed up with additional suggestions. I recently purchased a '98 Boxster and brought it in to Cleo and James for its first oil change and visual inspection. The have been wonderful and very supportive as i've outlined the process I want to take in caring for and restoring my car.Since my first service, Cleo has been great in answering my numerous questions:) and James has been terrific in his advice on mechanical issues.I appreciate the connection and relationship that they want to have with me as a customer and they have earned my trust.Service: Oil change

I'll start by saying The Werkstatt is a hidden Jem of Indy Porsche shops in the LA area. Up until this point, my 987.2 hasn't had any major issues and the local Porsche shop near me seemed eager to do regular maintenance but they weren't capable of resolving my intermittent transmission issues. A Porsche tech friend of mine recommended I visit his mentor's new shop. James is very methodical, but most importantly a mechanic I can trust.Cleo and James were very communicative from the moment the vehicle arrived. Cleo provided reoccurring updates on the results of the diagnosis and addressed all of my concerns. They spent several hours on the vehicle, ensuring that the previous repairs were completed property. The culprit was a warped clutch disc and a defective flywheel. The end result was fantastic and the car is back on the road with no issues.I live over 2 hours round trip but IMO The Werkstatt's expertise is worth it!Services: Transmission, Transmission repair

The Werkstatt has helped me with new motor mounts, some internal trim work as well as an oil change for my 2006 997.1 C2S. The work they ve performed has been both high quality and efficient, and the client service has been warm and professional. Installed an exhaust system, short shifter and an intake system with no issues and my car runs great. During that time Cleo at the front desk recommended to do a tune up which was much needed after checking the fluids and spark plugs. I was expecting to pick up the vehicle in about two days but James managed to knock it out by the end of the day. Cleo and Jim are the best! The Werkstatt helped fix my Cayenne diesel and 993. They have been honest, direct, and prompt with the repairs and diagnosis. I thought it was a transmission issue, but they diagnosed my Cayenne and it turned out it was an issue with the turbo intake. Went in for a regular service and to fix a battery problem. I received exceptional service -- they went above and beyond my expectations.
