This place has truly incredible service for a smog check station. Chris is helpful, patient, and friendly. He gave me lots of helpful advice to get my old beater to pass smog and made a potentially stressful process very easy. I will never go to another smog check shop as long as I live in LA. Bring cash for a discount!

Just want to amplify everything everyone else is saying. The service is incredible here. I didn't get the guy's name. I assume he was this mythical Chris, because he was very friendly and helpful. He even gave me some advice on a few minor repairs to do myself, like cleaning the corrosion on my battery terminals. I used to go to a different place, out of habit, because it was close to where I lived years ago and it has shut down. This is my new Smog check station. Wish I had found it years ago.Service: Smog certification

I 100% recommend this place for your next smog test. Chris is incredibly friendly and honest and gets the job done quickly. I was in and out of there within 10 minutes. His price is great and he is reliable. From someone who has learned a lot about cars, I know that it is extremely hard to find honest people when getting your vehicle checked out, but Chris is one of them.

When my car failed the smog test, Chris was super helpful and suggested a few solutions to resolving the issue with the car. Once it was fixed, I went back again only to find out that I hadn't driven enough miles for the test to properly register. Again, Chris offered solutions and was friendly and fast with his service. Finally, my car passed! This is a great place to get your smog check. Fast, friendly and super helpful!

The owner was so great, really friendly, and gave great details about the smog results so I know what to look out for in the future with my older model Toyota. I definitely wouldn t go anywhere else after coming here.

I arrived at - The Smog Check Center- 5 minutes after an oil change from across the street Valvoline shop ...which was another awesome place.And, I asked for a smog check from a gentlemen named Chris. Pretty sure he was the owner.Chris, right away, told me..."You won't pass".I asked "Why?"Chris said ..."Because there's smoke coming out of your car". Which, I never realized.. before the Oil change.He sensed that I just had an oil change, so..he asked me to go on the freeway and drive a bit.When I returned, he looked again and said ..."Looks fine now".I told him that "it might not pass".. due to another shop that looked at my car a few weeks back.I even bought a brand new gas cap for my car, and Chris told me the one on my car is way better.He's Honest and Knowledgeable! My only regret is that it took me a couple of weeks to leave this review - due to the Holidays. Thanks Chris! As long as your shop is open, I'm a customer! :-)

Needed a smog check done, so I decided to check my nav system for nearest center where I was at that moment. Found this with good ratings do I decided to check it out, low and behold this place was empty, no wait for your turn, the guy was very nice, and he even have me tips about warranty, etc... and it didn't even take more than 10 min. tops. I'm coming back here for my other car next time. Recommended people, recommended.

I will definitely go to this place from now on. There was nobody there so he started right away. He was very friendly and you can actually just sit there right next to your vehicle and watch him.

No. He charged me twice. I knew the car wouldn't pass the 1st test, but any other place will only charge you once... when you pass the the re-test. Just go anywhere else.Service: Smog certificationService: Smog certification
