Sublime Silverlake surpassed our expectations with their exceptional service and top-tier workmanship. Ares, the owner, displayed unmatched professionalism by maintaining open lines of communication throughout the entire repair process. His transparency and integrity were evident, establishing a level of trust that is often hard to find in the automotive service industry. Ares demonstrated a profound understanding of the intricacies of our vintage 1979 Porsche 928. We brought it in for a tune up/ oil change, and to also determine the reason for the slight battery pull. During the repair process, Ares indicated that we would need to replace the radiator. After some deliberation, we agreed to the repairs.The radiator replacement was flawlessly executed. Some electrical wiring was repaired and carried out with meticulous attention to detail, resolving a few previous issues and hopefully preventing potential future electrical. The comprehensive tune-up showcased the expertise of Sublime Silverlake, resulting in our 928 running smoother and more efficiently than before.What truly sets Sublime Silverlake apart, however, is Ares' unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction. ABSOLUTELY GO HERE FOR ALL YOUR PORSCHE NEEDS!!!When I first called them, Ares picked up and immediately knew what the issue was.As soon as, he said it I knew my car was under warranty at another Porsche specialist (in Pasadena) so I took it there for them to check since they offer flat bed towing.I never liked the other place in Pasadena as much because their prices were more costly than the dealers and I ve sent them direct quotes from dealer.Sublime Automotive was amazing when the other place couldn t get the job done on time and within budget, Ares and Levon made it happen for me!If you are looking for reasonable, amazing customer service and support, good wholesome mechanics that know Porsches inside and out. You have to come here, few of these guys love their job and are Porsche owners themselves so they know the ins & outs. It doesn t matter if you have a 996, gts, turbo, gt3 rs, spyder, cayman s they treat you all the same.I left with Ares saying As long as the customer is happy and that s how i know I ll be coming back.Thank you Sublime Silverlake!!

I've taken my car here many times. The staff are excellent (especially Ares and Lavon) and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone that needs their porsche serviced. Heard about Sublime on PCar forums and needed an alignment on my 997.2. I arrived a few minutes early for my appointment and they put my car in immediately. Job was quick and excellent. Ares and the team at Sublime are the best. I brought my Cayenne diesel here and they were incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. Their prices are fair and they take very good care of your car, even if its not a 911, and it shows. The 958.2 cd is a bit of a niche pcar (not considered a pcar to most) and I would argue that it might actually take more knowledge to service than the 911.I've taken my car to most of the "reputable" pcar shops in the greater Los Angeles area and Sublime is by far the best. Most of the other shops will charge you an arm and a leg and attempt to upsell you on services that you don't really need yet. Most of the shops won't even bother washing their hands before handling your cars interior but Sublime will.I mostly service the vehicle myself when I can and just the thought of having to bring it to a mechanic pains me because of cost, upsells, lack of care, etc. However, Sublime has turned that painful experience for me into an enjoyable one and I would gladly bring my car back in the future.Shoutout to Ares for answering and fielding my stupid questions and car geek talk.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Sublime team is very responsive, knowledgeable and highly skilled. This was my third visit and each one was a great experience. They know Porsche 911s very well and they are confident in their abilities. Very importantly, they get the job done at a reasonable cost, especially compared to a dealer.I own a 2011 911 Carrera 4s (997.2). Until about a year ago, I always took it to dealer for service, and I was nervous to go anywhere else at the beginning, but not anymore. I fully trust Sublime for all its service needs and highly recommend them.

Finding a specialist who is capable of finely-tuning our 1964 356 has proven to be an expensive and stressful exercise in futility until we received a referral to Sublime. The car now runs perfectly better than it has in the past 15+ years. I haven t been so satisfied with a tune up since my family s long-time mechanic passed away (15+ years ago). These guys are treasures. Well worth the 90-min trek to Silverlake. 5 stars!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Engine repair, Oil change

Ares and Lavon went above and beyond for me. The owner, Koko, was also very nice and knowledgeable. I wish I could give them 6 stars! They were able to PPI a car for me and do all the repairs (which were numerous) I wanted in a very short amount of time so I could fly in and drive it home. 0 hiccups. They even helped me with shipping a spare set of wheels home. I only wish I could find such a great shop near my home in Colorado.

Ares and Team are Top Notch professionals and really treat your vehicle like it was their own. They do a thorough job diagnosing the problem and even referred me to a local Porsche dealer in the event I needed a second opinion. They fixed my Panamera at a fair price using quality parts, this job would have cost me 2-3 times as much at the dealer. I will be referring more of my friends and family to Sublime as well.

I was referred to Sublime from a friend of mine. We ve brought both a 1970 914 as well as the 1989 911 to them and have been extremely happy and impressed with the service and professionalism. Even though we had a follow up required visit, they took care of us without question and in a very fair manner. Like the others reviewers have stated, Koko and team are a class act and we unequivocally recommend them. Thanks!

Koko and his team are awesome. As a Porsche owner for over 30 years (new and classic) I unequivocally recommend Sublime. I can't believe I found them literally driving by and a shot in the dark. do not hesitate. Take your car here.

Sublime's detectives did a sublime job finding the cause of a strange sound from below my Boxster and fixing it right away. For 11 years Koko and his great crew have taken fabulous care of my 20-year-old car, which feels and drives like new.
