BEST SERVICE IN LA!I ve had my Harley serviced by a lot of mechanics in LA, but this was the best experience by far. Ben is fair, honest and a genuine good dude. So many bike shops around town have a pretentiousness that feels unwelcoming, but not here. I needed a big job done on my bike, and not only was the price reasonable, he basically did double the work for half the cost - at no extra cost to me. Just because he knew it was right for the bike. She now runs better than ever. I ll definitely be booking my regular tune ups here. Happy to finally have a reliable regular mechanic.

This shop is great. I've taken my bike to them twice and each time I've been satisfied with the service. The second time I needed their services, Achilles and Will drove out to USC and towed my bike to the shop (free of charge). This was during a time where one of their main mechanics had unexpectedly left the shop, so even though they were busy, they took the time to take care of me.Next time my bike needs some TLC, I'll be calling Steel Buffalo Motors.

Beautiful shop of custom built motorcycles. New and vintages Indian Motorcycles. They sell and also repair bikes of all makes and models. The store also offers fashion items like unique leather and jeans jackets, shirts and even... Cigars. Ben the owner is a great guy. Very professional and passionate about his bikes and their history

Took my 2007 Vespa in for service as it was not able to hold a idle and producing very little power. Ben and Achilles provided great customer service, diagnosing the problem, fixing it, and provided updates along the way. They were fully transparent about cost from the beginning. Highly recommend.

This past weekend I got a flat tire riding out in the desert up north. I called Ben, the guy who runs the shop, and asked if I could bring my bike in. He said yes and by end of day Tuesday he had a brand new tire on my baby, plus fixed a small problem with the handlebars. Price was fair, service was friendly and professional, and they took Apple Pay so paying was fast and easy. Definitely making this place my go-to shop.

Service was quick, thorough, and well communicated. All the staff were beyond helpful and friendly. Took my very first bike in for an oil change and some work on a broken turn signal. Not only was my bike delivered back to me in tip top shape but all the staff offered plenty of advice and help when it came to learning how to ride well. Overall a great experience and I have no doubt that I ll be going back when needed.

I couldn't ask for more. Brought my 2006 HarleyDavidson deluxe, bottom end work. Got my bikeback, like new. Steel buffalo was Courteous and gotthe job done.Highly recommendThank you.

Went in to replace a rear tire on my Honda CBR500R and Ben (owner) and Kimani took really good care of me. They went out of their way and straightened out both my brake and shifting foot controls without me even having to ask. Fast and extremely, friendly service. This is now my go-to for any of my motorcycle repairs/tune ups.

Great place to have your motorcycle serviced. Also a great cigar shop and place to enjoy their selection of fine cigars. They just built a walk-in humidor.

I bought an xr650l with a surfboard rack installed on it. The price was raised with minimal communication (I had to reach out myself). The entire process lacked transparency, honesty, clear communication, and no follow up when things went wrong. The bike had an oil leak from day one, bad rear brakes and the clutch is going. I will not be bringing it back to them. They do not have my recommendation at all.

these guys were a lifesaver. My battery died right in front of their shop. They ordered a battery from a supplier, installed it and gave me my bike back within two hours. Their whole team are professional, courteous, and a pleasure to work with.

Kimani is super professional and chill. Didn't try to upsell me and actually gave great advice on what kind of maintenance I could do myself. This is definitely the place to go.

I can't be enough thankful to these guys! No one in LA Wanted to help me with my E scooter. They did it! They build up and work on expensive and unique motorcycles, but they never refused to help me. it's like finding 4 MacGyver angels on my way! They can do everything! Amazing, always present, responsive and for sure the best in their job! I will enjoy even to stop by and say hi! When in trouble, they are the only one to call! Plus they have an amazing shop! Thank you to all of you!

Brought my bike in for a quick change of fluids, ended up buying a cigar and making some new friends. Friendly staff, professional work, local cigar shop, and wicked cool bikes.Planning on bringing my father in on a Sunday just to check the place out.

This place is a joke, I paid $2000 for 9 hoursOf labor which took over aMonth and when I got it back it was still broken, literally nothing was done to it, now I m out $ and time and my bike is worse than when I dropped itOff, do yourself a favor and steer clear from this scam shop
