I won t recommend this place to anyone, workers are such an unprofessional people. Jose was very disrespectful towards me. I paid for a smog test it didn t pass the inspection. I repaired the issue my auto shop Mercedes Benz specialist checked it my car was ready for passing the smog test. I went again to star auto the first minute I got there Jose started to be irritated for no reason he raised his voice said I need to pay again since the smog test was in December 2023.He kept repeating it was last year I went a month and a few days later since my car was being repaired. He checked the car he said is not ready again for the 3rd time. I spoke with my coworkers about it . They had the same experience as mine They don t pass your smog test so you can go back and they will charge you more. Don t ever bring your car in this place they will rip you off and won t pass your smog test.

Worst service ever, the guy that working there was yelling at me trying to enforce me to pay directly to them not through Groupon, he kept saying to me if you use Groupon and the car fails we would charge you anyway,Finally, he enforced me to pay outside of Groupon, I felt he would fail the care intentionally to pay again.Not recommended for anyone

This smog check place was the first place I ve gone too where the customer service was outstanding and very kind. It was quick and efficient. Highly recommend!!!

These are the nicest quickest friendliest smog checkers I have encountered.A couple of days after my check I realized my reverse camera wasn t working and noticed some cable hanging under the dash.Thinking that maybe it had something to do with the smog check, I went back to ask Sergio if it had anything to do with the smog check (what do I know!), and he said no, but he kindly reconnected the hanging cable for me!Thanks Sergio!

Took forever and did not respect first come, first served. Do not expect to be done in 10-15 minutes. It will take over an hour. Do not come here.

Absolutely love this place! I've been coming here for 5 years now and it is always easy and quick service! Staff is always friendly and courteous. Definitely recommend for smog checks, registration renewals, title transfers, or duplicate California titles.

Had to get the much dreaded smog check and called Star Auto to see if they had availability during my lunch break. They only do walk ins but were very quick and gave me regular time updates. There is a bench outside to sit down and an inside area that has AC that you can stand in. Overall it was a very good experience! Definitely recommend.Service: Smog certification

Very nice customer service. Cold wet day yet, he treated everyone with kindness and respect. It was first come first serviced. Took only about 30min. Even tho his time estimate was 45min. I've used them about 3 times.Service: Smog certificationService: Smog certification

So rude, unprofessional service!2 men which work there, were speaking Spanish right next to me, and they were keep making jokes about me in Spanish and laughing and looking at me. So rude and unprofessional.
