In today s business world this place is a great example of what business used to be when people cared about what they do, about customers and their work.A reminder of how people care, do honest good work and go out of their way to do the right thing.They were like that 15 years ago and still are.Every detail done, all issues addressed.Highly recommend if you want the right thing.

After being referred by Alfa Romeo Maserati of Santa Monica, I took my brand new Alfa Romeo here to have them repair minor damage from a luggage cart. Based on my personal experience with this body shop, here s my opinion:1.) You ll be without your car for an abnormally long time2.) The repairs will be sub-par, at best3.) They will drive your car around between their multiple L.A. locations , you will get it back in worse condition than when you left it (in the form of new dings, scratches, wheel rash etc.), and they will deny responsibilityIntegrity and pride in a job well done are what s missing from this business. I ll never trust this shop with another vehicle again.9/8 Update: If they ever offer to pay Uber fees or a rental car fee due to their many many screw ups, assume they are lying to you. In my recent experience, what will most likely happen is they will arrange the rental car, but you ll have to put down your CC to cover incidentals per Enterprise policy. It is ALSO their policy that if and WHEN Specialty Car Craft later refuses to pay the charges, Enterprise will simply bill your card.This is the shadiest business I ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with. If you love your car and value your time/money, stay far far away.

If I could do one thing again in life it would be to never have taken my brand new car here for repairs. Do not go here! The body repairs took two plus months to complete and a year later the paint is peeling off of the new hood they put on my Volvo. Not to mention their customer service is appalling. My insurance claim agent told me he was shocked with how their staff talked to me and treated me. Avoid this place and go to someone who will actually care for your car!

Took my car here because someone had scratched my car while I was at brunch. I was so stressed, but Taylor helped me out immediately (even without an appointment). Chris buffed out the scratch like a MIRACLE worker! I was in and out in less than 15min. I have never had a better experience getting my vehicle repaired. These guys know what they re doing and make you feel comfortable right away. 10/10 recommend!!

Santa Monica Alfa Romeo sent me here to have the clear coat on my car fixed. They told me just drop it off, they will have it fixed in no time. No time is apparently over a month to fix the truck deck lid and two rear quarters . Brought it home and at least 1/4 of the deck is orange peels. The rep wouldn t call me back and when I brought the car to the shop he sat in the parking lot telling me it was fine until he pulled it into the shade and said oh, I guess we need to fix that . Told me to sit down it would only take 20 minutes, which is where I sit right now. I guess after having the car for a month they couldn t find the 20 minutes to finish it. The aftermarket spoiler was broken but they insist they did not do it so some how it broke Sitting on the car, definitely not when they pulled it off... I think they probably do great work on the high end cars, apparently my Alfa Romeo doesn t not meet their level to careService: Painting

Wow, just wow. I had an major accident in one of my rare collector cars and found SCC after searching for a reputable shop around town for a couple of days. They were recommended to me by a few fellow Ferrari forum members which also had used SCC in the past. Steve and the team are very knowledgeable professionals that handle the process from A to Z. All it took was a phone call and Steve arranged to have my car picked up and worked on. I'm very happy with the results and the friendly atmosphere and would recommend all my friends and family to SCC. One of the best, hard working certified ar crazy bunch or employees and it shows ... they love cars! They specialize in every type of high end car and bring it to life from any accident. I have had my cars unfortunately hit a few toooooooo many times by uninsured people and they have always swung their hammers and and beat the midnight oil working to make sure I have my car back on track FAST!The entire staff is family, friends and have a huge history of running car events, charity events and holiday parties for loyal customer as they know each one of us by first name always.

I took my car in for a crash they took way to long to fix it.they took 4 months and when i got my car back it was not checked for the seat belts and when i would drive my car it was not the same ... Know my car is shaking when i hit 60 and it dont stop shaking . i called Normen to see if they could pick up my car and the body shop dont want to help . im very disappointed with this body shop . the saddest thing is that universal city Nissan send me to this body shop.. Dont know what kind of employees they have but for fixing cars they suck....

You know when people are passionate about what they do when their attention to detail is on another level. These guys are fantastic, honest and trustworthy. After I crashed my 6 series I was devastated but SCC brought my baby back to life!

Best body shop ... had two cars done here and it was all great... on time, even fixed a bumper scratch on the other side which was not even part of the original quote or rapair order. I read and see some negative reviews here but in my case it was all flying colors!!!

Purchased a car from here. Didn t tell me about a large number of issues. Refused to provide a second key to the car among other issues. Overall they are just trying to get your money.

Worst Decision Ever. Lied about how long repairs would take, Harry always had an attitude, and they ignore your calls and hang up when they are late.
