A friend recommended SOS Autocraft we will too now!! These guys are top notch, detailed and most importantly, trustworthy. They worked extra hard on our car thru some sticky insurance issues and worked everything out. Their communication was great every step of the way. Will definitely be returning here the next time an accident happens!

First of all Thank you everyone at SoS AutoCraft for really taking care of my car. David and everyone were very professional and made sure my car was taken care of every step of the way and was notified on everything that was going to be done to the car. Literally brought peace of mind knowing my car was in great hands. I am a very picky person when it comes to my car getting serviced, and leaving the car to get worked on here just felt right and knew the car would literally be in great hands. I usually don t write reviews but just want to say thank you so much for the professional detail in every aspect in the completion of my car. I am overwhelmed on how beautiful the car looks and how it literally looks like nothing truly happened. Again thank you David and everyone at SoS AutoCraft!!! Got into first fender bender after 17 years of taking great care of my car. I didn't think it was possible to remove the dent without filling and re-painting. David and his paintless dent crew professionals show what is possible when you know what can be accomplished and care about high quality. I couldn't be more impressed with the outcome and price.! Look no further. SOS Autocraft is the best body shop I ever been in Los Angeles. Great service all around(communication, repair etc )They worked with my insurance to get my vehicle back to original condition with using the original manufacturer parts. In addition to this, the repair and and the paint job is just amazing. They were able to match the paint so well, it is identical to the factory paint. Nothing like other body shops with orange peel paint. SOS Autocraft knows what they are doing and provide an excellent service. I highly recommend them in case you need an auto body repair.

SOS Autocraft is a top-notch place for auto body repair. I took in my Volvo XC90 and David and his team are highly professional, extremely knowledgeable, exceptionally accommodating and on top of all that, extraordinarily nice. In fact, upon getting my Volvo back, David also took care of my husband s GMC Sierra 1500 as well. David will tell you what will be done to your vehicle, the process it takes, and what expectations you can have for the end product. He is obviously someone who has a great deal of experience in his craft and takes the time to explain to you how it s done because the quality of his work will always have you coming back. As a woman, David made me feel very comfortable with the entire process and confident that I was not being taken advantage of. High quality work was completed in a very timely manner and David made the entire process super easy and relaxed. He has made a permanent customer and I would trust him with any of my cars. My rear bumper had been damaged by the gate at my apartment. There were a few deep scratches going down through the paint into the plastic underneath. I came by to get a quote and was offered great advice about getting a touch up and a wet sanding and polish instead of a re-painting. The final product was amazing and I am very satisfied for the price and same day turnaround. The staff I worked with was all very kind and polite. Would highly recommend!Service: Body & Trim

I brought in my scratched up car today to get an estimate for a buff, and the staff at SOS Autocraft was amazing. The price was super reasonable. Within a few hours they had completely fixed the issue, and even went above and beyond and washed/vaccumed the car. I definitely recommend this spot.

I took my 2012 Kia Sorento here when the rubber seal started to detach from the door, making it hard to open and close. SOS replaced the seal quickly at a great price.

Had to get my bumper replaced after getting rear-ended and I cannot recommend their service enough. They gave me a really fair price and explained the estimate and repair to me when I had questions. They also went out of their way to make sure to get my repair finished before they would be closed for a holiday weekend, even after the part arrived late. Marketa was so kind and texted me updates on the repair as well. When I went to pick up my car, they even gave me a free car wash. I don t wish any car troubles on anyone, but if you do need something fixed, this is the place to come!Service: Body & Trim

as a novice driver , it can be very jarring to go through the process of getting a car fixed� after a first ever accident� .i went to David and Marketta at sos autocraft� on the recommendation of my parents ( long time customers ..especially my mom lol� )i could not have been more thrilled with my experience,� not only does the car is now work perfectly fine ... It looks brand new! the level of care and communication trough the process� have been amazing.�getting email updates on almost every major step along the line .they took care of all the communication with the insurance company, something that can be a dreadful experience when you have no knowledge of the process .im not looking forward to the next time i would require their service, as I would hope to not have to go through a crash again... but i know that i would be taken care off in the best possible manner�if I did!

SOS Autocraft fixed my bumper beautifully. They matched the paint perfectly, and it hasn t looked this good in years. The team was friendly and very accommodating. And if you need a rental car, there s a place 5 minutes away.

They are highly experienced on identifying even small damages to my car that I haven't even noticed and also on representing customers to negotiate with the insurance company. They are absolutely incredible! Repainted two of my Tesla Model 3 car doors due to a long scratch. You can t even tell the doors were repainted. They also went the extra mile to remove all other scratches on the car after feeling bad about my situation! They re incredible kind, professional, will text you updates and truly have some of the best people working to meet your needs.I m beyond impressed and highly, highly recommend!! This is my new gold standard for body shops.

We have worked with SOS Autocraft for more than 15 years on number of our vehicles. The owner and staff are top notch...not your everyday body shop. Over the years we have consistently experienced SOS as smart, very knowledgeable when it comes to facilitating things auto insurers , and on-time. They deliver high quality work and a great customer service experience.

Brought another vehicle to SOS so they could work their magic. This time, it was for dent removal and a full detail with paint correction. Dents and swirls are no more (see pics). No matter what they do, their work is top notch. One of my friend's got full body work/paint done here years ago and their car still looks perfect. Can't say the same for one of my cars that has a peeling clear coat -- done by another shop. I've had to learn the hard way that prep/skill/quality of materials all matter... duh. Anywho, thanks again to the SOS team for helping me out!

These guys do not mess around when it comes to the customer. I really felt like I was their number one priority. My car needed repairs in different areas with multiple panels. They did an absolutely wonderful job. My car looks better then when I purchased it. 100% pick them. Marketa and David were extremely professional from the start. I brought my Audi in for paintless dent removal. They got me in for a consultation right away and gave me an incredibly competitive estimate. David was upfront and very thorough in his examination of my vehicle, and even dissuaded me against a more costly repair option. Marketa scheduled me quickly for a service appointment, and they had my car done within a few hours of drop off. The final product was even better than promised. It's rare in Los Angeles to find an automotive place with such professional integrity, honesty, and quality customer service. I highly recommend this shop.Service: Body & Trim

I highly recommend this body shop for any of your vehicles needs! David and his Team really took care of me during this whole process and helped me deal with insurance. Not many people would be willing to help you out like they do. In the end my car was left to how it was before not being able to know where the damage was. I ve been a customer of SOS since it started as SOS Dent many years ago in Santa Monica. I ve come back over the years since their precision, quality and fantastic customer service has earned my loyalty. I don t do many recommendations but happy to give them a solid one since they are truly the best out there in the sea of shops. They stand by their work and put in a great deal of care for you and your car. Their goal is to simply do a great job and make sure you are happy with the work. I chose this auto repair shop due to its excellent reviews; therefore, I came into my quote appointment with high expectations. I had already gone to multiple auto body shops and wanted to compare quotes. During my quote appointment at SOS, I received a quote that was more than double of any other quote I received. Thankfully I had done my research and knew exactly what my car needed. I can t believe I had to tell them what the car needed. Once they realized that I knew what I was talking about, I finally received the quote I was looking for so I decided to give SOS my business. They told me they could Uber me home once my car was ready to be worked on, and they told me they would Uber me back to the shop once it was done. The day I dropped my car off, they said they can t Uber me back to the shop. I am under 25 y/o and cannot rent a car + I have no one else to drive me to the shop. They continued to tell me that my repair does not give them much profit and that they cannot drive me back to the shop to pick up my car. I feel very undervalued as a costumer and do not want to work with this shop in the future.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I had the most outstanding experience with SOS Autocraft. Not only were Marketa and Andrey incredibly kind and helpful people, but the job that their team did went far behind my expectations!! I needed a new door, paint job, and many scratches/dings taken out of my car. They explained their plan to me and worked diligently with my insurance company to get the job done quickly. My car looked brand new! In addition, they went above and beyond and cleaned and polished the entire body making it cleaner then when I initially bought it!! I cannot thank this team enough for their hard word and their passion for this trade. I highly recommend SOS to anybody in need of car repairs. Getting rear ended with no fault of ours was so frustrating and we just wanted our car back to its original beautiful self. We looked and asked around to see who specializes in Porsche and Thankfully we found this shop doing just that. David was awesome in giving us the confidence that our car would be back to normal. Marketa did an amazing job with keeping us up to date. Our car was detailed and looked amazing when we got it back. Looked brand new. Highly recommend them for knowing how to keep a customer happy and doing everything right.
