I do not recommend this body shop for any car that is not a mainstream model. We came with a Saab 2006, which they declared a total loss without any justification and after barely looking at the car. Because of that we had to argue back and forth with our insurance until they estimated the repair costs of our car and deemed it repairable, which it was quite easily in another body shop. We wasted so much time and energy because of their poor jugment, whereas they could have instead just said from the start that they were not interested in repairing our car.

Granted, it was a small job. That's partly why I'm writing a review. Just a ding, but it mattered to me. They kindly offered to do it, no charge (I brought the exact match paint with me). I offered to pay, twice, and twice they refused.I hope I never need them, but between the way they nicely treated me today + the other excellent reviews, if I do need bodywork, I will be coming here.

I found them through Progressive, they were totally seamless and professional. They gave me an estimate date of completion and finished the job more than two weeks ahead of that schedule! Very responsive on text as well and understanding when I needed more time to answer their questions. I will definitely go back to them if I ever need to.

Was not gonna leave a review but I read Benjamin Swedlund s and that was my exact situation today.Front bumper and left headlight are out and she s sagging, being held together by bungee cords. I dropped it off and it was sturdy and holding well, when I went to go pick it up it was hardly holding together , and was actually missing one cord, so I asked for a lil assistance with clipping it a bit more securely and they hit me with ye ol not wanting to be responsible So to sum up, your service is not entirely guaranteed here so if you follow through with this shop, have plan B s and expect possible complications.

I had a very difficult time with my insurance for a very minor not at fault incident and AC plus everyone at Silverlake Auto made what was a very difficult experience the easiest possible two days of the whole thing and the work is incredible PLUS my car came out cleaner than it s been for a minute (and i clean my car regularly). I can t recommend them enough.

A.C. And the team did an excellent job taking care of my sons car. They Made it look like brand new after a collision. But more importantly, they communicated with me well at every turn. They were efficient, professional, and understanding. What a great Body shop! I was greeted by the owner when I arrived, he took a look at my broken bumper and gave me different options of repair. I was short in cash so I went with the option of doing the best we can with the same bumper. To me, it looks like new, best of all, price was really reasonable! Definitely 5 stars experience.

These guys do an exquisit job paying attention to every detail while also providing the most amazing customer service. They are warm and welcoming and take all the hassle out of getting your car s body work done. They provide any and every update to you. You can definitely rest easy knowing that your car is in their hands.

It's so hard to trust auto mechanics when you know nothing about cars. You are at their Mercy. When I needed body work done on my car I went to Yelp and found a local shop with excellent reviews. So I paid them a visit and from the very first day AC and Dave were not only professional cordial and helpful, they were downright honest. Once I completed my insurance claim I made a point to go back there for the work because of their honesty and willingness to go the extra mile and show me the extent of damage my car sustained by putting it up on a lift and inviting me back to see it with my own eyes. After the work was completed on my car I went to pick it up and AC showed me all the work that was done as well as a few extras they did as a courtesy including a hinge on my passenger door that used to swing wide open since it broke. I never even mentioned that to them but when they found that problem as they worked on my car they went ahead and fixed it at no cost to me. These are the kind of guys and this is the kind of shop that seems to exist only in a perfect world, not in reality. Well, Silverlake Autobody Is For Real and these guys are the real deal. I recommend them 100%. Not only are they fabulous but they did not even hesitate to refer me to a couple other shops for different work I needed that they do not do at their shop. Because of their service and quality of work they need not be concerned with another shop stealing their business. If you need any kind of body work for your car this is the only place you need to know about. Period.

I highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for body work and repairs. AC is awesome, super knowledgeable about dealing with the insurance process and he really went the extra mile by helping me navigate it, not to mention putting in the effort to source all the discontinued parts for my 20 year old Jeep Cherokee. And he and his team even fixed a couple little things that weren't even part of the body work for me without me even asking. My car came out looking great and if I ever need more body work I certainly know where to go! Thank you AC!!

These guys are the best. They fixed our Tiguan when we got hit by an under-insured driver and then for a separate ding we recently got on our front bumper they fixed the loose trim for free! Can t recommend them highly enough. Thank you!Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Family owned business, with exceptional service. They thoroughly walked me through and clearly explained in detail what kind of work needed to be done to my car to fix it. My car was also finished faster than expected. Overall kind and professional. Would highly recommend.

Excellent experience from beginning to end. AC took care of me and a more genuine and helpful individual would be hard to find. The work on the gouge that ran from the front passenger door to the rear quarter panel on my Subaru was perfect. I would recommend Silverlake Auto Body to any one looking to make their car whole again. Thanks AC.

We had a really great experience working with Dave, who carefully walked us through all our options, prices, and logistics for repairing a pretty sizable door dent and paint crack. Extremely straightforward, communicative, and just a pleasure to work with. Very fair and well-explained prices and options, esp regarding out of pocket vs insurance.

If you're looking for a body shop in this area, look no further! I've worked with these guys (RAJ and AC) twice and I can't speak highly enough of their work and helpfulness. Raj took the time to really help me through the insurance process (he even had Geico come out to do a readjustment after finding much more damage than they had originally quoted) and made the whole process so much easier on me.Raj made sure I was getting what I needed from the insurance company, made sure I got a rental car, etc. - I can't thank Raj and AC enough!!(Note** highly suggest this place if you're a young lady and don't know much about cars.. you're in good, honest hands here.)On top of Raj being SO helpful and kind, their actual body work is outstanding. They even fixed a dent I had that wasn't caused by the accident and my car literally looks brand new. This place is really above and beyond and I can't thank them enough for their support and amazing work on my Honda CRV.

Great price. Hassle factor: almost zero.Okay, so someone had broken the latch on my car's hatchback in a parking garage when I was on jury duty. !#x#!!@!xSo I called Silver Lake Auto Body & Paint, which is close to where I live, to start getting estimates. I talked with A.C., the manager, and he suggested I bring it in so he could give me an accurate appraisal.I also put out a request for estimates on Yelp and got some nice responses, but also got a surprising amount of junk mail soon thereafter. (hmmm...) So I drove over to Silver Lake Auto Body & Paint - because it's so close and I'm so lazy - to get an estimate. A.C. gave me a competitive price, so he ordered the part and called me the next day when it came in. After jury duty (I was in a bad mood and wanted to find the person Guilty! - unfortunately, it was a civil trial), I drove over, they did it in about hour.

I called in to ask about the auto body shop's policies and business practices. The person who picked up the phone, Raj, was very honest, straightforward, and patient - he answered all of my questions to the best of his ability. If I ever find myself needing autobody work, I am definitely taking my business to these people.

On a recent window repair, I was paying out-of-pocket. I appreciated how the shop manager explained the different options for materials, helping me find the right repair. They did a fast job and sat with me to show how everything worked again.
