I have a part on order from them. This is an in stock part according to their website. Placed my order on February 12. Called them on the 22nd to find out a status of why its taking so long to ship. The guy said that this was not normal for a part to take so long to ship. Was told customer service would call me to explain. Never received a call. Monday the 26th emailed them and got a reply that it would be shipped out by the end of this week. As of now I have not been told it has been shipped. 15 business days now and nothing. Very disappointed in this company and don't ever plan on placing an order with them again with my experience so far. No company should take 15 business days to process an order for an in stock part.

Supplied this horn button that was below sub standard with halo around the emblem and emblem indistinct. SMC will not pay return postage or refund.

excellent customer service! I received a faulty rear-view mirror as it wouldn't stay in one position and the lever was broke. I was quickly contacted by Sierra Madre team, and they shipped a new replacement part that same day. the new part I got works and looks great. I'll definitely be using them for more parts for my '67 912.

i ordered the seals for the engine grills. Unfortunately they did not fit properly. they were too big. The other parts were just fine. The grill seals need to be checked before shipped. They are made and then the two ends are fused together. when they made them it was a bit too long resulting in an improper fit . Nice company but need a tighter hold on quality control for this item

Prices are good, but I had to return a part and had to pay return shipping. At this point, I have not been credited for the return which was shipped early July 2022. I have left a msg, but no one has returned my call.

Reps at Sierra Madre are always responsive. In this case, there was an issue of timing with a special order (retractable 3-point seat belts in red for my '63 356 Karmann coupe - red exterior, black interior). The rep contacted me, explained they had to be special ordered, and said he would get right back to me to let me know the timing. He did get right back to me (next morning), told me the time frame I could expect, and the belts arrived on time, as communicated (just a few days). Thanks!

SMC stuff are very good customer service, fast replying, best knowlege about supplied parts, and always solve any problems. Shiping rates are very resonably and orders goes out really fast.Its always a pleasure to work with them.

Perfect. Richard and and his team such a huge resource of knowledge and providing the best possible replacement parts for my 69 Pastel Blue 912. They work hard to get the right parts and answers. Quick shipping as well.

Excellent and extremely prompt service. I had parts shipped to the UK, one of the parts had been damaged in transit, when I notified Sierra Madre Collection Sales they sent out replacement parts immediately. I would recommend their products and first class service.

I was looking for a generator pulley for a 1963 356 for over a year. I was told about Sierra Madre Porsche. They had the parts, shipped it express. I received the part In about 2 days. Fit perfectly, the 356 is back on the road. They are my go to shop for Porsche parts.Dana Simpson

Bought from here a few times over the years. Good stuff at decent prices. They would have gotten 5 stars but I had to deduct from not sending all my parts because of inventory that is listed as available. Must be happening everywhere...

I just reread a post I wrote two years ago about 4 defective wheels I bought and Jorge's response which is absolutely contrary to what he told me over the phone. The wheels were defective in that not a single one of them could be balanced. When I called SM and ultimately spoke to Jorge he said I couldn't return them based on the fact I didn't like them. That was not the case. They were out of round and could not be used. The response from him on Google that I just now read, which was also posted two years ago, said they may have worked something out if I hadn't waited 1 1/2 years to report the problem. That's a flat out lie. I asked for a refund and he said to send them back so that they could look at the wheels and make a judgement before giving me a refund. As you would expect. they said nothing was wrong with the wheels and denied to refund shipping-both ways, plus the price of the wheels. All in all the transaction cost me over $400.00. Before purchasing the wheels I had spent hundreds of dollars on parts from them over the years with no problems and spoke with Jorge each time I placed an order. This even though Stoddard's gives a standing 10% discount on all purchases.

Got the key fob that I wanted but the s/h was 1/2 of the cost of the item; added to the total .They heard, listened, & appropriately addressed the issue.In a follow-up with a Sierra Madre representative, I have been given a store credit in the amount of the S/H. Appreciate it ! Tim

Ordered 4 new chrome aftermarket wheels. Wheels were so out of round none of them could be balanced. So, I had the tires dismounted and remounted on my old wheels at my cost of course. Called SM and asked them to have UPS pick them up. They said their policy was that the buyer pays for return shipping. I said that was understandable if I had ordered something and didn't like it, but why should I pay shipping for four worthless wheels? After some discussion about whether or not they would even refund my purchase for the wheels, which they did, they would not agree to reimburse me for shipping. So, I'm out $288 for shipping and no wheels. This is how they treated a ten year customer. Needless to say I had them cancel my account and I haven't bought from them since. I recently spent $5k at Stoddard's which could have been theirs. Short-sighted business people.

As always, Sierra Madre came through again - I needed a small door latch pin and while the other parts stores and the Porsche dealer wanted to sell me the entire latching system . Sierra Madre found what I needed and provided me a fair price delivered to me - all within 10 days (even during these slow small parcel delivery times). Thank you Sierra Madre Collection.

Wonderful customer service. I bought headlamps for my 1973 RS Replica several months ago and eventually got around to installing them. It turned out I already had the same headlights. Silly mistake by me and faulty memory. I asked to return the headlights and get another product. In less than two ours I had an affirmative answer! Really well done by customer service and much appreciated.

Being located in Japan it is not always easy for me to find parts for the 911 I have been restoring. Sierra Madre Collection has been a great source for the parts I needed. The inventory is impressive, prices are competitive, the staff super reactive and even the international shipping rates are good!
