I took my car to be repair the driver door and when I received the vehicle. The new paint job had swirls. I told the center about the swirls the center took the vehicle back and fixed it to my satisfaction

Took my car in for repairs and when I picked it up they had scratched my new 2021 Lexus. I gave them a second chance to fix my car to only have it damaged more. The scratch that they did was not painted correctly (color didn t match) and they over sprayed all my new car. Awful work, don t take your car here. It s been months and I m still trying to get them to pay for the damage. Awful service here!Tried emailing them and corporate and it s still not resolved and my car is still not fixed beyond awful service and they had the nerve to try to blame me for the over spray on my new car. Don t take your car here!

I was referred to Service King by my insurance for repairs to my front bumper. Everyone was so professional and friendly, especially Alina who was my main point of contact. She made the process so smooth and clear, including with facilitating picking up my rental car. My car was ready quickly and returned in excellent condition, even thoroughly washed, and some scratches on the side buffed out without me even asking. Communication and updates while it was in the shop were great. Would recommend to anyone!

Claudia is amazing she who took the time to check my vehicle and wrote an estimate on my 2021 Dodge Charger. Claudia was very thorough on what my car need, she explained well what needed to be replaced and what needed to be repaired. I give her 5 Stars on her Customer Service and how she conducts her self is very professional. I was admire by her sincerity & honesty.

This Service King location is awesome. They are super detail oriented, have clear and timely communication, and their paint/ fit/ finish results are excellent. We've taken our car there two times after it was run into, and both times the experience was great.

My daughter is in school in LA. She dinged the car I gave her. As I am out of state, communication was very important. Service King gave me daily updates and were always helpful, cheerful, and professional on the phone. Done on time and back on the road as promised. Awesome service! Super friendly staff. They go out of their way to make the customer happy. Efficient and timely repairs. They are quick to answer their calls. They are great at updating on the progress of your car. Definitely would recommend.

Picked up my car today and I'm totally satisfied! I had to get my rear bumper fixed because of a crack and they replaced the whole thing so I got a brand new bumper which I was really happy about because it had scratches all over and the paint was rusting.They updated me everyday about repairs via text. I dropped off on Monday and was ready Friday morning. They also washed my car and went beyond and even cleaned the inside of my car which I really needed. An amazing surprise on top of everything. This is the place to go. They will take good care of you!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I usually do not write reviews because I frequently disagree both good and bad with those reviews people post. But I had to write this review because I would have never believed the amazing way we were treated at Service King. After an accident you are already feeling bad and knowing that repair places are going to try to gouge you for everything they can. This place is ABSOLUTELY not like that. Alina and Abigail were ABSOLUTELY amazing throughout the whole experience. They frequently communicated at every step, everyone expects to have to keep calling to find out when the car will be done. Not this place their customer service far exceeded my expectation. Hopefully I will never have to use them again, but if I do there is no where else I would go or send anyone I know. If you are nervous about where to go and getting taken for a ride. This is the place to take your car I guarantee you will drive home satisfied.Service: Body & Trim

Experience was great at Service King. The manager took the time to introduce himself to me and thank me for choosing their location, also apologized ahead of time due to the speed of when the car would be ready. The rep that assisted me in my car was very kind and always provided updates as they went along. I would absolutely choose this location again should I need repairs again. (Hopefully not) thanks again!

I had an interesting experience with this shop. A little miscommunication and do to previous damages on my vehicle they were unable to fix my car. The manager Jeff himself was able to call me and let me know what was going on. It was very polite and professional. He apologized and explained to me why they couldn t repair my vehicle. Overall the staff seems to really care on a personal level for the clients happiness and satisfaction. Don t wish to be in any accidents again but if I am, I would definitely come back.

Excellent service. Did a great job replacing my doors and straightening my frame after a rear end collision. Dealt with my rental for me. Was always extremely professional and courteious. My van looks perfect and they went the extra mile cleaning the interior. Will return for future repairs.

My 10 day old Lexus LC500 was rear ended and the only good part about the entire situation was that my car was repaired by Ben and his team at service king.From the start Ben was straight up with me about time of repairs and cost. Was actually kinda crazy how accurately he was able to predict both. He's super knowledgeable about the repair process and can answer pretty much any question you may have. Throughout the process he kept me updated and was always super polite and professional when I reached out to him myself.Being a brand new model from Lexus, parts were hard to come by. I called the insurance company (GEICO) and let them know it was going to take 2 months in some cases to get the parts. My adjuster couldn't have cared less, the insurance companies in general have no interest in fixing your car quickly or exerting any extra effort. Luckily, I was working with service king, who, short of flying to Japan and getting the parts from the factory themselves, reached out and did everything in their power to make sure my car didn't just sit on the lot.When all of the parts arrived service king hustled to get the car done. When the repairs were done they even stayed open late Friday to make sure I could have my car back for the weekend.The work done was immaculate. You would never be able to tell this car had any damage done to it at all. I cannot recommend service king and Ben enough. I don't think I'd ever want to go to another body shop again knowing how good service king is at taking care of me and my car.

A responsive and courteous team. Kept me in the loop with consistent phone calls and texts while my car was in their shop. Always asked for feedback on my experience. The work itself turned out amazing, like my car was brand new. And Jeff, the owner, had pupusas available in case I was hungry. I hope never to go back but had a great experience.

Great service, great work, and they had my car ready a day before estimated date and went above and beyond the call of duty. From the moment I was greeted to when I left, there was nothing to complain about they really made the whole experience easy and comfortable.

The staff is friendly and helpful. The process is easy and efficient. They communicate via text every step of the way. Repairs look amazing. They even fixed additional paint damage for me because they had the paint! That is above and beyond for sure!

This was the best customer service, and Bush work that I have experienced on any vehicle I have ever had. Their work was impeccable and done in such a timely manner, with excellent customer service. I most definitely will refer them to any and everyone I know!!

*NewTechAutobody*. Always helpful. Great staff . AAA approved. Do really good work here. Got AAA use them for your car incident needs. Highly recommend when it was NewTechAutobody!Unfortunately not Newtechautobody and unfortunately we had some issues last time in with service king . Truck had to be taken back a couple times due to not great work . Stuff that should have never happened . They also had lack of help in the actual body shop and didn t have painters for almost 2 wks . Everyone i knew basically left due to company change and promises they didn t keep to employees.. Bummer ! Sorry
