The best body shop ever! Ole, Tom, and Yave were excellent. After much deliberation and research, I took my Swedish car in for some bodywork and a spoiler to be installed. Ole, the owner, was extremely patient and understanding of the specific type of installation required and advised me of different options available to me, given the time crunch I was in. I had to leave later that day, and he made sure to do the job quickly, efficiently, and according to factory specifications.The car ended up looking beautiful, better than I expected it to be, and the paint looks as clean as glass! The customer service and patience from both Tom and Yave were notable, and they were sincere, upfront people who genuinely cared about cars and customer satisfaction. I came from Glendale to West LA and found the right shop, the only one to which I will take my vehicles. I highly recommend them!

Michael = LIFE SAVER!! I came into Scandinavian Coachcraft for an estimate after an accident. I showed Michael an estimate from another body shop and he beat it by flying colors...and the car looks brand new!! I couldn't he happier! Michael is professional, knowledgeable, respectful, honest, reliable, and down to earth. - Home run because of MICHAEL!

Scandanavian CoachCraft is very helpful to work with. They are very responsive and gave accurate timelines on how long the repair was going to take. Michael and the staff are friendly. In the challenging world of collision repair, this company went above and beyond to make sure that we were taken care of. In a world where trust is a fading emblem of the exalted days of our parents and grandparents, Scandinavian has blown me away with their quality of service - both with the car and with interpersonal relationships. Once in 2016 and now again in 2018, they have repaired damage to my car by other drivers, and made my beloved Spyder look as new as when I got it. BEYOND expectations. Beyond the damage itself, they polished the entire car including the fogged up headlamps and the wheels. Ole the owner is a gentle giant, and Tom my car manager is truly professional and caring. Bob, Jermaine, Brenda, Liz and others are all wonderful human beings. So in today's uncaring world, I call Scandinavian a family relationship . Complete trust.

After two weeks of thinking and arguing with the insurance company, they refused to fix my Mazda rear bumper. With the wording: "This is way too much administration for a bumper repair". Very strange and slow guys. I don t know how well they repair, I hope that it s better than they treat their customers. I will look for another bodyshop.Service: Body & Trim

I went to Scandinavian Coachcraft when I had been rear ended by my neighbor while parked in my parking spot. Super annoying situation but Scandinavian Coachcraft was quick to get my car in, order the replacement parts needed, and handle conversations with my neighbor's insurance. I am super impressed with the work done on my car and it now looks good as new! I worked with Alex Garcia who was super attentive, communicative, and did a great job! If I ever get in another situation like this, I will only be going to Scandinavian Coachcraft!Service: Auto body & trim repair

This is a superior body shop. My Volvo looks brand new. Michael Emmons was a pleasure to work with. Been here multiple times unfortunately but they make unfortunate situations into better ones. They do a really great job as fast as possible. I've always been happy with their work especially when they find ways to save me money. They are great and honest people Ole the owner is awesome. Mike helped me recently but Tom has always been a good guy and has always taken care of me as well.

I took my Mazda in to the shop and the owner came out took a look and told me he would take care of it. They spent 20 minutes on the car and cleaned it up to look brand new. I asked what the cost would be and he said not to worry it was on the house. Made my day with great service and the car looks better than ever. I recommend the shop for quality and kindness- thanks for the help guys!

What a fantastic place to get your car fixed. I recommend this place 100%! They are nice, respectful, professional, and kind. The office staff is great. They listened to me and helped to get an UBER app on my phone. Tom was sweet and kind. The owner talks to you and he is so kind too. I felt comfortable and the doggy that hangs out there came to me and was kind and sweet too. My car looks as if it was never keyed by a crazy, racist guy. These guys are great! My car looks brand new... they managed the insurance company so I didn't have to. And matched the paint just perfectly.Everything went smooth.Oli and Tom were both super helpful.

I took my Volvo XC60 for repairs when my car was hit in a parking lot. The one who hit me was honest so covered the repairs. Coach craft did an awesome job and the car looked new. Another great thing is ole bought lunch for his staff and got lunch for me too while I was waiting! I thought that was thoughtful and the food was delicious! They also cleaned my car beautifully when done. Had a surface mark on bumper I noticed after pick up but Tom took care of it in 5 minutes. Only thing I noticed the driver side leather looked alittle dirtier than when I brought it in but can be cleaned I recommend this shop highly They do great work and stand behind their work with a lifetime guarantee.

Tom and Herbert were amazing. The work was steller, car looks great. They both went beyond the call of duty to make sure all was done to perfection and that I was taken care of and happy. Highly Recommend !!

Super helpful and friendly to someone who had no idea what the procedure is to get your car fixed. Great service and my car looks brand new! Hope i don't have to us them ever again but if i do, i know they will take good care of me and my car.

My 2019 Mazda CX-5 barely had 6k miles on it when I was violently rear ended, shoving me into the car in front of me. Scandinavian not only did an excellent repair, they took care of follow up on all the complex electronics in the car, as well as sanitizing post repair during the current pandemic. Tom was top notch, and everyone was professional and exceptional. Highly recommended.

I just dropped off my E350 to have a fender bender fixed TOM and BRENDA were awesome.. More details when I pick up!Picked up car and everything perfect.....Tom, Brenda the receptionist again .....Very efficient, nice, friendly and the body shop did a fantastic job on my Mercedes.... 5 stars to all of them!

My entire family has been using Scandanavian Coach Craft for many years. Automotive repairs, especially body & paint work, had formally been a very trying experience on every occasion. Since using this firm, its been a no hassle experience.Work always done on time and never a complaint about the quality.. Unless an insurance estimate is needed, we have them do the work and then bill us without any previous discussion about the price. Always turned out about what was anticipated, and many times even less. My highest recommendation!

Scandinavian Coachcraft is INCREDIBLE! Their customer service is top-notch, and their mechanics were really patient with me explaining everything they were doing and keeping me updated. Only complaint is getting my car back was a little slow--6 weeks, when I was originally quoted under a month. Other than that, they're excellent!

I am very surprised that they have such good reviews, I had a horrible experience with them. The owner seems like he is out there just to scam.My car was in a wreck and completely totaled, I called a tow truck (through insurance) and he told me that he would take the car to this body shop and they would provide me an estimate to have it fixed. After about 5 business days I found out that my insurance would not cover the cost of damage, so I decided to sell the car as is. All this time my car was parked in their open lot. Once I found a buyer I had him go to the lot to get the car and the owner wanted $1500 from me to release the car?!?! He said that it would be $150 per day for parking fees? WTH?? This was not even garage/covered parking. It was in an open rundown area. After arguing for 15 minutes he said that he will reduce it by 1/2 and took $750 to release the car. So basically he charged be $750 for parking a totaled car in his lot for 9-10 days. I paid the two truck separately. He did not have to do anything. I already lost 9K on my car since it was totaled and this guy saw an opportunity to make money of me coz of my situation. I would never go here or recommend him to anyone.

So here's how it started: My 2012 Volvo C30 was involved in a minor accident where the front bumper was slightly damaged, basically nothing too serious. The party responsible had agreed to take it to a shop and have it repaired. The shop they took it to I knew nothing about but I also figured that you'd have to be really bad at doing your job to mess this up, I mean really really really bad.Unfortunately for me thats how bad that auto body shop was. I just couldn't believe it. It looked worse than when it was dropped off, which I did not know was even possible. You could easily see where it was repainted, as well as the shoddy job one did when trying to "fix" the dent. There was overspray over most of the front of the car, so while most of the car was nice and glossy, parts of it were rough and matte-like.I took my car to Scandinavian Coachcraft because I've seen their work before and I knew I could trust them. Ole, the owner, is very friendly, extremely knowledgable in the craft of auto body repair, trustworthy, and has pride in his work and his business. He assured me that he would take care of the car and that it would look like brand new. He gave me a date at which the vehicle would be finished and they delivered as promised. The bumper was beautifully fixed, the overspray was gone, the paint was perfect and in showroom condition, and it was nicely detailed inside and out.To say that I was extremely pleased with the work is an understatement, if that's even possible. You must understand that as I child I spent several summers with my dad at one of THE PREMIER auto body shops in Washington, D.C. that specialized in Jaguars, Ferrari's, Maserati's, Lamborghinis, etc... So when I say that I can spot any tiny imperfection however small and "invisible" to the average person I am not making an exaggerated claim. Scandinavian Coachcraft is, in my opinion, the premier auto body shop in Los Angeles and so long as I live here in LA I'll be taking my car there for any type of auto body repair.I recommend Scandinavian to anyone looking for an auto body shop that will fix your car right the first time! There are so few people these days who take pride in their work and who put an emphasis on quality, and this is the very reason that I respect Scandinavian Coachcraft. Anyway, I hope this helps you when you're deciding where to take your car for body work/collision repair.

I had a tremendous experience with this auto shop. Los Angeles is such a bad place to drive, this experience with Scan made a lot of my bad memories go away. They did an outstanding job, kept me informed every step of the way, answered all of my questions, and never sounded annoyed with me if I called with a question. In fact, they called me once a week to check it and let me know the progress on my car. I got my car back and it looks and feels brand new! I love driving it and getting the second glances again. Scandinavian made it all shiny and new. Thank you Joe and Luiz and the crew at Scandinavian.. I am VERY HAPPY!

Met Ole about 30 years ago and always trusted him. Through the years my family and I had to use Ole's services because of unfortunate little accidents and he always tried to do his best to fix, patch, replace whatever that was broken. And his staff is very friendly and helpful!!

I was very happy with the service I received at this business, they treat you with respect and answer all your questions. They really went above and beyond to make sure the job was done correctly. I want to thank everybody at the shop that took care of my vehicle and did a outstanding job on it I appreciate it . They went the extra mile on it to make it look like new . In my opinion the only place to have you auto body repaired in So Cal. The owner Ole runs the cleanest and high quality auto body shop and you should see it to believe it! Tell him the Viking sent you!
