I've been a loyal customer at Santana Tires & Wheels for years, and my recent visit only solidified my trust in their exceptional service. Unfortunately, I have a knack for attracting nails, staples, and other tire hazards, but Santana always turns what could be a dreadful day into a manageable inconvenience. On my latest visit, Danny's assistance was nothing short of impressive; he swiftly had me in and out with a seamless patch job, making the whole process a breeze.Even during the early hours when I usually drop by, the efficiency is noteworthy. While I can't speak for walk-ins later in the day, the increasing number of clients waiting indicated the widespread trust in Santana's expertise. I wholeheartedly recommend them your vehicle is undoubtedly in good hands at Santana Tires & Wheels.

Needed some 17.5 tires for my trailer which tend to be difficult to find. They ordered my tires, received them in a couple of hours & got my tires installed in less than a few hours for a fair price. I'll definitely utilize their services again.

Needed a screw removed from one of my tires. Showed up at 8:30am, and the wait was 14 to 20 minutes. Repair took another 15 to 20. $25 total. All in all, good service. Friendly and quick.

They got a spot where you can fill your own tires with air, and the gauge is good. To me that's a +.

SCAM ALERT: Replaced a window with them across the street and they used sealant only on the corners of the window. I asked them about it and they say thats how its done. Sure enough I wash it a week later and it leaks. Took it back to them and they wanted to charge me another $200 just incase the window brakes while they redo the job they were suppose to do in the first place. SCAM ALERT

I've been here 3 times. So far everything has been good. I took my car for pads breaks change, Ernesto helpd me. He did a good job. He explained what my car had and what he could do. About the price, you can be the judge. I had my two front pad breaks replaced and the discs aligned because they were tilted. I paid $275 for all. Idk as times are now I think it was a fair price. He had it all done in 5hrs (because there were more cars ahead of me and I went without an appointment).

The worst customer service I have ever received as a consumer. I went to this horrible because I was told about them from my brother. I called the day before an received a quote on a tire which was a great price, but I needed to order them and put down a deposit (not a problem for me). What my issue is, I decided not to order the tire I wanted but decided to buy 4 new tires they already had in stock. Well for some strange reason I was over charged for the tires. I'm not talking about just a couple bucks but rather $20 per tire. I did a little digging online and via phone call and it is exactly $20 per tire. So I received a call from Junior the "manager" trying to explain I was charged for taxes and other fees. Well like I explained to him I completely understand all the fees however I was told by Gorge (the person that helped me in person) that he was going to give me a deal and NOT charge me any taxes or fees because I was buying a set of 4 brand new tires. I would never refer this place to any of my girlfriends or anyone for that matter to be cheated. You can't tell me one thing and do another then have a whole other person try to explain this mess. Needless to say they did nothing to make this situation right!!

Great service and great inventory!They have the right tools in order to get the job done and the staff it's well qualified to tackle any task. From alignments to brakes service, and also tires and rims. You won't be disappointed! Plus they have excellent prices.

The service is always very friendly and quick. Great customer service. They are also open for longer than most tire shops. The only drawback is that they are a bit more expensive. $30 to patch a tire here as opposed to $10 to $20 in other places.

Fast service and great prices. Techs are knowledgeable and friendly. The shop is super clean and they have all the new alignment equipment and balancers. Waiting area is very nice and clean. They have vending machines too while you wait.

The reason why I'm giving this shop a one star review is because i got an alignment done and was charged $70 for a 4 wheel alignment, even though they only aligned 2. The car didn't drive straight, I went back to explain to them and was told that i had to pay $40 in order to check the alignment even though I had warranty. They have terrible customer service, I will not be going to them again.

Definitely the place to go, Very professional, efficient, and trust worthy. I was expecting to pay way more for a used tire and didn't expect it to be in great condition. I totally recommend Santana tires, others have taken advantage of situations as these, but Santana, has earned my trust.

Ease of getting tires with the combination of friendly staff that helps the buying process go really smooth. Several payment plans available, and a good selection of rims and tires. This place has earned my business and I will continue to return for all my tire needs.

Worse possible place ever. My rim had a dent in it. So I took it to get fixed here. And what a mistake that turned out to be. Not only did they ruin an expensive rim but they broke promise after promise. They promised to have my rim ready by 12pm the next day and they did not. I work from 9 to 6 so I went into work late expecting to have my rim ready it was not. I called them and they told me it would be ready at 3 which again it was not. Finally it was ready but what they did was completely shady and a horrible job. They were suppose to fix a dent in my rim. I was told the rim was going to come out a bit darker. But in reality they sanded the whole rim. They refused to admit that they made a mistake. They kept telling me well we told you how it would come out. Which they did not. I spoke to the manager she's the rudest person I've ever spoken too. She acts as if the customer is wrong and she's right. I was so outraged.I spent 70 bucks to "fix" my rim when they in fact made it worse. I have already reported them to the better business bureau.

Bad experience, they over charged me for simple work and added even more extra charge on top at the end. They had no good explanation for the high charge.... Simple robbery, first and last time going there. Do not recommend.

They lie with their advertisements. Says they have buy 2 get 2 free but they try to trick you in the conversation by saying they have it but you would pay cash price so much for only 2 tires. Use to have great deals and service. Now is a run down business marketing up and taking advantage of customers.

The workers take long, ignore you and are just moody. Went to get a simple wheel alignment and no one even helps, waited almost 2 hours and no one even noticed. All they do is just talk and not care about their customers.

The quality, customer service and prices are right. Attention to detail of the work they are performing for customers is something they love to do. I drive from mid-city to come here for the reasons state above - quality, customer service and competitive prices!

This place is lousy very bad customer service. They half did there job being in a hurry that they didn't secure my hub caps and now one has come off. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Service was fast. In and out with four tire replacements in about 25 minutes. Busy shop. It's in the hood but don't judge based on that. Very knowledgeable with what they do.

Beware this place will take your money my experience there they charge me 500 for parts they didn't install I notice that when my wheels starting to make noise I saw I still had the old tie rod on my Pontiac

Worse place to buy tires.They came defective. They cracked not even at 6 months of use. We took them back and they did everything to not cover the warranty. Not good at $225 a tire

I called almost 10 different wheel and tire shops no one found the wheel that I needed except for Santana wheels now I need it they find it they were able to install it the same day and even stayed after hours to do the job. I highly recommend Santana Tires and wheels to anyone.

THIS PLACE IS GREAT! Been going for YEARS! Went to another tire shop, but ended up back here to find out that the wheel balancing was done improperly! Will stay with who I know from now on!

Had a nail in my tire went there got it patched up repaired my whole visit was less than 15 mins.Fast respectful safe service!I will definitely recommend this place

So I went to get my tire fixed the sensor came on! As I was driving to the shop this huge white spider crawls up my window on the inside of my car. Long story short. I got my tire fixed for a very small fee & the spider was taken care of by Jorge. I tipped him for taking care of the spider. SVC with a smile. Good place to go explained several things re: tires in general!
