What a scam. The owner is very unreliable in communication on what s going on with your automobile vehicle. The first day I came he understood me. Then keep my car for three times longer than he said he would. He won t tell you what parts you need fixed or replaced. Everything I went to check on my car bc over the phone he acts clueless, he would ask for more money than our original agreement. I asked for a receipt and he would not give me one. After a month of having me car, he fixed things that didn t need fixing and did things that were not agreed upon then asked for more money!!!! Don t go here!!!Edit on 2/14 so the. You should have the recordings of you saying one price and then continue to raise the price. You have recordings of you scamming people!!! Just because I entered your establishment because I was paying for service done on my brothers car. And as I said that day if it was your little bro or sis getting scammed any decent human being is going to try to help figure it out.I d like to add our car check engine light came on later the day we picked it up. And sam asked my brother to remove these comments. But just like Sam you said to my brother that the business was between him and you. Well my thoughts on a website about your service is between me and you. If you didn t want negative feedback you shouldn t be doing subpar work. You shouldn t have such horrible customer service and you shouldn t be scamming people!!!!

This place is not worth the trouble. You ll be without your car for three times the quoted time which is already a crazy long time. He over charges and adds charges randomly and he has zero customer service skills. Try anywhere else other than here.

I agree with Elizabeth Sanchez. I took my car so he and his mechanics can fix the heads that was causing overheating. He told me to leave a deposit & I agreed, but I also told him that the AC was working fine. I asked him to please be careful since he had to work around that component. Days later I went to go pick up my car in the beginning of a hot summer day, I decided to turn on the AC after I left the shop and guess what? There was no cold air.. The freon line that had to flow cold air into the passenger compartment was cut! I told him that he had to fix it. Then he tells me that it was like that already Then he says that it was going to cost another 6 or $700 to fix his mess when it was all fine in the first place.Si la gente te sigue llamando es porque nom�s te est�n reclamando por los jales chuecos que usted hace.

I was having problems with my car passing the smog check i took it to this shop but they had move to another place same owner tho. He told me there was a problem with my transmission sensors and he could fix it but the charge would be over 200 + labor or he could send me to a friend just to pass my truck illegally for 200 dollars but that I was better off paying the 200, because it would cost me more to fix the problem. I ended up telling him I would return the next day but I went to another mechanic wich he ended up putting it in the computer the only thing that was wrong it needed a new gas cap seens my was crack and it was releasing fumes only cost me about 20 dollars. THIS MECHANIC IS A RIP OFF HE ONLY WANTS YOUR MONEY!!!

Worst shop...left my dad's truck in worst condition than before refuses to fix it. Honestly got my truck back worst than before .....save yourself a headache and go anywhere else took 2months to get my dad's truck back when the agreement was 2weeks !!! Now wants more money to fix his mess !!!! Worst place

Went to get a new water pump and went to pick up my car and the car was more worse than when I dropped it off never go here plz people bad mechanic very bad

Este "hombre" es un verdadero ladr�n estafador , si yo hubiese mirado los comentarios que tiene nunca habr�a confiado mi auto a este tipo, y usted lo sabe Samuel aunque tenga mucha astucia para negarlo y pensar que se a salido con la suya ,estuve batallando para que me reembolsar� $5.600 d�lares , que le pague ,conf�e mi auto a este tipo para una reparaci�n de trasmisi�n y catalizador el pago inicial fue de $4.300 cuando me entreg� el auto segu�a fallando no alcanzaba velocidad y se fue agregando 3 pagos m�s porque usted dec�a que ahora tambi�n hab�a que hacerle un servicio y esas otras partes que segun usted arreglo no me dio recibos el auto segu�a igual, le dije que ya no iba a invertir mas dinero en el auto que ya era demasiado y el auto segu�a fallando de lo mismo, usted dijo que esperar�amos a que llegara el catalizador que probablemente ya eso estaba afectado que el auto no corriera a su velocidad despu�s de que ya me hab�a sacado $5.600 usted ya no quiso responder por la reparaci�n tuve que llevarlo a corte el juez le orden� la reparaci�n total de mi auto le dieron 6 meses m�s para arreglar mi auto, ya se venci� el plazo y es t�n c�nico y conchudo que no acato la horden del jues ahora vamos por el siguiente paso, y solo le digo existe el CARMA y lo a de alcanzar ya que usted a obrado de mala fe y lo sabe perfectamente ,

pase por un estimado de aire, me pidio$400 dls de un condensador y radiator.Cancele mi cita por razones personales, me cobro el 15% por cada una . total por que para regresarme mis $400 dls, me regreso solo $285. me dijo k en Orruady y otro probedor le cobraban ese 15% por Regresar las Partes que Compro. $115.00a lo Cual suena incredulo ya que en las tiendas de auto partes nunca me han Cobrado un solo dolar por devoluluci�n.en ningun lugar Cobran dinero adelantado a menos k dejes tu Carro oh ya este hecho el trabajo.su actitud del se�or es muy despota. yo accedi por k me lo recomendo un amigo., mi amigo esta sorprendido como lo estoy yo por su forma de actuar abusivamente.no me aspiro confianza por su Caracter. y preferi no dejar mi carro queria que dejara mi auto 6 hrs oh todo un Dia., en mi opinion Respetable es un ladron no regreso ni recomiendo.Cuidado..... es un mentiroso en cada comentario negativo ve la manera de contestar e inventar a su favor.... no m voy a desgastar desmintiendolo.. agradesca no le lleve la policia por que no tengo la maldad que tiene usted.me hubiese cobrado por el stimado no habia ningun incomveniente pero ya se cobro y si se me descompuso mi carro eso no quiere decir nada pero usted desde un principio cuando le dije a la primera vez k cancele me dijo k cual era mi desconfianza que regresara cuando me arreglaran mi carro que a usted le comvenia mas arreglarmelo k le dejra las partes y desde muchas altitudes me di cuenta la calidad de mecanico.eso k dice k edmundo le preguntaba k tenia su carro y no le consumia su servicio. Yo no se de eso nada usted no puede jusgar a las personas . yo lo grave en todo momento para mostrarle a la policia por que ni recibo me dio, si tan Correcto fuese me hubiese mostrado la nota donde compro las partes y le cobraron solo tenia una nota en un sobre de papel y yo si hice nota y yo si lo hice firmar una nota diciendo la cantidad k recibio a lo cual no lo esperaba y tenia un testigo. Asi como me cobro los 400 en el estimado para la cita y con esa Rapidesa tambien me hubiese regresado mi dinero. No que fui el Sabado en uber k page 4 ubers y cada uno me cobro $20 dls y se lo dije y me dijo k volviera el lunes por mi dinero.le duele que le dije la verdad y que nunca penso k entraria a dejar mi comentario .

Excellent job, I took my car to 2 workshops and none of them were able to correct the problems with my car, thank you Don Samuel for the help, I highly recommend itexselente trabago yo lleve mi carro a 2 talleres y ninguno pudos corregir los problemas de mi carro,grasias don samuel por la ayuda lo recomendo ampliamente
