S&R Auto is operating illegally without a business license as required by the State of California.I made the mistake of taking my car to this place after a fender bender. Stephanie and Roger Ramos, the apparent owners, are crooks they will rip you off. Not only did they misdiagnose and then incorrectly repair my car, it led to me having to sue them. Worse than horrible experience.0 stars. Avoid at all cost.

Their team did a great job on my car. No complaints, very good and honest job overall. I highly recommend this place if you're on a budget, expect a quality work.

I want to say that I live in Long Beach and I was driving on the 110 North Freeway heading to downtown LA and traffic came to a stop. My engine had problems for about a year and I had to pull over because it wasn't sounding right. I went on my I-Phone and found Edy Perez. I called the shop and spoke with Edy. He sent a tow truck to come tow me about a mile and a half away, took my car in and I rented a car for the next few days.I picked up my car a few days later and the engine was fixed. It now runs smoothly and there are no more problems. Thanks to Carlos and Edy for helping me and for a great price and really good service.

Apparently some jerk in my neighborhood sprayed some kind of a permanent paint as they went by and left an indelible streak down the whole length of my van. Scott at this place took a look at that and told me to go get some dinner and come back. I did and after an hour I returned to a brand new van. I can't even remember when my van looked that nice in fact, almost like right out of the dealer. Thanks Scott! Found my new mechanic.

My gate close and I was only halfway through it I wanted to die just got My first Benz I mighadd I needed to get my car fixed asap so I ask around and read some reviews and I heard nothing but great things about Edy s so I decided to go and I have to say I wasn t disappointed they do very professional work in a timely manor at the lowest price..

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. DO NOT GET YOUR CAR FIXED OR PAINTED HERE. EXTREMELY UN PROFESSIONAL. THEY WILL BUTCHER YOUR CAR UP AND STILL CHARGE YOU. IF YOU WANT TO BRING IT HERE MIGHT AS WELL DO IT YOURSELF.

Horrible customer service called on the phone to ask for a quote on my car" the guy says what do you want "" like that's so nice right...I asked to speak to a Manger got hung up on again....don't ever go to this shop !!! If they treat you like this on the phone I can only imagine how they treat there customers in person.

This place is the worst did a bad paint job on my bmw and damaged my door handle I really don't recommend this place to anyone trying to fix there car
