I came on here to leave an amazing review and I find that it's filled with them already. Surprised and yet expected. Salvador is an amazing mechanic. He's work ethnic makes me want to work on mines! You've set the expectarjon bar high! Glad to finally find a reliable mechanic.

What an awesome mechanic! Fair prices and fast service. I had my transmission fluid replaced and the front driver's side suspension (control arm, CV axle) diagnosed and repaired in half a day. Salvador is extremely professional, polite, and competent. He took the time to explain what was wrong with my car and gave me reasonable options for repair. Highly recommended mechanic (I've tried a few of them).Services: Transmission, Steering & suspension repair

Cedrik is a very good mechanic. I was referred to him by a family friend, and I ve brought my old Buick here a few times when it s had trouble. The service has always been fast, and the prices are super reasonable. This is definitely a place that respects its customers.He is very attentive when you explain whatever problem you are seeing in the car, honest and concise when he explains the problems he finds, and keeps you up to date on the progress of his work.I would definitely recommend anyone looking for a quality mechanic to come to the shop.

Really nice place; a small mechanic shop. Enter through the alleyway parallel to Western.Salvador changed my radiator and without me asking, added fluids to the car and tested the repair.They were accomodating, relatively quick and gave me a really good price. I will come again!Edit: I've been coming here since a year now and they are so so good! Super trustworthy, a pair of father and son run it and do most of the work, and they're so fair and knowledgeable, even with my 80S Mercedes Diesel. These guys are the best mechanics I've met in my 10 years of living in LA and driving old cars. Six stars.Edit: I came here again, thinking my transmission was toast. Salvador identified it a clogged filter, fixed it for a great price and the car runs better than when I bought it. They're wizards here!Edit2: my car never had AC since the previous owner, so I figured it's a lost case.. But asked Salvador to check it. He found a few leaks and broken fittings, a plumbing issue inside the dashboard and within an afternoon brought the AC completely back to life for a really reasonable cost! They really are wizards.

Salvador was very knowledgeable and communicative. He replaced my clutch in one day and his prices were very fair. Highly recommend!

Amazing service by Salvador! Very friendly, efficient & knowledgeable. I went there twice on separate occasions for a gas leak & oil change. Both times he got the job done very fast. Furthermore he patiently answered all the questions I had. Great service with fair prices! Rating: 10 stars!!! I just had the most wonderful experience at Rivera's. I was recommended by my landlord a few weeks ago and she had nothing but rave reviews to give. I showed up without an appointment or any idea of what I was doing. Salvador got to me right away and fixed my problem in 30 minutes. He was incredibly nice and extremely generous and I cannot recommend Rivera's enough!Service: General repairs & maintenance

I came here for a small repair of replacing an engine coil on my 2012 BMW, the mechanic ran his own diagnostic & estimated over $1200 of a variety of different repairs. I decided to take my vehicle to another mechanic & everything was completely false. If you drive a nice car, these guys will charge you for everything and anything possible.Service: Brakes

They were great and honest, and very fairly priced. The mechanic gave me tips on some small repairs I could do myself to save money. They replaced old engine mounts that made my truck shift and drives so much smoother. I ll definitely be going back for any repairs I need.

These guys are so nice! They re very professional and they go out of their way to help you. Very honest and veryyyy reasonably priced. Just make sure you call ahead as they can get busy. Won t take my car anywhere else!

This is the best technician shop for my vehicle. If you guys need any repairs done for your vehicle, go to Salvador. He repaired my 2017 Subaru Sti clutch and flushed out my catalytic converter in good timing manner . Sal is professional, well organized, reliable, and punctual . Best mechanic shop yet took my cars 2003 plus hot to another shop as well as my Ford Explorer did not receive the service that I have received here he has 5 stars for a reason great mechanic professional and great at what he does I would recommend this shop to anyone
