This body shop is the definition of excellence! They did an amazing job in fixing my Tesla Model 3 and were professional throughout the whole process. I brought in my SUV after being hit on the 405 Freeway. They were extremely helpful, accommodating and beyond fair. Even generous. They have their own rental cars so it was a breeze. They dealt with the insurance, kept me informed on their progress, and did an excellent repair job. They even serviced my car at the same time. I couldn't have been happier.

This is the second time I ve taken a car here and the only shop I ve taken a car for accident repairs. They respond extremely fast and have their own rental cars which makes the process even easier! My car looks great!

One of the best mechanic shops in town. I personally take my vehicles to them for all kinds of services. You have a vehicle issue they ll fix it all. We even take our company vehicles to them. They re caught a reasonable and they have the best customer service.

I am a new loyal customer to Regal Repair! I live in West Hollywood and I happily come over the hill to see them! They have gone above and beyond in their quality, service and customer service for me 3 times already! I manage a very large ground transportation company and recently met the owners of Regal. From the get go they treated my management team and I like family. The quality of their work is amazing and the customer service is off the chart. The Regal Management team work directly with the insurance companies to make everything a challenge free experience. I recently learned Regal now does full mechanical and have moved my entire Los Angeles fleet services to them. I can t say enough about this company. EDIT: THIS PLACE HAD AMAZING SERVICE FROM THERE LEAD MECHANIC. I UNFORTUNATELY NEVER GOT HIS NAME BUT HE WAS AN OLDER GENTLEMAN. HE HAD SO MUCH KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE. THEY DECIDED TO FIRE HIM SO THEY WONT HAVE TO PAY HIM WHAT He's WORTH INSTEAD NOW They HAVE THESE YOUNG KIDS WORKING THERE THAT BARLEY KNOW HOW TO TAKE A TIRE OFF. THIS IS GOING TO BE A 1 STAR REVIEW UNTIL THEY BRING BACK THE OLDER ARMENIAN GENTLEMEN!ORIGINAL:Amazing service, honest work and the best mechanic I have ever been too.
