So glad I made this leap, best gift to myself for myself. The management team (Edwin & Issac) were very nice and explained the whole process throughly. Jeron was perfect salesman and didn't push me into anything that I wasn't comfortable with and David the tire tech was diligent in getting the wheels on, even the trainee Marvin had great customer service. I will definitely be back with every car I buy...next up my El Co

Rent a wheel on Crenshaw, was the best place I could have went too. If you re looking for rims visit here.Jeron, was great with giving me Prices on different style of the rims they offer.I definitely recommend this location. The staff was welcoming and friendly!

Walked into rent a wheel on Crenshaw needing new tires and I was assisted by Edwin . I told him I was in a budget and he helped me out getting new tires for a great price around my budget range. Edwin had great customer service and really makes you feel welcomed

My experience at rim time was truly amazing. The customer service was excellent. They took the time to explain the type of rims and tires that give me the best performance. The hole staff was very professional. The manager Jackie worked with me on pricing my overall experience was excellent. I would recommend if you want to get rims and tires go there check them out.

Joe and the Rent-a-Wheel team went SO far above and beyond to find wheels I was looking for and get me set up when another shop dropped the ball at the last minute before a big trip. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Great communication, lovely staff, and easy to reach location. Made me a customer for life!

Terrible customer service, I waited in the store for over two hours waiting on a tire installation tech. Once she arrived to the location she came in very nonchalant eating and sitting behind the desk as if she was not at work.Once I told Jeron I was leaving because I had waited a very long time for service, he was very understandable and apologetic. The tire tech on the other hand thought it was funny I had wasted my time waiting for her to return.I was recommended to go to the store on Manchester after Jeron called the store and told them i was coming for an install.Once I got to the location I was told by Daniel they were short staffed and they would not be able to complete the installation.Daniel said he would call me the following day with an update. I never received a call from Daniel so I called into the store and he still did not have any information available.Daniel calls me back and says it s $2,500 for a set of used rims and tires that were originally $950 for the set. I was then told I would be charged for installation and other fees associated with the installation of the wheels $1700.00.When I was just quoted a total of $1017.00 at the Crenshaw store.

Rent a wheel was a perfect choice. I bought 4 off-road tires and got approved in about ten minutes, great people and very fast and reliable..If u need wheels and tires,? Rent a wheel is your choice.

Went to the one on Crenshaw in LA very poor service the tire tech was in office Both times i went to get a new tire put on waited 45 min first time when it was time to put tire on she left to make a deposit i left came baxk. They said she was@ lunch i would half to wait another 45min just to get a tire put on SMH now trying to move my account to the sout gate store and they giving my a hard time

Terrible, I returned the rims the next day. They put rims on that did not fit my car and let me drive away possibly to get in to an accident if the wheels came off. They did not give me my old lock nuts, they did not have great customer service when I let them know my issue. I was a returning customer from years ago when they were Ez rims but this new company is terrible! Save your money and get regular tires from another place!

Came to get my sensors checked and they did an awesome job very friendly and polite. Elizabeth is the one that helped us. A good place to get rims for your car and services they are very helpful.

Worst customer service I'm going through an issue now switched out tires for a different size asked could I keep the other for spares I was told no so I was paying for tires I didn't have plus the newer ones they installed I called someone over the manager there and he said that they should've gave me tires because I was paying for them the store said that they doy tell me I couldn't have them just a complete lie

Went in to check out wheels and the staff their was great!! Great looking shop with great selection. The program they offer with the no credit check and flexible payment's and 90 days same as cash+++ so much more is fantastic! Thank you James for the hook up! I will definitely be telling others about you guys and getting those $50.00 dollar referrals!!!
