Quality was recommended to me by a friend. Needed new front brakes and rotors and they completed the job within a day at a good price, way less than the dealership quoted me. Will be back in the future should I need other repairs.

I am very pleased with the work done on my cars at Quality Automotive. Frank and his team of mechanics work on a wide variety of cars and do excellent work. I have a 1966 Ford Mustang and a Toyota Camry and they did excellent work on both cars. I will continue to use Quality Automotive as I know the work first rate.

Broke down on PCH on a Saturday in my 1957 Chevy Nomad and our tow truck driver called his buddy Ronnie who was magically at the shop so we went straight there. I was back on the road in the hour and met some new friends along the way. Highly recommend these guys I will be back!

They are amazing!Someone had knocked my motorcycle over like a block away from them. I drove it in asking if they could help fix the kickstand that had broke from it being knocked over.Even though they don't work on motorcylces. They helped me fix it, and found some parts on ebay for me to order.All free of charge.Really family feel. Frank and Ron are true quality. They have always given great service and explained what was wrong and how it is to be fixed. They help me understand what is happening and why. They are good people and always make me feel at ease. My car is an 03' and it is time to replace things and they have been there for me over the last few years! Highly recommend Quality car repairs. I was having electrical issues and took it in for them to look at. The car died right as I was pulling in to their shop. I was down in Los Angeles on business and did not have a whole lot of time. But they took the time and the effort to find the problem and fix it same day. Prices were very reasonable. Nice guys, too.

Frank helped me seems like a great guy. He replaced my tires and actually explained I didn't need to do some other thing with my brake pads that someone else told me I'd need to do. Good man.

You ready for an amazing, true, ridiculous horror story? QUALITY HELD MY CAR FOR THIRTEEN AND A HALF WEEKS, over three months. I had to go without a car for 95 days, in Los Angeles, because these guys felt no need to get the work done promptly. I'm 26 and my car is a nice '65 Mustang (my Grandfather worked for Ford his entire career, so I worked hard my whole life to get one); maybe they felt it would be easy to take advantage.I dropped my car off on 5/16/13. I asked Frank how long he thought it would take, he told me he'd have it done in a week. I needed three things done: 1) the drivers side window was stuck (replace the regulator, easy fix), 2) the speedometer was broken (replace a cable, easy fix), 3) install an under-dash A/C unit that I had purchased.One week later I call, Me: "Is it done?" Frank: "Oh, no, you bought the wrong kit." So I reached out to the company I bought it from, they said definitively it was the right one, but regardless we had them send a new one to Quality, the kit Quality requested and said was the correct one. Fine, maybe my mistake, but according to Classic Auto Air it was correct. Regardless, it takes about a week, maybe two, to ship a new kit out, which we did.Two weeks later (three weeks in total now), I call, Me: "Is it done?" Frank: "Oh, no, we're having some trouble, have to order some more parts, it will be another week or so." Me: "Alright, do what you need to, just call me know when it's close to being done."I called back once per week, and this exact same thing went on FOR 11 TOTAL WEEKS. On 8/13/13, finally, Frank tells me it's ready. I come into the shop and he tells me that THE WINDOW ISN'T FIXED. That's right, he had 12 weeks because he was having trouble with the A/C, and in those 11 extra weeks he didn't think to do one of the three basic fixes I requested. But it gets better. I tell him I need to take the car for work that week, I drive home from work that night and THE HEADLIGHTS DON'T WORK and THE STEREO DOESN'T WORK. Yeah, they messed up the wiring. They had my car for three months and managed to not fix the window, disable the headlights, and mess up the stereo wiring, neither of which I had ever had trouble with before. So I take it right back the next day (Wednesday, 8/14/13) and Frank says, yes, definitely I will have this fixed by Friday. Friday comes, no call from Frank, I call at 4pm and sure enough, it's not done, he has to keep it over the weekend. I finally picked up my car after 95 days in the shop on 8/19/13.Were their continued excuses legitimate? Who knows, who cares.Did management/ownership ever apologize for the delay? No.Did they call me to keep me up to date? No.Did they ever offer a ride in the 4 times I went into the shop? No.Did they offer to eat any of the costs or even offer me a discount? No.Did they tell me it would take a week, then keep my car for 95 days? Sure did.Fair warning. My experience is that they missed or ignored a lot of things requiring attention, which were fixed at a different shop with greater capacity for attention to detail. 2 stars because the work they did do was adequate.

I like this place, because they do the job right the 1st time period if for some very odd or peculiar reason you have to take your car back, they make sure that you have 1st priority, and that your issues are addressed quickly and extremely efficiently.

Very friendly and quick service!!!! I had to get three studs replaced due to them being stripped. I would recommend going there and if I lived out there I would take all my vehicles there! Thank you quality automotive!!!!
