I highly recommend using this body shop. Everyone here is honest and super helpful. My dad s car looks perfect after being repaired here. It is so shiny and well done. Aviv Cohen is a wonderful person and is very caring and goes above and beyond for his customers.

Aviv was great in coordinating my body work to get done professionally and also recommended a good wrap spot nearby as well for my roof. Highly recommend if you need work done in west LA

Aviv is such a gift -- an honest caring man who truly has gone above and beyond for me. My car was totaled and it was brought to him and he is truly the kindest mechanic, managing a lot of the stress I was dealing with from my accident. When I had to come gather my belongings from my car I forgot the title and he was so generous and had someone drop it off to me. If you are looking for a trustworthy, kind and reliable person to trust your car needs with Aviv is without a doubt that person!

Pro Auto Body Shop really literally goes the extra mile! Both Yoram and his son Aviv, the owners, are wonderful to deal with. They are polite and respectful and honest and reliable and time efficient. I've gone to the many times for so many things I can't list them here. Recently a car Branch smashed my rear windows and dented my roof. Because I felt so unsafe they actually sent one of their mechanics to come pick up the car for me.Now I have some other unrelated issue and I'm not sure I feel safe driving it to them and once again Aviv offered to send his mechanic to pick up and then drop off my car when done.You can't get service like this anywhere else!They definitely deserve the five star rating!Services: Tires, Painting, Electrical, Body & Trim, Brakes

I've trusted my car to Pro Auto Body for years. They are always fast and do quality work. I have always felt taken care of and I've never had to go back to get anything "redone". If they fix it, the fix sticks.I can't speak for the experience of those who dealt with insurance, but I have recommended so many of my friends to them and they have all been happy.Mechanics are one of those love em or hate em deals, for my own experience I have never been let down.

My son crashed my car and they fixed it and took care of us excellently! From dealing with the insurance to getting a rental to repairing my car, i didn't even recognise it looked brand new! I wouldn't go to any other body shop! You have to go see Aviv! His prices are fair, he's very communicative, and the service is so fast. Aviv recommended a computer specialist for my VW Passat, I told him to hold off while I did my research and called my uncle who used to work at VW. I called him back and told him I did not want to do it, he ran to stop the specialist but the specialist had already done the reset. Aviv said he would not charge me because I had not green lit it. I appreciated his transparency and ethics so much that I actually offered to pay him part of it. He is a stand up gentleman and I trust him with our car!

After being involved in a car accident. I managed to find this place and get a quote for fixing my car and going through my insurance.From the beginning Yorm was extremely knowledgeable and thorough .I handed over the keys to them and what I thought would take few weeks got closer to a month but not because of them . Audi of DTLA was slacking behined and Yorm called to inform me on what's is going on and even told me what he recommended to do with my insurance company . Once the car was ready , Jay called me and told me to come and pick it up . my car got cleand and it was just so nice to get it back.My overall experience working with both Yorm and Jay and the whole team at pro Auto body was just a very good experience.Both Yorm and Jay were just honest people to work with and I'm glad I've choose them.I highly recommend this place.

Just got back from their shop. It's the second time i'm in need of a repair and Aviv and Yoram always so welcoming, warm smile is so rare these days. Their crew is super fast and very efficient, and that's just a bonus on top of their good attitude with their customers. No wonder their lot is always full! Yet, they help you with any problem you have. Very recommended to anybody. One stop shop for all your autobody/car repairs. Chen.

Yoram Cohen, the owner was eager until I signed the paper work and left my car in his shop. After that he stopped taking my calls and would not return my calls and so his son Aviv Cohen, who work there. After long time trying to get someone on the phone I went there myself and to my question why they do not answer or return calls Aviv excuse was "we are busy and we do not have the time". The repair was HORIBLE to say the list and they kept my car for a month and released it only after my insurances send them a check while all along charging for rental crap and dirty car they gave me from their other rental business. Their excuse?? We were waiting for the part to arrive. They cause damage to my car; damage was not there prior and would not take responsibility what so ever. This is a lease car and I will end up paying estimated $1,000 to repair the damage THEY cause. SHAM ON YOU!!!! . Based on MY experience I doubt all the glorious reviews are real from real costumers.PS. 2 reviews are fake. One review written by Amir Cohen, he is the son of the owner.The second glorious review is from PROCARRENTAL COHEN, the other buisness they have, Pro car rental and cohen is their last name. Do they really think people is that stupid???

Pro Auto Body shop has been the best thing to come out of a fender bender I had in early January. Not only were they available to help me deal with insurance yuckiness after the accident but months later when something fell off of my car for unrelated reasons they helped me at cost. I feel I have found people who will be there for life to help me with the health of my car and couldn't be more grateful! Thanks Pro Auto Body!

I had a lot of my cars work on and my friends .and he Took care of all the paper work with insurance made it very easy . I would and have recommended Adams badly shop to everyone! Great job-and care . The best body shop in town !

This is the third time I've been here. Aviv always goes out of his way to help out even when I brought in my BMW 650 convertible and I know it was a headache for any shop... They were able to handle it. Thank you!

I respect and admire the way this business does business. They are family owned and very passionate about their jobs. I have been a customer a (few) too many times but every time I am completely satisfied and handled with respect and care. I would NEVER take any of my cars n e where else!!!!

This place deserve at list 10**********Jessica Yoram and all staff were just amazing we had two cars within the last two months for body works and they both returned just like NEW very prompt and always kept us informed of the repairs progress. THANK YOU TO ALL STAFF.
