Absolutely loved this place. Customer service was amazing!! I 100% recommend this place they will take care of your car and keep you updated with everything. My car looks brand new I was so excited to pick it up! Thank you Mike and your team!

Towed my car here with a flat tire late at night. Mike was extremely helpful and communicative. He answered all my questions and got my car fixed as quickly as possible the next day. He was even able to take off a few of the fees after explaining my financial situation to him. He really helped me out and I would highly recommend this place. Had my truck stolen and surgically stripped. Brought my truck in. Mike and Angie maintained great communication with me. Keeping me informed of the truck s progress. Even though the parts supply line still has issues, they were able to obtain the parts quickly.

Precise Auto body is an expert body shop. Mike does a great job. Weather you have insurance needs, fix it up needs, structural damage or cosmetic touch-ups these are your guys. Located centrally in Hollywood so they're easy to get to with a driveway you can pull right into. The facilities top and trusted and welcoming to all insurances. We had a little fender bender with people from out of town and we had to drive over there to get an estimate. Within 15 minutes Mike had an estimate in our hands and our situation was sorted out. I can't say how great this auto body shop is. Thanks.

Mike & the team here are absolutely phenomenal! They provide fast & amazing results. I ve been here a few times & they never disappoint. My car always looks brand new. At Precise you can expect unbelievable service. The staff are friendly, courteous and attentive to detail. After my vehicle was damaged in a collision my insurance company pointed to Precise where I made an appointment for inspection and repair. Upon arrival at Precise Auto Body I was promptly greeted and my vehicle was immediately taken for inspection. Front of the house staff were well aware and informed and called for a complimentary ride to my insurance s car rental service. This is a great shop, the owners are kind and accommodating, I would recommend servicing your vehicle here.

Just like everyone else has mentioned, Mike and Angie will treat you like family from start to the end. I was in for a claim with Allstate after getting rear ended and although the damage was bad (front & back), I got my car back within a week of dropping off my car. Car was thoroughly washed and sanitized when I picked it up and it almost looks brand-new now. Appreciated how they kept me updated throughout the process and I'll certainly be back with other bodywork issues in the future.

I've never been happier with the work of an auto body shop. I don't say that lightly. I have enough experience with repairs to know when someone does a great job. On top of that, these folk have some top notch customer service.

My dad's car mirror was knocked off and Precise Auto had the mirror fixed b4 I had to return home. They had done some work to my father's car a year prior and u can not tell someone hit his car. They are awesome from the front desk to the painters.

My car was in an accident and towed here. Was fixed within 2 weeks and came out looking brand new and was cleaned inside out. No problem since then.

My experience with Precise Auto Body was great!!! The customer service was amazing as well as the people that worked on my car. My car got fixed in no time and looks as good as new. A big thanks to Mike and his crew! You guys Rock!!!

I took my car in to the shop and met with Mike regarding the damages on my car. He told me it would take 10 days and he would be able to repair it back and make her look "Pretty" again. Well in 10 days, my car was ready, washed and "Pretty". Thanks Alot Mike and Chris!! You guys rock!!!

My car was towed in to Precise Auto Body because it was not drivable (and pretty smashed up) after being rammed by a runaway construction trailer on a hill. Got it back today (2 days early!!) and it's perfect. They kept me informed as it was being repaired and surprised me by having it done early. Nice people and excellent work.

I could not be happier with the quality of work and customer service I received at Precise Auto Body. The staff is great & welcoming from the start. If I could leave 100 stars on amazing job they do I would. Hands down the best bodyshop in the valley I guarantee.

We had a minor accident on our side mirror. It was swept by a large fleet truck. We still live in the bay area and have to go to our appointments PLUS a 6-hour drive going back home. It was a big hassle! Good thing we were just 5 mins away from Precise Auto Body. They temporarily fixed it in less than 3 mins without charge!!! Staff were nice, friendly and very hospitable. Customer service 100%!

I left my car for 6 weeks small damage to repair, when I pickup . ( REGULAR PLACE TAKE 2 OR 3 DAYS ).The job was so bad for long time having the car.I can't closed right the trunk and bumper has some bubbles.I called them !!!!! They told me contact your Insurance and set an appointment with us.INSIDE OF MY CAR WAS SO DUSTY looked they left open my car for weeks . I spent $ 175.00 for detail car wash.I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE !!!!!

This is an interesting Habitat Restore location. If you buy anything you NEED your own person to help you get it out of the store and into your car or truck. There are signs on the larger items that tell you this point blank. Chairs as in dining room, office, etc. are very cheap such as $15 and up. They also have a ton of lamps at this location.

I love this car shop. They are so nice and generous. They always fix tiny things in my car for free and when I bring my car for bigger car they are honest and on schedule. Very recommended.

Very detailed repairs. Top quality, friendly shop owner. Outstanding dealer like repair facility. They keep you updated with the repair progress. They use top tier parts for repair. Very satisfied! Great work guys!

they will do everything to rip you off. They charged my Mercedes so much so i went to another auto shop and it was $ 1,100 less.office looks like it's haunted and empty and it's not friendly professional place.
