I always receive exceptional honest/reliable work from this location off of Atlantic Blvd. the front desk employees are knowledgeable and helpful the service tech do such a great job. (I ve been to other Pep Boys and have had a not so great experience with the staff and the techs not completing the work I paid for/ or honoring my road hazard credit for tires)

Pep Boys in East Los Angeles off of Atlantic is fantastic. The workers there are very nice, friendly and helpful. Professional employees. Went there late this morning to purchase a battery for my daughter s Chevy Silverado truck and we were expediently helped with a warm welcome. They unloaded the old battery and loaded the new purchased battery onto my car. Highly recommend! Kudos to all the wonderful and helpful workers.

Been taking my vehicle to Pep Boys for a little over a year and this location does not disappoint. Fabi and the team of mechanics provide amazing service and always make sure to follow up with any concerns, took my vehicle in yesterday for a routine oil change and a sensor inspection as the tire pressure sensor was continuously going off. Mechanic Vincent followed up after inspecting the tires and resolved the sensor issue, he also advised that the rear tires were running low on thread. Fabi was extremely helpful and assisted by displaying all tires they carry. She even mentioned the current coupon from their website and made sure everything was completed (I'm a sucker for a coupon). There's no gimmicks or catches to their service, I definitely recommend it. Thank you so much and keep up the great work!

Overall experience was fine, nothing especially good, nothing horrible. I had new tires shipped from Tire Rack to Pep Boys (East LA) for installation. Appointment was easy to make, they received my tires and quoted me less than what the Tire Rack quoted amount was, which was nice.I was told it would take up to an hour and a half to complete, so I went to a nearby restaurant to eat lunch. Waited the full hour and a half, but called them after I hadn't heard from them and was told my car was ready for pickup. Seemed like my car was ready earlier, but wasn't notified until I called in myself.Checkout was quick and easy, but after driving for about 5 minutes, my tire pressure light came on. Drove back to the Pep Boys and they had someone check my tires for me. Turns out whoever installed the tires put too much air in them (or maybe the machine was malfunctioning). PSI is supposed to be around 34, but all of them were around 45. Easy fix, the guy released air from all my tires and put the correct amount of air in. Tire pressure light turned off and hasn't turned back on since.

Visited the one on Atlantic in east L.A. but on the sides and in the Internet it's Advance auto parts, Pep Boys is gone. Just went to buy a plastic bottle of Bar's Leaks for my rear axle. The man was courteous and helpful.

Purchase new tires from same location, exactly 1 year ago to find out one tire had a plug in it, advisor raised up his hands and said I don't know what to tell you!! I purchased new tires and a plugged tire tells me it is not new.I see why you all have that offer buy 3 and we will give you 1 free.

The cashier, Fabi, was very pleasant and helpful. She is knowledgeable of their services and pricing. The other shop workers are equally great and they worked fast. My 4 wheels/tire change and wheel alignment was done in less than an hour. More power Pepboys and Peplady Fabi!

Went there tonight at 6pm for last minute help. Google maps says it closes at 7pm. Reviews say people were helped 4 days ago. When I arrived everything was closed. Garages and the lot looked abandoned. Doors were locked up and full of graffiti. Is the shop shut down? Are the hours listed incorrect?

The service was great. I came in for a nail in my tire it was going to be a 2 to 3 hours wait when I brought my elderly mother in to wait, they must have heard me struggling to get a family member to pick her up because while I was on the phone the man that helped me at the counter let me know I was next even though there were more ahead of me. Know that is having heart and understanding and on a hot day. I believe I was there less the an hour. Many many Thanks.

Terrible service. Was driving around for about 30mins trying to find any tire shop to patch my front tire because of a screw. I noticed the Pep Boys on Atlantic is East Los Angeles CA was open with only 1 car in the bay. I walked in the shop was greeted immediately by a female worker (didn't catch her name) she asked what I needed told her I need to patch my front tire and all she said was "sorry we don't have any time for anymore customers today because we close at 4." Keep in mind they had 1 customer in the lobby who's car was already lifted and being worked on. I told her no worries and walked out. The moment I stepped out the door I looked at the time and it was 3:21... I doubt a patch job wouldve taken them up until 4pm. Don't know if I'll ever be coming to this specific location. Pep boys is usually great, how unfortunate that you turn away good business on a slow day.

Yesterday,I was very impressed howfast my front end wheel alignment was handled for my 2019 Z71 Chevy Tahoe by Fabiola A. made certain that everything was handled flawlessly!John the tech was fast and after talking with him, was also, very knowledgeable (he answered all and any questions I had for him.I let Jose Barrios the service manager know,Just how much I appreciated their outstanding customer service. Everyone was on point!It was evident that teamwork is ongoing!Other frame and wheel alignment businesses were telling me 3 - 4 hour wait time with an appointment where at Pepboys, I was able to do a walk in and everthing was completed within the hour!Also, wasn't expecting the 21 point inspection.In the future, I will be returning as a customer and will share with my friends and family!Thank you for the positive end results!Sincerely,Dave G.

As a service mngr my self. I did not feel welcomed or greted. I understand how these surveys work and the only reason me giving these 5 stars is for that. But your service advisors are not trained enough. You guys need alot of help.

This is an amazing Pep Boys. ( On Atlantic)Specifically Jon and Chungus which were the two employees that helped me. They were amazing at there jobs, very knowledgeable. I'm happy with the deal I got on 4th of July which were the Contessa tires that Jon recommended. He was very patient and detailed on explaining information about the tire when I asked for information. They drive extremely smooth on my Cadillac just like Jon said. Chungus also was extremely fast at changing my tires. He even went out of his way to find a specific piece for my rims lug-nuts to fit. That was extremely appreciated how he went beyond the fact they didn't carry it at the shop so he used his brothers he happened to have in his viecle, "Amazing". I have nothing but positive recommendations about this pep boys, everyone else there seemed very friendly as well. Definitely a 10 out of 10. I will be recommending this to everyone, I actually already have!Thank you to Jon also Chungus and the pep boys Crew. You are all an excellent team.

Jose and staff rolled the red carpet. Oil change in 1/2 hour or less from begging to end. They were courteous and professional. Kudos to everyone there. Highly recommend. Keep up the good work!!!

Great customer service. Fabby was great and extremely helpful overl such a great person. The staff and mechanics show they care about the work the put into my vehicle. You don't see good and compassionate staff anymore. Definitely coming back!

Excelent service by Arturo, the parts specialist. He was able to identify the part I needed from a few pictures I had taken of my broken truck. He provided me the correct part and recomended the esential tool needed to do the repairs. I will recommend to all my friends. Ask for Arturo.

Got in and spoke to the female at the front she got me my brakes quick and with out any hassle.I got lifetime warranty on the breaks I bought but I guess it s at every place that they do this. But mainly the Service was good can t complain at all with my first experience at pep boys

Just want to say I come from HP and unfortunately the HP Location was not able , therefore I decided to call other location and from the beginning when FAVI answered me she gave me nothing but Great Customer Satisfaction! Shout Out to FAVI for being able to help me like Pep Boys should help out . Also Jose the manager very respectful and helpful when I had questions and doubts. Thank you to the SOUTH ATLANTIC LOCATION !!!
