Gio was very transparent and helpful in addressing my needs. He tailored his recommendations to my driving (lots of dirt/rocky roads) and I felt he was very trustworthy. Alfredo, thanks for the recommendation! Gio and Ariel were able to take care of my auto care needs while I left the car with them due to working. I was even given a ride to my job after leaving the car with them. Thank you everyone for helping me out and I m glad I only needed a new battery and nothing too crazy serious. Although it wasn't the best outcome for me, I really appreciated the service I was provided here. Gio and team were very transparent about the condition of my vehicle and walked me through every single detail outlining the issues. They did not try to upsell me anything, or pressure me into committing to get any work done at their shop; instead, they printed out the quote and suggested that I go to other shops to see if I can get a better deal. Its easy to get taken advantage of when you're a female so I really appreciated their honesty and transparency.

Called about setting up an appointment for some brake work, was told they would relay my message and call me back within 10 mins. 2 days later still no response. Hard to trust someone working on your car if you can't even trust them to get back to you.

This is the place to get anything done other than body work. Very professional, but most of all very honest. Prices are a little high but I didn't go anywhere else to compare. I booked an appointment with these guys because of the overall rating reviews. I highly recommend to make an appointment. I would definitely come here again. Ariel and Gio were both very kind when I had brought in my Subaru Brz for an inspection. Although unable to inspect my car due to how low it was, they suggested another shop on Colorado Blvd that may better suit my needs. As well as some pointers on trustworthy auto body shops in the area. Thank you again for taking the time to help.

A+ service and communication!! 10/10 will absolutely recommend to friends. Gio and his team were respectful to work with AND delightful to speak to. They were very transparent and communicative - I received an itemized list of the work that needed to be done on my Prius, along with photos and prices. Gio walked me through what had to be done and got me some discounts along the way. I'd be happy to go to this family-owned local biz for as long as I have a car.

Ariel and Gio run a trust worthy and outstanding repair shop. Would highly recommend using them for your all your car s maintence. One Stop is a small family run business that has been in business 35 years. Their full car diagnostic report is highly detailed with photos that show why they are recommending repairs. Wish I had found them when I first got my last car, believe it would have lasted many, many years longer if I had.

I truly cannot say enough amazing things about this shop! They were so thorough from the start. They sent me a detailed list of what was wrong with my car that included pictures and what needed attention based on urgency. I felt completely informed and taken care of. Today was the fourth time we've been into the shop. Unfortunately, the used car we bought needed a LOT of work but now it is in perfect working order and I feel safe and cared for thanks to the team at One Stop Auto Care! I am almost sad I don't get to see them until our next oil change. Lol.We came in on a recommendation from a friend because the air conditioning wasn't working properly. We had taken it another shop that said it just needed Freon... wrong!Ariel and Gio and the team diagnosed the car and not only figured out what was wrong with the air conditioner (over and above the damage from the other shop) but gave us a laundry list of other things that needed to be handled on the car, some of them pretty dire.After we got over the sticker shock (Lexus parts are expensive), we evaluated what needed to be done on an immediate basis and came up with a plan of attack with Ariel. He is so knowledgeable and helpful and we figured out the finance and got all the most important first stuff done. I was eight months pregnant and Ariel got the car detailed for us as a baby gift prior to our little ones arrival.When the car came in for it's next oil change and tire rotation (complimentary from our first work done), Ariel went over the list of next steps with us. We again figured out the finance and get the car back today after another huge round of work. They even got me a rental car for the two days that this work took to do so I would have a vehicle if I needed to transport my son!It's a serious investment into this car but knowing that all the work has a two year guarantee and also knowing that every time I bring it in for an oil change, it will get looked over and nothing unsafe will ever get missed is such a weight off my shoulders. This place is great! The guys are all super personable and make you feel your business is valuable. You re not ripped off or talked down to like other mechanics may do. Everything is worked on efficiently and quickly. I won t go anywhere else!Gio and Ariel have gotten me through some tough mechanical issues and have helped me out a lot, have squeezed me in, and offer assistance with care credit!

These guys were so friendly! I ended up not using their services thos time due to my insurance company, but they kept my car until the tow truck could arrive 4 days later! I definitely am going to them next time i have car trouble.

I love this place! I ve had a number of services completed with them on my Audi, but they ve also helped me out with some tricky fixes on my vintage Fiat. Everyone I ve talked to there was friendly and helpful. They re also good at getting you in for your repairs, fix everything quickly and are fairly priced. I feel lucky to have them in the neighborhood.

Upon meeting staff and explaining auto issue I had car towed there and within about an hour was informed of issue and options. Knowledgeable, trustworthy and excellent service. I went in to check on my front rotors they were making a terrible sound. Ariel took a look at my car and said I couldn t drive it in its condition. They immediately took my car in. Hooked me up with a discount to a local enterprise and I was in a rental car with 45 minutes. Ariel and Gio were very helpful, generous and knowledgeable. They gave me a 15% discount for being a 1st time customer on my brakes.They did a wonderful job on my breaks. I highly recommended One Stop Auto Care to anyone.Service: Brakes

I was having brake trouble with my car and I knew every day I delayed addressing it was just going to be bad and unsafe. I was also in search of a new auto mechanic that was much more convenient to where I lived. This place recieved me last minute and squeezed me in their busy schedule which was very appreciative on top of that their shop is a smart operation , clean and fantastic people skills! super friendly oh yes the work they did was great I think I found a new home for all my future repairs !Services: Auto brake replacement, Oil change

Just moved back to my hometown but needed to find a new mechanic now. Found them on Yelp and picked them based on the honest reviews already. They are family owned shop in my neighborhood which brings me more joy they are still here. They were very through and detailed in the explanation. Greatly appreciate that. One Stop Auto Care is a rare gem in the often dodgy world of auto mechanics.I'm quite impressed by the attention to detail that this shop has, and the guys on staff are professional, credible and competent. This sort of thing can't be taken for granted. Lots of places I take cars, even dealerships, I end up worrying whether the mechanics follow procedures or even know what they're doing. And sometimes they don't. Don't get me started on the big showrooms on Glendale!I didn't get any of the weird vibes of a shop that blows sunshine up your rear end and charges for things you don't need.I ended up taking my car in for an alignment after a complex steering system repair I performed myself. They have legitimate equipment and did an excellent job using it to perform the final calibration that took my repair over the finish line, and the price was reasonable, plus guaranteed for two years. $165 is not too much for a job done once and done right.They're a great little neighborhood shop that I'd trust with routine maintenance and mechanical repairs.

Took my car for a pre purchase inspection soley based on the honest reviews. Once inside, speaking with Gio and Ariel, I knew I picked the perfect shop for my vehicle. They did a full check of all sorts of things, including evidence of frame damage and I am satisfied with that. Afterwards, they sent a link with everything stated in paperwork about my car to access later.I highly reccomend anyone to hire them for your vehicles' needs. Though the pricing is on lil higher end & I dont live in the area, I will use this shop when in LA.Also, the owners messaged me to see how my vehicle was running since I saw them. I ve gone to this place for years (and a few Miata versions) and they are the best hands down. They are detailed, honest, always keep you informed on the process and will do their best to work with your schedule. They stand by their work and they get quality parts so you re not going to have to worry about the job being redone a few weeks or months later. They are again really knowledgeable and friendly and with every visit they give you an itemized list of things they think should be done soon to avoid future issues but they are never pushy about doing extra work in order to rack up the bill. They legitimately want your vehicle to perform at it s best and be reliable. They go above and beyond. They even dropped my car off at my parents home for me when it was done and I was stuck at work so I could pick up the vehicle from my parents house since the shop was closing. Businesses simply don t often have that level of neighborhood service in this day and age. Thank you to everyone there!Services: Transmission, Auto battery replacement, Electrical, Oil change

Excellent service. I had a LOT of maintenance that needed doing, and the guys were efficient, transparent, and a pleasure to deal with. A shipment of tires got delayed, and they discounted my servicing above and beyond the lyft rides I had to take due to the delay. They charge pretty typical for labor, but given their service it feels like a good deal. I'm not savvy enough with cars to speak for the quality of the parts, but so far things are running well again!Services: Transmission, Tires, Auto engine tuning, Tire rotations, Wheel alignment, Auto tire replacement, Auto interior vacuuming, Auto maintenance, Oil change
