I came to One Collision Center and David greeted me and help me right away. He call his vendor and gave me cash price and order the part and fix my car the next day. Im so happy with the work and service. I ll recommend any of my friends and family.

My husband found this place from google. Very nice, professional staff and management. I received my car on the promised date, and it was flawless. The job was completed as promised with perfection, without any need for complaints or follow-ups. I'm so happy to have my car back without any issues.

Certainly recommend this body shop! When I called the shop manager accommodated me by picking up my car as I was at work. All communication via email was excellent. The shop manager worked with me closely via email and responded quickly to my emails. The shop manager corresponded with my insurance directly and I did not have to worry about anything. The timeframe that was provided at the start was filfilled. The process from start to end was flawless. Picking my car was easy as well. The shop manager again worked with me and waiting for me to get off of work at 5pm and stayed to wait for my partner and I to come pick up my car.Job done is excellent. Bonus is the lifetime warranty, which isn't always easy to find. If I find something is off after driving my car, I can come back to have it checked. Thank you One Collision Center for your great care with my car and your service.

My car looks new! I can t thank David and team for not only a great repair but service. I brought in my Honda Fit expecting to pay out of pocket. David saves me from paying thousands! He educated me that my premium won t go up if I file claim with my insurance. I assumed since I didn t know who damaged my car when I parked in on the street I couldn t use my insurance without affecting my rate. Wrong. Insurance also verified it won t affect my premium. Awesome.I also saved money on Uber. I didn t have rental car covered. They took me to my home and later to work.Fast too! I left my car while I went out of town for 11 days but they did it in 5 business days! Nice.Hopefully I won t need them again but if so I will definitely come back.

No one likes to have to spend money on repairs but working with the owner David Kim was a pleasure . He was corteous and professional handling the insurance claim and paperwork .I appreciated the smooth communications and attentive service .The car came back clean and looking brand new !Highly recommend this friendly neighborhood shop .Services: Painting, Body & Trim

David is extremely kind, trustworthy, knowledgeable, and willing to help in any way he can. During a stressful time for me, he was able to quickly assess damages to my car and offered honest guidance throughout the process. In addition to being extremely professional, David truly cares about his customers and will go out of his way to help and provide top notch service. Hi, good guys, just to inform you what happened to me last year in this location, it was actually my second time going to that place, and everything was fine, but the second time it was Mr. David C. Kim. Since he is the person in charge of doing the paperwork for the insurance, he told me that on this occasion I would make 2 claims at once, but to keep my story short, my deductibles are $1,000 each, and I had the I made a bad decision to pay him 1,500 in cash and he did not give me a receipt for that money and I only charged 400 from the card since, according to what he gave me, he gave me a 100-dollar discount, and I only do this so that they take care of that person since he told the owner that I had only paid for a single claim and then I received a bill for the rental of the car that according to David had told me not to worry that he was going to take care of it and after 6 months I received a letter that They were going to send it to collection if he didn't pay that money. Please, I ask Latino people to be very careful when dealing with this person. One collision centerService: Body & Trim

David provided me with fast, reliable and affordable service. He fixed my tail light in an hour at a fraction of the cost that the dealership wanted to charge. He is extremely responsive, professional and a pleasure to deal with. I am very glad I found this body shop. They do an excellent job. I recommend for anybody to come to this repair facility.

As always, super happy with the work that David and his team put into our vehicles!! He walked us through the steps of how to start our claim with an insurance agent and all went smoothly afterwards. The work is always done well, in a timely manner for what we were getting done, and the cars always looks so pristine and beautiful when we pick then up!! I would highly recommend this place. Sean is very very kind and honest and they work with all insurance. My car looks brand new after they fixed it. I couldn't recommend an auto body shop higher than this. Thank you Sean and the rest at One Collision Center!

Fernando was great. I had a number of things replaced in my car and he did a great job. My car runs beautifully and like new. However, try not to deal with David. He will give you a price and when you come in to the office the price will increase. He will also give a price over the phone and when the work is in progress he will deny he ever gave you one to ensure he can raise it. Sean is a nice guy although I never really dealt with him. Overall, this place is quality. Just make sure when David gives you a price you get it in writing otherwise he WILL change it to a higher one.

Brought my car here and David took care of the entire thing from start to finish. He handled everything with the insurance and the entire process was pleasant and quick. He kept me updated on the status of my claim and the repair of my vehicle.My vehicle was clean and like brand new whej I picked it up. He let me know of other problems my vehicle had and recommended repairs.I'll definitely be bringing it back whenever needed.

I took my car to him in 2022, not only did they steal 100$ from my sons wallet, but he sent me to collections for my deductible (which the insurance refunded him for!)

This place is professional, fairly priced and the service team is amazing! I highly recommend them for all of your auto collision repair needs. I took my 2017 Camry. I have to say this business does unauthorized transactions. DAVID Kim filed a claim without my authorization.David is a crooked individual. I called him to ask why did he file a claim without my authorization and he said he could do whatever he wants. Furthermore the job that he did was very poor- I went three times and those three times the car was not ready. . Do not do business here unless you want David to do unauthorized transactions. I have paper proof as well.

This shop is great! Amazing service and they were so patient with me through a really troublesome insurance situation. They even took care of some scratches on my rear bumped for no extra charge. I'm super impressed with their quality of service and customer care.I hope that I won't have to be a repeat customer (cause no one wants to be in a collision), but if I'd recommend this shop to anyone.

BEWARE OF THIS PLACE - When I initially spoke to David he said we came to the right place and that he would "take good care" of my daughters car that had some minor damage due to getting rear ended. But in the end he scammed my daughter for $900 when he only had to charge her $300 claiming that "this is how the auto repair industry works" - Regardless of what he will tell you about this post, he'll just be making stuff up to discredit me so again, BEWARE OF THIS PLACE. Feel free to contact me and I'll let you know a better option

BEWARE OF THIS PLACE - Part 2: What David writes/says about my post and the insurance claim is correct (the claim to replace both bumpers, the hood, fender and lamp assembly, exceeded the value of the car) so we simply took the check from the insurance company (which is very common in these situations). Note: the damage was mostly cosmetic (scratches, some small dents, etc. that if the insurance would have covered, it would have been nice to have it fixed, but not a necessity in order to get from point A to point B) additionally the insurance adjuster said the car was very safe to drive if we could get over the fact that it had some scratches and minor dents to those areas. So again we accepted a check from the insurance company and I approached David to give me an independent quote to repair it. We could not come to a deal so in order for my daughter to get her car back, David charged my daughter for her loaner (which we expected) and then he took full advantage of her and charged her $100 a day to keep her car parked on his lot stating that "he could charge the insurance company $150 to $175 per day so she was getting a deal at $100 per day". Here is what makes this even worse. Because the car was drive able, my daughter could have kept the car and arrange to have the car inspected by the insurance adjuster and saved all that money she wasted "trusting David" who took 7 days to get the car inspected. Way to go David your a really outstanding business man preying on the helpless!

Best auto body shop out there! Flawless work and when I got my car it looked like it came straight out the dealer! Great job One Collision Center. Keep up the great work. For anyone who has any accidents or any collision repairs this is the place to go! I will definitely come back here if I have any problems in the future. :)

Came here to get my passenger side mirror fixed and my rear turn signal bulb replaced. I called and someone answered right away. They were super friendly, helpful and got me in and out really fast! I got in two accidents in a row, and had two different repairs with two different insurance companies. David took care of dealing with all the insurance and got me a rental car while my car was in the shop. Overall made my experience quite easy.
