I went in to get a quote and they said they would send me an email. We went into the office and their wifi was down! I called next day and he said the same thing. Wifi was down and still to this day I never recover that quote! So I took my business to E&L Body shop who gave me a great quote and actually got the Job done in 3 days!I recommend E&L body shop over them anytime!

Thank you James hyunga for the wonderful help always. The people here are great and the service is top notch. Having known some of the people here like Louis and James for over 10 years, I totally trust their knowledge and work. You can t go wrong with Omni collision center. They've been here for as long as I can remember.

I fixed my care here last week. everything was perfect and people working there were so nice and kind. Jay also touched up small spots which was not related to the collision. Happy and satisfied. definitely recommend.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

I went to this place already 3times for fix my car Audi Q5 . Last two times prttty happy . But last time I lost my expensive sunglasses. I found that after I picked my car . So I called next day and ask them I lost my sunglasses to find out. They said try to find out my sunglasses. They never call me back so I called again they said they had chief in the nite. And they said they don t have responsibility about my stuff. And even don t say sorry about that. They don t have even no insurance for that. The owner so rude. I m so mad even they don t say sorry . Don t go this place to fix your car. You might loose your car too. I highly don t recommend this place . Crazy people

These guys are awesome! Helped me in everyway I needed and everybody was friendly and accomodating. Their work on the car was really great like nothing happened. Looked brand new after the rearend incident. Highly recommended.

i came in for a quote, the person treated me as if i was born yesterday, told me all the things that were wrong with the car without even inspecting the car at all, which told me ripp off, also tried scaring me onto not driving the car so i can just leave it there, very insulting experience, i found another place where the person actually inspected the vehicle bfore giving me a quote. if u come here i guarantee you will pay well over 5000

They may not be friendly, but they are terrible at car repairs, but they say they are the best repair place in LA.It was fastened before the paint had even dried, and after the bumper was replaced, the sensor attachment was inadequate, so a few days later it fell off, so I put it back in and they said they could do that with pride. It was ridiculous.
