Very impressed with the overall service. Walked in, asked for an obscure part because the car was an older model (2005), told me to wait for a few minutes while they looked for the part in stock. They got the parts.In and out in less than 5 minutes. That's how I like things done.

I have been here twice and the workers were super kind and helpful. The first worker helped me find the correct brake fluids and even poured it in for me. The second worker, Gabriela, helped me find the correct tail light and installed it for me. Thank you both for making car issues less intimidating and scary.

Went to buy cheap windshield washer fluids and then found RainX 2 for $7 deal. Store wasn t crowded and shopping was a breeze. Plenty of parking space. Also used gift card that I found under the seat. Overall, very satified and will visit again.

The side trim of my 1998 Buick had come off. I know nothing about cars, and have already been taken advantage of by a couple auto repair companies near me in Los Angeles. I asked Horatio at my local O Reilly s, what a ballpark cost would be to fix it, and before I knew it, Horatio had assessed the situation and found a way to replace the trim with just manipulating the piece firmly back into place. I gave him the opportunity to charge me for his help, and he graciously refused any remuneration for his efforts. I spoke to the store manager, Jesus, to praise Horatio, and he was friendly and knowledgeable and kind, as well. I now feel confident in asking these gentlemen anything about my car going forward, and I believe their recommendations will be honest and will steer me away from those who want to take advantage of an elderly woman. Thank you, Horatio and Jesus, and O Reilly s!!

Internet issues as in if you have Verizon not just in this store but seems like the whole block so yes...you will have to go to the counter and ask them for wiper part number, oil filter number. Sometimes you don't want to ask but as many times I have been currently going there, all the staff at the counter are very helpful. They get busy at times, just rememeber everyone is human and just be patient you will receive service with a smile and hopefully they will get you on your way as soon as possible.

I m really disappointed. They use to be more customer friendly before but now the employees at this O Reilly auto parts have become real self centered and no longer welcome you in the store. Multiple employees on the floor and only one customer being helped at a time, Some on their phones or walking around, others in the back not performing CSR work, and you stand there for minutes at a time just waiting to be helped but the employees just walk right by as if they re too busy to perform the first task of their job, to tend to the customers first not the product or task given by managers because they re too lazy. Not even a smile by any employees real gloomy and poor attitudes. No stars here.

I went in to get a bulb replacement for my car. I brought in the bulb that had gone out and after looking on my own I couldn't find what I needed. The person behind the counter immediately helped me find what I needed and showed me that I had actually taken out more than just the bulb and helped me put the new bulb in the little bracket. It was a quick and simple visit which led to a quick and simple fix for my car, and I left very happy.

I just bought a new Nissan Rogue from Bobby Kwan at O'Reilly Auto Parts. He was patient, honest and really friendly. He made sure I knew everything about my new car before leaving the dealership. He also remind me to call him if I need any assistance at anytime in the future. I would highly recommend reaching out to Bobby if you are looking to buy a car!

Came here to pick up some oil and supplies for an oil change. Staff was very friendly and was quick to help had specials and weren't afraid to help out with answering questions that I had. Also gives military discounts.

Unfortunately i had to go back to order the right parts. Things happen. So i always say double check the parts that u need. And if you get a name brand, thay last u long. So you don't have to replace that part for a little while.
